I took my wife here after one of those stressful weeks to relax, get her toes done and to remove the god awful nail paint she put on my toes while I was asleep on the couch with Covid over Christmas. There were two ladies getting their nails done so one lady did our nails. I waited, while my wife got hers but relaxed with the chair massaging and my feet inside the warm water. Nearly fell asleep it. She did my wife's feet before moving over to mine. By the time she got to me, the water was cold and I was pruned. My wife was pleased with the service. She said she did great job filing her nails and callus down. (They used a cheese grater, much to my astonishment). My wife's biggest complaint was that they weren't very personable, the ladies just screamed back and forth because we were on the other side of the room. Regardless she was happy with her toes. However when I called ahead, I was told it was $30 but they charged me $35 and extra to take off my wife's callus (which is noted on their price sheet that it's extra). read more

The design didn't come out right bc they put on too much of the paint and didn't use the magnet enough. And to add insult they said I HAD to give a tip. Ohh that what we do? FORCED TIPS??? Nah fam. The worst. They don't clean their tools. I watched them use the same foot scraper on multiple clients. They rinse it off but they don't disinfect it and truly clean it between clients. They use dish detergent to clean your feet. The establishment is not clean. They use drills to take off nail polish and do not wipe down the work station or provide towels. Not even worth one star! read more

The quality terrible they're talking trash behind your back in a different language. You're very disrespectful. They don't give you the nails that you want in the service that you need there was this person while I was doing my nails she said oh do you have space to do my nails and the lady said no right when the lady was done with everything and she lied and then the customer said that she's lying and vibe there is terrible lack of understanding and also what she was doing right now she didn't ask me if I like it or nothing. She just kept doing it the way she wanted to do it my nails right now my nails are chunky ugly. Everything just chunky and dirty. She did shape them right she didn't do the design. I wanted nothing do not go here. I recommend you to go to the one next to it. It's way better. but there's only one person in that salon that knows how to do nails who's very nice Kim her name is Kim if you go there ask for Kim Kim is very nice. She doesn't talk behind anybody back. She's very professional. read more

Went in and asked that my acrylic be soaked off. She proceeded to painfully peel the nails up either a nail tip. Cut my nail and cuticle after soaking in warm water, put lotion on my hand and charged me $40. I have tried to go there many times, but this will be the last time. read more

I came New Year's Eve early afternoon. I knew there was going to be a wait. No one should expect prompt service on a holiday unless they have an appointment. My friends told me last minute they were getting their nails done, so here I was trying not to be the raggedy friend. I got a pedicure, with callous remover (the cheese grater looking thing), with white gel polish. I got my old nails soaked off with a full set, coffin shape with gel polish. I paid $120 + $20 tip for the 2 that serviced me. I was happy with the end product. Wasn't in love with the price but didn't complain cause I never looked at the price of anything. My main complaint was I wish they would have soaked my nails off while I was getting my pedicure. It took the time of my lady doing 2 other pedicures for them to soak off. So almost an hour of just sitting. Overall I would go back, but definitely reading all the pricing and soaking off my own nails read more

I don't EVER write reviews, but this place was AWFUL! For $120 (my daughter and I), this was by far the worse mani/pedi, ever experienced. I don't get gel, so I was initially offered polish from the selection in the front - ALL the polish was old and lumpy. Once I complained, I was offered the DND color selection. My nails were done by the lady (3rd seat on left) clearly had no experience. Thank goodness its cold, so my feet can stay covered and my nails, mediocre at best. Find a different location. read more

