First timer. Not from here, wanted to try it out and it was definitely a mistake. Kind of lost for words.... But when you pay for something you want to always make sure you get the best out of it. My pedicure was alright, but the lady that did my full set, completely showed she was rushing and also had her redo 2 of my nails that white polish was smeared all over it. She showed her anger through her body language, and taking the polish off. I definitely don't understand how businesses expect us to pay/tip but don't give us the service that we deserve. Polish wouldn't dry - smudging so bad I removed it and re-polished some of them myself. Nails breaking a few days later, multiple nails lifting and coming completely off in less than a week. Worst nail experience ever! I went in and I asked the lady if they did liquid gel, she said yes! She proceeded to remove the old liquid gel and when she was done removing the liquid gel, she opened up a jar of powder. I said that is not liquid gel, She said we don't do liquid gel. So I had to pay for them to just remove all of the liquid gel. I was gonna let them do something else after they finished with my pedicure but the pedicure was a complete waste of my time! I was so angry to say the least, I could have washed my feet at home worst nail salon ever! And they can do better with cleaning up the shop. Well..... the only reason I give one is because its required. But I went in and usually go in to do my nails, but this time I went in I went with a skirt. I usually wear pants and decent clothes. I went in with a skirt and sweater and the guy tells me "sorry we're closed" and there was a lady in line waiting her turn. I say don't go here if you're a religious person. Worst nails salon I ever went to!! I asked for a simple fill in with white gel polish on top as my color and oh gosh was I in for the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, experience, and all!!! Mind you I always get designs on my nails and they couldn't do simple ombré or diamonds were like $3 per diamond okay I don't mind paying but that was muchhhhhh.... they couldn't even do simple diamond designs so I told her to take it off. I can't believe this place . Less than 3 days i got a full set acrylic nails w gel polish. I even got a Short length & already 2 of my nails have popped off . I called to see if a repair was possible & i immediately they manger or whoever is in charge of answering the phone says " No we don't guarantee that the nails last " She was very rude! " No we're not fixing that. " You need to be more careful " . I do not work in construction- my 9-5 is spent in a urgent care answering calls & assisting patients. At a quick glance, area looks clean. But they used tools on me that were also used on a friend right afterwards without any cleaning. Luckily, I don't have a foot fungal infection... But did they even clean it from the person before me?? Customer service is subpar. The guy doing my pedicure cut my cuticles to the point of pain and bleeding. Half ass, obligatory apology provided by him. He kept working like nothing happened. I asked for a simple design: Pink color with black dots. Black dots are scattered unevenly, and some dots partially exist. $40 for a pedicure and manicure. Filing for my manicure crooked and underneath nails could have been scrapped clean, but he skipped that part. Subpar massage to hands and foot which felt like he was just touching my skin. I came here for a pedicure and the guy was very attentive taking careful to massage my legs and feet. He carefully applied the polish not to get any on my skin. He shaped my nails to my liking. I am very pleased withthe results. I didn't get any special services. The price of the pedicure was $20 which is very reasonable. read more

I have been here in the past and had an okay pedicure experience with one of the men. Today, he was not here but I specifically came to this salon because they are never really busy. All I needed was a thin overlay on my natural nail and I normally pay a little extra for gel. The nail tech seemed to be rushing and was leaving spots in my overlay so I pointed it out to her and she seemed annoyed to have to go back over to fill in gaps. Then, I asked her to make the overlay thin and natural and she said if I did that and your nail breaks after you leave, you can't come back and ask me to fix it. Ummm... yes, I can. Maybe it was just a language barrier but that is just poor customer service. All she had to do was say if a nail broke and I came back in, I'd have to pay for it. Following this, she was very rough with my nails, skimming some down so low, I was snatching away from the burn. I started to just leave, but all the other nail shops are packed right now because of the holiday weekend. I kept having to point out imperfections on my nail which normally the nail tech has enough attention to detail that you don't have to do that. I usually get gel polish but once my nails were done, I said I just wanted clear polish because I was not about to give this place anymore money. One of my thumb nails is shorter than all of my nails. I just paid $30 for the BS, no tip, no thank you, nothing... just left. This was by far the WORST nail salon I've been to in my entire life. When I say W O R S T, I mean don't even waste your time. For one they're the type of nail salon thats overly priced and the quality of their work is terrible compared to the price you pay. Can I give this salon ZERO stars? I was in the area shopping and really needed my nails and feet done. I thought I would give this place a chance - BAD IDEA! I should have read the Yelp reviews first. The women who did my pedicure was very nice, but she seemed a bit nervous the whole time. I asked for Gel on my feet - & they put the Gel on differently than what I am used to but they assured me my feet would remain intact. Less than 48 hours later, the gel polish on BOTH of my big toes is completely off. They charge a lot extra for the gel polish than other salons I have been too but their quality is horrible. This is the first time something like this has happened to me with Gel polish. I am furious. I have no desire to even go back to that salon to have it fixed. Furthermore, the only lady in the salon who is certified to do acrylic nails is not very friendly and pretty rough. She tried to charge me extra than what they originally told me the price was going to be - when I caught the mistake, she got an attitude with me and reluctantly charged me the price that was listed on the poster. I recently went to this salon and my experience was just OK. I received a gel manicure and pedicure. I was seated almost immediately. My pedicure was good and was what I expected. But my gel manicure seemed like I could've done it at home with my own gel kit. The gel manicure was $35.00 with my own natural nails. Got a full set with powder French and pedicures with massage. This was on 7/22/16, noticed upon leaving that nail tech left edges of my finger nails with extra gel not smoothly filed. Noticed on sat night after getting in bed that my feet were rough and not as smooth as they looked! My nails look like the acrylic is lifting and is turning white. When I told the tech who initially did my work what was wrong she (Annie) hunch her shoulders and twisted her mouth and walked away from me. Came back today and I'm sitting here they said they would fix but the woman is totally ignoring me as she speaks in her language to the male tech! I spent over $100.00 including a good tip the attitude I'm getting is unacceptable and I won't be back. The guy said he'd fix my nails but the female techs doing nothing! This is the WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD in a nail salon . This was my first and last time at this place . I came in to get ONE broken nail fixed and just polish over my old polish and the lady couldn't even do that correctly . The lady asked me to pay before she started putting polish on and I thought that was okay because that's what I usually do at the nail salon I normally go to . After she finished my nail I was sitting down waiting for my nails to dry when I realized that my nails were starting to look matte instead of glossy and that the paint job was not painted good at all , I had dried up glue all over my finger which was the one broken nail she fixed which did not at all match with the other nail so I told the lady can she fix my nails and she was like only can fix the one broken nail but ALL my nails looked at mess so I said can I just get a fill in then and to give me the 20$ that I paid for this shitty job so I can add on to that to pay for the fill in I just asked for but she was like no and caused a big scene when all I wanted was either my nails fixed or my money back . My daughter and I (3) went to get it nails done..upon arrival it was only me and one child...there was only one person being serviced and two available workers.....one of which retreated to the back the other just watched us...even after we sat down from getting out polish...my second child comes in and proceeds to tell them what she wants and picks her polish....meanwhile it's been several minutes since I've wakes in....still no service...she then calls my daughter...the one who came in lasr to be serviced....of course I addressed it as I had been sitting there...the other worker comes from the back looking lost as if he didn't see us walk in.
