My eyebrows grow out a little unevenly so I'm always a little uneasy going into a new place, but I had the best experience ever. My eyebrows are very evenly threaded and she allowed space for me to fill it in where I have hair lacking. She really listened to me and kept my eyebrows the same thickness and same general shape, just did a really great job cleaning it up and evening them out! She assured me it would be rectified during the touch up process two months later. I paid for the touch-up, and after waiting another month there is still no improvement. My eyebrows tails have a tattooed outline with empty space. It is beyond embarrassing. When I spoke to her about the issue she said she had never seen this before but my friend who went there is having a similar issue. I got a great shape and didn't think it hurt too much. I didn't love the chin...my skin was a little too sensitive there for some reason. It wasn't horrible, but I'd probably do waxing next time for that. Then i did sugaring for my legs and brazilian. It hurts a little but not much. Definitely doesn't hurt as much as waxing. The ladies here work reallyquickly, are gentle and professional and kind. I have gone back a few times and look forward to going back again!

However now I was unsuccessful in contacting anyone to schedule a facial that I bought on Groupon. Every time I texted the number to make an appointment I wouldn't receive a response immediately. Weeks will pass before I would receive a response. When I finally received a text message I was limited to a single time and day that did not work for my schedule. I am disappointed that I wasted $55 on this Groupon. I will find another esthetician.