I went there for a basic manicure and pedicure on a Friday. I never asked the cost, so that was my fault. My services were provided by a very nice, non-english speaking woman. She was very gentle with me in the wrong kind of way. I do not get the cheese grater treatment because that only hardens your skin. FYI, do not get it for that reason. She used the pumice stone by lightly brushing against my feet. I asked her to use more friction and she did, but not much more. She gave me a great foot massage, though. At the end of the service, my feet still needed more work and were were ashy because there was still excess skin that needed to be removed. Then we moved to the manicure. She went through the process of giving me the basic one. She did a poor job on my cuticles which really is the whole point of getting a basic manicure. At the end of the service, I was charged $20 for a basic manicure, and $30 for the basic pedicure. In this local market, that was way toooooo much to pay. $20 for a basic manicure? I then asked for the price list. I was told by the manager that it is being reprinted. When I looked their ratings up after the fact, I see that they used the price okie doke on several other people as well. I wonder if there is someone I can report that to as well? I went back the following Tuesday because my cuticles were peeling because they were not handled properly the first time and you could clearly see the skin attached to the nail and the skin around the nail peeling. Not clean at all. Another experienced person re-did my manicure without proper soaking, or cuticle treatment again. She was rude and she and the manager had an extensive conversation (about me?) while I sat there. I figured at this point I will cut my losses and leave as I did not want to shame the Lord. LOL. I do not recommend this shop to anyone. If you go, take before and after pictures. Ask for the price list in advanced. Terrible!!!!! Very Unethical with the prices. read more

Poor Customer service and mediocre nails! First and last time going!!!!Nothing more to say.

The service I received today 1/14/23 was TERRIBLE. The lady who did my mani-pedi (third chair/table short cut with highlights) was TERRIBLE. She didn't massage or moisturize manicure or pedicure. Cuticles not done right and left polish residue on my skin. When I asked for the Manager they said she was not in. Basically got a Polish change for $60. If I could give negative stars I would. DO NOT GO HERE. PERIOD. Ruined my whole day. read more

Got a manicure for my birthday today and it was the worst manicure ever!! I've been there several times in the past and have always been pleased. Didn't notice just how bad it was until I left. My nails look like a 10 year old polished them. Glitter flecks in the polish, unevenly applied and a clipped cuticle bed. Would never recommend this salon to anyone again; and will not return. read more

My friend usually goes here and either goes to the lady in the first chair or the man named Kevin. So I entered with the hopes of getting either or. NOPE! The lady in the second chair was the only one available . So I asked her if Kevin would be done soon and that made her upset so she tells me to go ask him. UNPROFESSIONAL AF! So I ask him and he says it's going to take him awhile to finish the lady he was doing bcuz he has to do her nails too and brushes me off to her. UNPROFESSIONAL AF! I should've just left it at that and went to another salon bcuz he was done in 20 mins and I wouldn't have mind waiting but anyway on to this excruciating pedicure experience she gave me. This is my first time I think ever getting pedicure, so she acted as if I knew what was supposed to be happening. She kept just tapping parts of my leg instead of giving instructions. I had to ask her how the massage chairs worked and them thangs was rough on my back. So I let her do all the cutting, shaping, and massage stuff which was fine. However she didn't even touch the heel of my foot. I continued to watch her closely as she did the polish. She put on two coats and a top coat and told me to go dry. It was really wet and spotty. I told her no, my big toes are spotty. She went in again. Then I went to go dry but when I sat down I realized the small toes were spotty and she didn't even cover my baby toe so I went back and asked her to put another coat on each toe. Then I went to go dry and the toe separator moved so she had to redo the big toe on my right foot which is still messed up but I just left it bcuz I was annoyed. So if you go to this salon and the lady in the second chair is your only option LEAVE. Go to another salon or just go to a black salon. This was last minute so I didn't do much research. But if you need to go to her make sure you pay close attention to all details. This was a basic pedicure and she is terrible. read more

Thought I would try them out because it's literally right down the street from my house Giving them two stars only because it's clean and looks decent inside the staff is nice but the service is horrible they don't know what they're doing the man doing my pedicure tried to stick both feet in 1 paraffin wax dip bag which by way was a plastic trash bag !! the prices are a little high they offer no spa service don't have much selection when it comes to dipping powders they aren't really up on most new styles and techniques of nails I notice mostly older women come here and the wait time is usually long if you don't come as soon as they open save your money and time and go somewhere else this isn't the place to go if your used to more upscale nail salons read more

