What stood out most was her demeanor throughout the service. Her tone and communication regarding my hair process and results were not only unhelpful, but also came across as condescending. A salon experience should feel relaxing and collaborative, this was the opposite. Based on my experience, I would not recommend booking with her, unless you're in the mood to want to get physically aggressive. While the salon has a great look, the service I received did not match the standard I expected.
