I stopped in for the first time a few weeks ago. I'd been going to Only Nails (next to Target) but…read morethe last few times, my nails started lifting after just a week and my shape looked a little wonky. I read a few reviews and took a chance with Mike. He did a great job! He did a thorough file down and fill in and the shape and design are exactly what I asked for. Cosmo is more expensive than Only Nails but I'm really happy with the results. Fingers crossed there's no lifting! I went back 3 weeks later (there was no lifting after 3 weeks!!!) and the experience was even better! Lolo (the manager) is fantastic, Rose gave me possibly the best, most relaxing pedicure/ massage I've ever had, and once again, Mike gave me a gorgeous full-set mani!

I'm disgusted after my experience here. The first time I came, I made an appointment for noon and…read morethey didn't start on me until 1pm. It's not even worth making an appointment because they treat everyone like a walk-in. That said, a woman did my nails and they were really nice. They were so nice that I came back despite the wait. This time, I got a pedicure. Two guys did my nails -- one did the pedicure and a different one did the structured/builder gel fill-in. The pedicure was typical, nothing special. HOWEVER, the builder gel fill-in was a nightmare. He cut my nail for no reason and then tried to put a tip on it. THESE ARE MY REAL NAILS AND THEY ARE LONG! After back and forth, one of the young ladies came over and explained to him that I just need a fill in. He put too much builder gel on each nail (it burned in the uv light) and the gel polish is lumpy. This is one of those experiences where I was looking forward to relax and get my nails done, but I hate them. They looked better needing a fill-in. Alas, I still can't find a place out here that does a solid structured gel manicure, but I'll keep looking. If I'm desperate, I'll go back and ask for the first young lady I had, but should expect a long wait.

If I could give this horrible business ZERO stars I would. This is by far the absolute WORST nail…read moresalon I have ever been to in my entire 21 years of living. Let's first start off by saying two of my friends and I walked in and no one greeted us. We had to say "uhhh...excuse me? Is anyone gonna acknowledge or answer us?" Everyone was just staring at us like we had 15 eyes. Not to mention, the owner is also very rude. I asked if she could help me and she gave me the rudest most hostile response I've ever heard from any business owner. Completely unprofessional. We should've left right then and there but we were desperate to get our nails done as this was on a Sunday and we came around 5. I got an acrylic full set and first of all, the guy who was doing my nails made me feel VERY uncomfortable. He was too busy trying to hit on me instead of making sure he put enough acrylic on my nails so they didn't break. With that being said, after the 2nd day of having them, 1 nail broke. I was fine with that. I went and got it fixed on the 3rd day free of charge and that was that. After I went to get that nail fixed, by the end of the 3rd day, I kid you not....6 of my nails were off. They were literally popping off like press ons I just bought from Walmart. I wasn't so mad they were popping off as I hated my nails to begin with because the shaping was off. Every single nail was a different shape, but the idea of me spending $65 on this is what really upset me the most. I can't continue this review without failing to mention both of my friends had similar experiences to mine with their acrylics. By the 3rd day, four of my friend's acrylics had came off and the acrylic on her toe had completely chipped in half as well. My other friend went and asked for acrylic on her toe, and the lady blatantly told her "no, you don't need it" & proceeded to do her toes without the acrylic. Of course my friend was not having that and told her to do what she asked. Who says that to someone and how do you know what a customer doesn't and doesn't want? Once again...lazy, inconsiderate and rude. Not sure how they are still operating business, but I will never come back here and I will be sure to let everyone else know that as well. Also, I wouldn't advise anyone to use the bathroom there. I did so and they made it a big commotion and started talking about me in their language. Absolutely uncalled for. Take your coins somewhere else. There are plenty of better nail salons in the area.
