They said they are booked. Never asked me what I needed, to confirm they can even help me. (I get white and pink powder for an acrylic overlay and everyone doesn't do that) Pointed me to the paper on the counter so I could call. No, but thanks anyway!! This place brings an intimate experience to getting your nails done and I absolutely loved it. The massage chairs aloneeeee are top tier. Finally found a technician that CARES about your nails and skin versus just wanting your money and rushing you away. I'm excited to be a part of this journey!

I stopped in for the first time a few weeks ago. I'd been going to Only Nails (next to Target) but…read morethe last few times, my nails started lifting after just a week and my shape looked a little wonky. I read a few reviews and took a chance with Mike. He did a great job! He did a thorough file down and fill in and the shape and design are exactly what I asked for. Cosmo is more expensive than Only Nails but I'm really happy with the results. Fingers crossed there's no lifting! I went back 3 weeks later (there was no lifting after 3 weeks!!!) and the experience was even better! Lolo (the manager) is fantastic, Rose gave me possibly the best, most relaxing pedicure/ massage I've ever had, and once again, Mike gave me a gorgeous full-set mani!

I'm disgusted after my experience here. The first time I came, I made an appointment for noon and…read morethey didn't start on me until 1pm. It's not even worth making an appointment because they treat everyone like a walk-in. That said, a woman did my nails and they were really nice. They were so nice that I came back despite the wait. This time, I got a pedicure. Two guys did my nails -- one did the pedicure and a different one did the structured/builder gel fill-in. The pedicure was typical, nothing special. HOWEVER, the builder gel fill-in was a nightmare. He cut my nail for no reason and then tried to put a tip on it. THESE ARE MY REAL NAILS AND THEY ARE LONG! After back and forth, one of the young ladies came over and explained to him that I just need a fill in. He put too much builder gel on each nail (it burned in the uv light) and the gel polish is lumpy. This is one of those experiences where I was looking forward to relax and get my nails done, but I hate them. They looked better needing a fill-in. Alas, I still can't find a place out here that does a solid structured gel manicure, but I'll keep looking. If I'm desperate, I'll go back and ask for the first young lady I had, but should expect a long wait.

That's a LAWSUIT FOR DISCRIMINATION OF DISABILITY!! Second, they DEFINITELY DO NOT know how to do F***ing nails. I show her what I want and she did my s*** skinny ass hell, didn't look straight, wasn't files in the shape I requested so I made her redo my shit the way I requested and still wasn't satisfied I didn't even have her do the color I wanted I said just do a nude color...WILL NEVER GO BACK!! Third, I had my 6 year old granddaughter with me she gets her nails done and that nail tech act like she couldn't comprehend what my granddaughter and I asked for I told her no red she want to put red I almost slapped her ass, then because my granddaughter wanted different colors on each nail that was an additional $5, ok then she wanted a design additional $5 ok, the damn design was a damn sticker on 2 nails, so my 6 year old granddaughter nails was $30...which is not a problem but DEFINITELY wasn't worth that! Lastly, she thought I was going to pay $50...which she said I charge you $45 for my nails and $30 for my granddaughter's nail...babbbbbyyyyyyy I looked at her and said YOUR SERVICE IS HORRIBLE, but me being the woman I am I paid her then she told me I could tip on the bottom of receipt LMAOOOOO NOT NEVER!