I had a decent experience (not good enough to go back) but my mom who was serviced by one of the male technicians (long face and walks leaned back) did NOT have a good experience. I came in to have a nail fixed, I have the dip powder and am very aware that they most likely don't have the same color so I was prepared to just get a different color on that nail and then have the same color put on the same finger on my other hand, she didn't even let me get that out before she started telling me they don't have the same dip. Then she proceeded to tell me it would be $15 for the two nails, again cool no big deal, but what I was not prepared for was to have to sit and wait for more than 15 min at 2pm in the afternoon on a Monday, when I could have been soaking that time while waiting for a technician. I went to this salon because it was convenient and I also had other things I needed to do. Then finally a guy gets me and starts to soak my fingers. Then the lady I spoke with originally finally comes to do my two nails. The work was ok. I'll go back 1 more time just to check if it was maybe an off day and I'll update my review. read more

My experience - came here on Friday for a powder dip. By Tuesday one of them fell off, I thought it may have been something I did but then another came off the following day - Wednesday. That's only 4 days after I got my nails done so I called the store and spoke to a lady name 'To' (sp) and she said come to have them redone. I came in on my day off on Sunday, explained the situation and was met with a very upset staff member who told me she can't do it as she won't get paid. WTH?! I paid $45 and my nails lasted Frid-Tues. that's not acceptable and it's not ok. Will not be returning. read more

This place has no structure. No visible price list. I came in as a walk in and the women was rushing me to sit down at a station not knowing who was going to service me. Once they told me Kevin would do my pedicure I looked up and Kevin was cleaning the fish tank so I told them I will sit and wait for him to finish. They insist me to sit at a bowel so I did. Kevin came over ran my water and spoke in their language to another tech and disappeared. I figured he was letting my feet soak but another teach came to me to say he had a scheduled appointment and couldn't do my pedicure and I will now have to wait. I'm was confused because I originally stated to them that I will sit and wait at the front for them but they continue to insist me to sit at the bowl and set my feet in the water. At this point the water was getting cold. And I asked how long would I have to wait in the woman said 15 minutes or longer. This was so unprofessional. I told her I would just leave and could she give me a towel to dry my feet she placed a towel and walked off. I work next door at the salon and I will not be recommending none of my clients to go there. read more

This place apparently doesn't need or want my business. I walked into the nail salon at 7:30 pm on Saturday July 11th and was refused service. The hours posted on the front door clearly states that they close at 8 pm. But when I walked in the staff looked at me like I was inconveniecing them and proceeded to tell me that they close at 7pm (despite the what the sign says on the front door). So I left and the the 3 staff members walked out right behind me and hopped in their car. No professionalism what so ever.... read more

So, in a hurry and needed a pedicure so stopped in this nail salon on my way to my destination. Seemed clean and the technicians were very nice. This place didn't have any "spa" services just your basic pedicure which was fine for my purpose on this day. The pedi bowls seem to be clean/ fairly new, utensils were sealed and sterile, so I thought. The technician performed a basic pedicure which took about 20 minutes. After the Polish, I was sat at the "drying" station to dry. Once dry the tech came over removed the paper shoes and the toe seperators. I watched her shake the paper shoes and place them and the toe seperators in the drawer. The same drawer used after she finished my pedicure. I asked her why she didn't throw those paper shoes and toe seperators in the trash and she told me that "they" are going to clean them! Her tone turned nasty and with an attitude. I told her that I don't think they should keep those paper shoes and reuse them after people walk around the shop with them.......she started speaking in her language said "you pay now". As I walked towards the door, again I told the technician that I didn't appreciate being served used products and what's the point of sterilizing if you are going to combine dirty products with clean supplies. She ignored me and took my cash and gave me change and walked away... as she walked away I saw the male tech put supplies in a sterilizing bag, seal it then put the bag in his draw!!!!! Although I support recycling, this type is too far so I will never return. If they take short cuts with the paper shoes and toe seperators what else is not what it seem- alcohol? Soap? Just not into places that try to deceive me. read more

i went there with a group ( 12 ) to be exact we called 2 weeks in advanced to book an appointment we were told " we will have 1 person for all of you " as in one for each girl... we'll we showed up on time salon was packed ( it was a Thursday ) mine you this was a wedding party. so we waited. i wanna say 45 mins -1 hour before anyone came back to us. and when finally someone came over they said " well whose getting just there feet bc i don't have time " they were very rude. the bride wanted her toe nails long and the lady kept trying to talk her out of it. then one of the other girls fingers got cut up from the man being to rough with the drill & her nails still looked like crap and heres the best part the bride and i got acrylic nails and they are WAY to thick i broke one the same day ( had to crazy glue it ) they look like they're about to pop off any second , i really wish i could get my money back. Oh and the best part the girl who did my toes when she took the toe divider off she ripped my polish off to and when i told her she had an attitude bc i made her fix it... we spent a good chunk of money in there and left tips even though it was not good service and horrible outcome. By far the WORST PLACE i didn't know any better bc i am from Maryland and traveled for my friends wedding.. and yes we all hate our nails / toe polish... so not worth 130$ read more

