It wasn't even a whole week before these nails lifted and broke. This is the second time in a row. I can't come here anymore and give them $100+ for this B.S. They must be under new management because everyone looks new and their quality has suffered for it. I came in for a simple design; marble nails with an orange color rather than black. They attempted the marble nails 4 times but it looked like globs smeared together each time. Do you know they had the audacity to say it was the color I chose, not their lack of skill, that made the design look so bad. I should have gotten up and left at that point. I am not from this area so I didn't realize what side of town this place was but my toes looked really good. Just make sure you let them know you want your water hot hot otherwise it'll be lukewarm by the time it's time to get your service and to me that's a bit uncomfortable on my feet. We had to wait but it wasn't long. My sister also got her nails done and they looked beautiful. They do not practice COVID-19 measures as much as I think they should be doing which is a downside. When I first started going there they were good. But now, they are horrible. They rush to do your nails, especially the female owner, always understaffed; tell you your wait will be 15 minutes & it's more like 40 minutes; and twice the female owner cut me giving a manicure. The last time was enough for me. You draw blood, I stop! I WOULD NOT recommend! Ooh and my gel manicure chipped within a weeks time. I came here to get my nails done last week Tuesday I spent 140$ that including tips. Received pedicure with acrylic also a full set. Less than a week later i have to come back I got my nails done Tuesday I been trying to get a point since Thursday it's Monday and they refuse to fix my nails. I had an AWFUL experience at this place yesterday and I'm livid!!! I wish I could do a NO STARS review...To start off, I WAS a very frequent customer of theirs (goes to show how much we're looked at as individuals smh) so I know and understand the pricing structure for every service that I normally get...Today was my 2nd time bringing my Goddaughter (9 years old) in for an age appropriate regular polish pedicure. Whoever the older lady working in there today immediately says that she should get a GEL pedicure because it's better...I say NO she's getting a regular pedicure...Mind you, last time we were there (1 month ago) was great it was her very first pedicure. The total was $15 (and I tipped $5) which is listed on the menu for children 10 and under. My Goddaughter is 9 years old soon to be 10 in August. This lady tells me without asking her age and ASSUMING that she was older that the total would be $25. I say no, it was $15 last time because she's a child and she looks at me shaking her head NO as if I were lying about the price previously charged. I told her that I come there all of the time and I know what was charged last time. She then asks me how old she is and I tell her that she's 9. You would have thought that I had told her that the sky was devil red the way she looked at me in disbelief. She then had the AUDACITY to ask my Goddaughter how old she was! Before she could even answer the question, she then asked what year were you born!!! She responded 2013, which is the truth...THIS WOMAN SAYS "see she's 13!" At this point I told my Goddaughter to take her feet out of that water and that we were going somewhere else to get her pedicure done! I then told her and everyone else in the shop that I would be doing reviews about this on Yelp, Google, Nextdoor and any other outlet I have access to. Oh NOW she says "OK OK $15" I told her there's no way in hell she's putting her hands on my Goddaughter's feet because I &feel like she would have done something to her feet or would've been way too aggressive with her which would have brought on a whole other set of problems! We left, went another of the many nails salons in the area and my Goddaughter got her beautiful pedicure as originally intended. Now I understand why the clientele presence has dwindled...customer service can determine if your business fails or succeeds and sadly, Apsara Nails will never get another dime of mine, my daughters', my Goddaughter's, my niece's nor my sister's! Funny how your business relies on nothing but POC, yet you have the nerve to treat us as subpar smh...There were 2 other ladies in the salon and they told me as we walked out that we did the right thing! read more

My daughter an I went to get manicures and pedicures they do great work, but the customer service is horrible. While the owner was doing my daughter's nails a roach crawled down her leg from under the nail table. One of the nail techs quickly picked it up with a towel an threw it out. My daughter then asked if she could get some type of discount or an apology for their lack of cleanliness an the owner stated he didn't care an refused to to apologize. Then he said if we dont like it we could leave but when we tried to leave he locked the door an said he would call the police on us . I said all we are asking for is an apology an he just kept saying that he didn't care. Finally one of the female techs came over an apologized for his ignorance. I've had some bad pedicures, but this by far was the worst experience I've had this far. This is my first time leaving a Yelp review but I wouldn't want anyone else to have the same experience as I did. First, there was no social distancing whatsoever. Even though they had about 7-10 pedicure stations, they closed down half of them and forced everyone to sit right up under each other. The guy doing my pedicure didn't cut my cuticles, didn't buff my nails, and barley scrub my feet even though I paid for the "spa pedicure." I had to ask him to do the bare minimum and I still could have done a better job using my home pedicure spa. If this place was a last resort...I'd recommend you go without. read more

I had a great experience here. Everyone was so pleasant and not pushy when it comes to what you want. DK did my nails and he amazing. He pays very close attention to detail and shaped my nails perfectly. I always get SNS and I'm extremely picky when it comes to my nails, so he definitely gets an A+++ from me. Then Vi did my gel pedicure and she was awesome too! She does amazing pedicures. Overall loved the experience and will definitely be a regular client. read more

I went to this salon 3 days ago in search of a great nail salon with amazing service! They were very clean and attentive. I was offered water and was constantly greeted by smiling. DK did an amazing job on my nails and recommended what would be best to strengthen my nails. He was very attentive and pleasant to talk too. I just want to say it's VERY hard to find a nail salon where the tech can even shape your nails correctly or better yet have deals/charge affordable prices! I am usually very picky about who does my nails but Lee, is my nail tech and he is absolutely amazing!! I'm still in awe at how affordable my nails are especially with all of the extras I get.
