The salon is spacious with 10-14 nail stations and about 10 pedicure chairs . There is a television showing mostly travel images and music is played. They do offer beverages during appointments. The last two visits (actually 3) have been less than pleasant. The nail technician does a good job, but the polishing could use some work, the sides of the nail are often missed as the painting is a straight line. The front desk and lack of punctuality with appointments is what is upsetting. An appointment before Christmas was not honored, in fact the technician was over 20 minutes late and nobody said anything, no acknowledgement that the technician was running behind or offer of water etc. I walked out. The woman who works and the desk chased me down and begged me to return. I had another commitment directly after so I said I would come back another day. That evening another person from the salon called me to apologize and offered a discount when I returned. The discount wasn't honored. Again during my last appointment the tech was late (15 minutes) and this was after an older gentlemen working the front desk called to ask me if I would be on time to appointment. Lastly, their prices are not posted and I feel they are quite expensive ($55 for an acrylic fill with gel polish). They charge an extra 4% if you use a credit card to pay. Pack your patience and make sure you know what you're being charged for before visiting this location.

The other tech said yes. The person working on me started to speak another language. After further inspection, all of my toes have the same bleed. Rather than redo them all I opted not to have them all done. Is it really so hard to polish toes and not file off your cuticle beds to correct the mistake?

Greeted the moment I walked through the door. I explained what happened and I honestly couldn't remember the lady that did my nails. I was told to have a seat. I don't know the name of the lady that assisted me today but she's and Eagles fan She asked what shape did I want as my nails were more almond shaped than stiletto.. Not only did she repair the broken nail but she reshaped and relished all of my nails. In the end she didn't charge me a dime. Of course I walk around with no cash. I walked in, was rushed to pick a color instead of greeted. Said I could grab some water, which was nice. The mumbling in Viet started as soon as I sat down, could really make you feel out of place. (Just because someone doesn't know the language doesn't mean they don't hear the tone and can pick up on context.) Cut me twice, apologized, and a couple other hiccups that I won't bother to mention. She lightened up throughout time, but I may have to give it a second thought before going again.. I still tipped well because the actual nails came out good. (My total ~$96.00)Not to my like, as she was not easy to tell what I wanted done. Lady came in right to the end of my service with an appointment, and needed to get acetone removed from her hands that lady doing my nails had wrapped in foil and said, "excuse me- can you--" (I'm sure her hands were either hurting or were uncomfortable), and lady doing my nails interrupted her loudly in front of the whole salon, to say she's almost done with me. I felt terrible for her since she had an appointment on top of that. The fact that there's a lot of competitors for you (Nova nails) should push you to improve in timing and care with how you talk to clients and be careful about what you say you can and can not do for a service. I'm still looking for a place that is both well at communicating with clients, and has the skill set for an awesome set. Please remember to treat people kindly.