This nail salon is listed as closed and it should be but they are not closed because I just got my nails done there 12-10-10 which was a very big mistake. I went it there with my 4 yr old daughter to get her nails polished and a gel fill in for me instead of going to my regular nail place because I was in the shopping center already & needed a fill. I ask the price of the gel fill when I walked in and was told $20. It was a different man that did my nails and when it was time for the polish he said it will be $5 more if I wanted the gel on top of the polish. I asked why it would be more and said where else would you put the gel it is supposed to go on top of the polish. He said we put the gel on first and if you want it on the polish it is $5 more. I again asked why the gel would go under the polish because the whole point of the gel is to make the polish look better and last longer. At this time the owner comes over and right away has an attitude and is loud even though I was calm and hadn't raised my voice or had an attitude. He says a gel fill is $20 & up and I had to pay more to get gel on top. I asked what the gel was for and he said to make the nails look shiny. So I said OK then so doesn't that mean it should go on top of the polish cause who can see the shine if the polish is put on top of the gel & it won't make the polish last if it is under it. He said people don't get polish with gel they go for the natural look and then told me I would have to pay for the polish itself which is ridiculous. I told him I was told a gel fill was $20 when I came in but he said no it's $20 & up & our prices are posted & you should have looked. The man was still there that told me the price so I said excuse me didn't you tell me a gel fill is $20? He said yes I did say $20. The owner still has an attitude with me and is very loud so I asked him to lower his voice. I said there is no need to yell I am sitting right here & I'm not yelling at you. I had to calm my daughter down because she wanted to know why the man was yelling at me & was getting upset. He again told me I had to pay more money for the gel then told me I had to pay for my nails being long. I said you heard your own employee say he did tell me $20 so why would I pay more then I was told I had to pay without asking why I am being charged more. The owner says that I'm a troublemaker so I said just give me the regular fill so we can go & I'll go somewhere else to have my daughters nails painted. They tell me I owe $20. I said if the gel fill starters at $20 how much is a regular fill. He said the regular fill starts at $20. By now the owner is ignoring my requests for him to calm down and lower his voice so I just wanted to leave because he was doing all this in front of my child. The guy doing my nails now has an attitude so I asked him why he was upset with me when he heard the other guy say he told me it would be $20 so what did I do wrong, why are you upset with me? He doesn't say anything but the owner walks by & says because we don't like you. What? How dare he! I didn't do anything wrong. I didn't want to pay $20 for a regular fill but the owner was already acting erratic & I just wanted to get out of their so I paid. I looked at the price list on my way out the door & saw that a regular fill is $13.99 & up and a gel is $20 & up so I paid for a gel fill even though I didn't get gel. read more

My mom and I came in on Saturday to get our nails done before a wedding we were attending. We just wanted a basic manicure/polish. We were separated which wasn't very fun, my mom two rows ahead of me. We got our nails done at the same time but for some reason the nail techs couldn't sit next to each other to do their work and so we had to be separated (kind of defeating the purpose of going out to spend time together). Anyway my nails were pretty much just as I wanted them, filed into a good shaped and smooth but my guy used a buffer block regardless (which now since I took my polish off they look all beat up) an files just the edges but didn't finish them off with a finer grade so they were all rough around the edges. My mom's tech used a dremel on her cuticles???? The polish application was ok. Nothing better than I could have done myself. The color/polish selection was pretty lacking only a small handful of OPI which I tend to prefer and a ton of cheaper looking polishes. Overall it was an okay visit but not a place I would really recommend for a simple job. Will do it ourselves next time! read more
