Tina is age discriminatory, toward some seniors, try to bully seniors out of tips. I gave her. 5.00 she snatch and threw on her counter, acted Iike she wanted more I should have took back, she dirty do not wear gloves, feeds a stray cat and think she do not suppose to wash her hands, press u to get jell. She just pushed my hand under the nail dryer without wiping down after others hands been there. She messed up both my thumbs I went back and showed her what she caused and she had a smirk on her face she was already mad when she did my nails last because I ask her to take what ever she put on my nails and give just a manicure. One of my thumb nail on the right hand had already broke off in half. Anyway when she gave the manicure I do not know what she did but the other thumb broke off vertically, doctor gave me a prescription said I had fungus. Plus Tina said something evil about my name, so Tina if u reading this I rebuke what u said and ask God to send what ever u said or wish against my name back to you. read more

They charge $60 for a refill and one nail fix[long], starting price is $35.. the lady didn't clipped my old Acrylic off and then the nail she "fixed" didn't match the others. The lady seem as though this is her first time doing nails, offered to do design and winded up saying she can't because they are about to close. Save your money and time, and you will be rushed. Will be disputing charge because I was not satisfied with the service. It has now been 30 mins and the polish is coming on the sides and I got gel. Then they didn't even lotion my hands or oil my cuticles. I will be back tomorrow. Keep in mind I came in around 6PM and left around 8PM, this is bad customer service. I felt I was being set up. ** UPDATE, went back and VIVIAN is a first time nail tech. Took the color off on top and not bottom. Huffed and puffed the whole time while fixing her mistakes. I refused for her to finish because she did not know what she was doing, and she left color under my nails and wanted to proceed to paint over it. No ma'am, then she had to fix another set she had messed up on, pedicure. The person who previously did my nails didn't do a good job, and she patiently corrected their work. She was nice, did good work, and wasn't pushy about me getting more services. Don't waste your money or time. I gave it 1 star, but the atmosphere wasn't terrible and the price was good. But, as they say, "you get what you pay for." Nail color selection is awesome for gel polish; however, the hot towel placed on my feet during the pedicure smelled really funky. The original gel polish was not completely removed and the polish job was just sloppy. I got a manicure, or so I thought, but just realized that she only soaked my hand and didn't remove any dead skin or file my nails. My nails looked horrible - this is the worst and I will not be returning. Still on the hunt for a new nail tech, since my last one left the area. read more

I got a manicure and pedicure here and I must say they were quick, professional, and reasonably priced. My toes came out great even though my finger nails started chipping almost immediately. I chose regular polish and I wash my hands a lot so I wasn't that surprised. It's not the most upscale shop but the technicians are friendly and the establishment is kept clean. My pedicure was one of the best I've had in a while so I'm sure I'll be back. read more
