I always love coming by. Lisa and her team are always kind, efficient and caring. They are so…read morereliable and the customer service is great. I love how Lisa does my nails she truly skilled! The vibe is always welcoming and upbeat. Don't be put off because of how small the shop is, the quality and care is superb. Support small businesses!

Services were good the first couple time and then a steady significant decline. The ladies are nice…read morehowever they have no problem packing human bodies in their tiny space like sardines. The male nail tech seems disgruntled and is low vibrational. The last 3 times he did my nails they either chipped, smudged or 1 nail completed fell off. It's a shame because he has potential to be an excellent nail tech if he can put his ego to the side and learn how to serve his clients. After giving me a new nail set at my last fill in appointment he told me my next appointment will be a new set: I told him no way. They seem to view their clients as walking ATMs--it's an uncomfortable feeling: They constantly badger you to do new sets, gel mani-pedis or expensive "spa" pedicures even after you've told them specifically the kind of services you want/prefer--it's more "them" focused than client focused. Btw,I was never thanked for my $20-$25 tips --ever. This last appointment took the cake--nail tech dude nicked my skin with his super sharp nail tool and blamed MY skin for "growing too close to the nail". This happened after leaving me under the fan for 15 minutes while he enjoyed a phone conversation right in front of me--so I knew it was because he wasn't paying attention--he seems resentful of his customers and unhappy to do this kind of work. When I arrived for my appointment (no such thing really because they treat everyone as a walk-in) he and a young girl didn't move to seat me, I had to ask them if they were working today in order to mobilize them--mind you I was the only customer. That said, I won't be back. I'm big on customer service and positive energy and I pay well for it, but it's not to be found there.

Honestly if I could do a 0/10. I have never been to the salon and due to Sunnie I will never go …read more Unless you want to give out money for free please DO NOT BOOK SUNNIE. I had an appointment with her and she told me to solidify my spot I would have to pay $40 deposit which I was completely fine paying Due to some unforeseen circumstances I messaged her telling her I don't believe I would be able to make the time that my appointment was scheduled, she now proceed to tell me that I can reschedule. Now you can see from the screenshot that I sent to reschedule at 2:09, my appointment was at 4 she did not send her policy until 3:22pm which I immediately asked if I would have to pay the deposit again, she did not answer my question so we proceed to rebook days later Then she says I would have to send another $40 deposit because you failed to make me aware of the policy that you put for your business, I have no problem respecting your policy but why am I being penalized for a policy I was not aware of which is CRAZY to me. It not right you put these policy in place and you expect people to just know this is my first time ever booking with her and I was appalled by her response, as you can see she acknowledged her mistake and basically said idc, and it's not like I am asking for a refund just to honor my deposit. That is money hungry behavior, the customer service is 0/10, instead of giving her the $40 I can use that to make sure my review and video reaches thousand of feeds, these are people hard earn money stop playing in ppls faces. She is still yet to respond after I questioned her. Crazy NEVER AGAIN !!!

Update: Tiffany, one of the managers, was super kind and gave me a call after my initial manicure…read more She offered a partial refund, which I was happy to accept as opposed to a full refund, as the work was still done and the resulting nails were fine. She also worked with another manager at the store and was able to set up my next appointment with a specific tech - I believe it was Emily. Tiffany was very communicative via both text and DM on there Instagram account, which I used to schedule my next appointment. She was also there when I arrived for that appointment to ensure things went smoothly. Emily was very attentive during my service, and ultimately I was happy with this set. I did SNS and Emily finished with a gel top coat. Since I prefer to not have gel that is cured by UV, I may not return regularly. However, this salon has a huge selection of not only regular colors, but specialty colors as well, such as cat eye and jelly polishes. Jelly polishes are definitely on my list to try in the future, so I'll likely be back for that. I very much appreciate the team's outreach and support after my last review, and it's clear that they care greatly for the service they can provide their customers.

Update: The owner responded and characterized my request as "extensive cuticle work." To clarify, I…read moreonly asked for my cuticles to be pushed back before Gel-X application, and the technician had already begun applying product without doing so. The owner also referred to my Instagram comments as "spam." Sharing the same truthful experience on multiple public platforms is not spam. IF THE OWNER IS WILLING TO SPEAK WITH ME AND PROVIDE THE GEL-X SERVICE WITH BASIC CUTICLE PREP INCLUDED, WITHOUT THE ADDITIONAL $10 FEE, I'M WILLING TO RESOLVE THIS AND REMOVE MY COMMENTS. I would not have posted any of this had there been a genuine effort to problem-solve with me at the salon. ---- I was extremely disappointed with my experience here, and I will never be coming back. I came in for Gel-X nails, and the technician began applying gel adhesive without even pushing back or properly prepping my cuticles. When I asked for my cuticles to be pushed back before the extensions were applied, I was told it would cost an additional $10. I completely understand charging extra for a full manicure or extensive cuticle trimming. What I do not understand is charging extra for basic nail preparation before applying extensions. Proper prep affects how the nails look, adhere, and last, and I was not comfortable having Gel-X applied to an unprepped nail bed, so I stopped the service. They also charge extra for gel polish, and even though I brought my own, there was no adjustment in price. I was already paying for an expensive pedicure with builder gel and gel polish, so the lack of flexibility over something as basic as cuticle prep felt excessive. I would not recommend this salon to someone who regularly gets their nails done and is willing to pay for quality service. I have no problem paying for my nails, but I do have a problem being charged extra for necessary parts of the service. At that point, it feels less like premium service and more like being ripped off.

My regular independent nail tech has taken ill, so I needed to find a regular spot closer to home…read moreanyway. I'd been to Azalea City Nails once before for a rebalance about a year ago, and I remember being impressed by the whole "I'm not being herded like cattle" experience. So I came back, and baby, I am IMPRESSED. First, they didn't immediately pull out a cheese grater during any of the pedicures I witnessed. If you know, you know. And the e-file drill looked dusty, which I mean as the highest compliment because it was clearly dusty from NON-USE. Paola did not use an e-file on my nails once. Not once! You sit in these gorgeous chairs with footstools and blankets. There are no TVs blaring in the background, and I could actually sit, relax, and comfortably talk with my nail tech. The whole experience felt calm and personal instead of rushed. Maybe I'm a cheap thrill, but I'm thoroughly impressed. I may be pressed, but I'm IMPRESSED. Okay, y'all get the point. Lol. I'll update this review if things go awry for my rebalance in three weeks

I was able to grab street parking right our front , but I can see parking being difficult on a busy day.
