Jenny is my nail tech and she is the best. She is super patient, detailed and actually enjoys the funky stuff I bring her for designs. My mother entered first and was seated immediately for a gel pedicure. I had just gotten a pedicure two weeks before so I wasn't ready to change. Instead, I opted for a gel manicure. Upon entry, there was a foul smell that was immediately a turn-off but my mother was already seated, and it didn't seem to bother anyone else, so I thought it was just me. The same nail tech worked on me and my mother, starting with my manicure. Everything seemed normal until I saw the final product, it was very poorly done. I asked her to remove the polish and could tell she was a bit upset but she started the removal process. The owner came over to me and offered to redo my nails, but I was over it at that point. My mother's pedicure was done more carefully but could have been neater. I would not return.
