I never received that call back. **heavy sigh** Mind boggling that Christol hasn't established online booking yet. I went through this at her former Largo location as well. I didn't bother calling back. At this point I'll just find another stylist/salon.

I will say the initial customer service was fine, but I wasn't too thrilled about how they handled a customer complaint. After I got home, I realized that my lashes weren't done very well once I got an up close look. When I voiced a concern, I was met with slight combativeness and blame for not speaking up sooner/my eyes being watery. I will say, that they offered to redo, but at that point I felt odd because of how the situation was handle. It's unfortunate this was my experience (and I'm not saying names because at this point I feel like it's a reflection on the place), but lesson learned.

My mother entered first and was seated immediately for a gel pedicure. I had just gotten a pedicure two weeks before so I wasn't ready to change. Instead, I opted for a gel manicure. Upon entry, there was a foul smell that was immediately a turn-off but my mother was already seated, and it didn't seem to bother anyone else, so I thought it was just me. The same nail tech worked on me and my mother, starting with my manicure. Everything seemed normal until I saw the final product, it was very poorly done. I asked her to remove the polish and could tell she was a bit upset but she started the removal process. The owner came over to me and offered to redo my nails, but I was over it at that point. My mother's pedicure was done more carefully but could have been neater. I would not return.
