Yesterday I went in for my follow up brow tinting with Kamaria and apparently I caught her on a bad day. I arrived at my appointment on time and rang her doorbell (which I thought was pretty normal) and waited a few moments for her to come to the door. When she finally opened the door, I am greeted with an attitude because her "dogs were going crazy" as a result of me ringing the doorbell. She continued on about how her neighbors have been complaining about the noise and the foot traffic. After being a loyal client for over 4 months, Kamaria decided to send me a very confusing and in my opinion, a passive aggressive text saying she was dropping me as a client for no reason. It was apparent there was an issue but she gave me a BS excuse about her "time." I guess she thinks I'm stupid because I can clearly read between the lines. When I responded to her after being in total shock, she ignored me and didn't reply. Finally found my lash tech in the East Bay! It took me about 2 years since I've moved back home but definitely worth the wait! Kamaria responds to appointment scheduling and re scheduling quickly, she's excellent with customer service and her work station is extremely orderly and clean. There's so much to say about her in comparison to competitors in the Bay Area! When she places the lashes on you don't feel it at all which makes the servicing comfortable. The products that she uses shows how much skill and knowledge she has in this business, the glue DOES NOT BRUN your eyes and the lashes aren't heavy! I'm a bit of a lash puller but because the lashes are so light in weight I forget that I even have them on which is great! Another great thing that I do want to mention is that you can't feel the glue an lash demarcation! Which I love because it breaks the habit of me wanting to pull on my lashes throughout the day!
