If you like a juicy burger with incredible taste, this is the place to go. Their truffle fries were just as good. I will have to go back and try the Salmon and their signature cocktails. The only negative, and this is not the restaurant's fault, is that the parking is horrible. Luckily, we went on a weekday in the winter, so we were able to park about a block away. There are a few paid parking spots, but it will cost about $10 for 2 hours if you use the QR code on your phone. If you can get to the restaurant, it's well worth it. The brussel sprouts were the best I've ever had... finely chopped, crispy, with beautiful flavor. We had the elk burger (dirty Frenchman) and OMG!! So, so delicious! Upgrade to the sweet potato tater tots (or parm truffle fries... you can't go wrong with either). Their blackberry blitz looked amazing (my friend got it and then just added soda for refills). I've heard their salads are also phenomenal. We will be back!

It took a monent to get our check. I wasn't ever asked if I wanted another beer. I fell like they are more a restaurant than a brewery. All the foods looked to be great. I was admiring the fish and chips next to me. The business was hopping busy for a Sunday afternoon. Everyone patronizing the establishment looked to be having a good time. Smiles abound. The wait staff was kind, knowdgeable and witty. The tye dye shirts with official branding were a nice touch. The location is great, a comfy brewpub with mountain views. Elk nearby. Ah, Evergreen. I will return. Check it out. You'll be glad you did. Excellent.

I gotta say, it was a solid burger! I like my burgers very standard and no veggies but regardless, it tasted great!! My wife tried one of the brats that he offers and she really liked it! It's a great option while strolling the town. He also offers other things you can see on the picture of the menu. Judging by the taste of what I had, you wont be dissatisfied. The location is pretty cool. It's tucked away from the main road and feels like a little meadow. It's an experience. Overall, you definitely should come by and try for yourself. It's worth it!

The location is pretty, but the noise level was crazy loud. There was a particularly noisy table with guys shouting and the rest of the restaurant had to yell to be heard. We had to shout our order to the staff just to be heard. The tables are wobbly--noticed several with plastic shims to help balance, and no, they don't take care of it before you sit down. We asked and the guy nearly tipped over our drinks on us. Started with our drinks. Ordered some specialty drinks and they left the Sprite out of what we ordered. They brought a carafe of Sprite and they had run out of syrup so it was club soda. They remade the drinks and all was well. Burrata appetizer was trying too hard. Too much going on with flavors. It was just okay. Lamb ragu was cooked well, but lacked flavor. Mussels, hopefully, won't get me sick. I had a bad batch and one mussel that was so bad that I had to spit it out and it soured my appetite so much so that I didn't order anything as a replacement. Paella special was over cooked. And the pasta primavera tasted like a curry. The best item of the night was the beet salad. When we got our check, it was crazy expensive for four people. $250! And that was with only one alcoholic drink! They also didn't take my mussels off the tab, which we had to point out and they corrected right away. Also didn't help that we could visually see our server complaining to the other servers about us. We were absolutely polite and kind to everyone helping and still left a nice tip because we've both worked in restaurants. It's a pretty location with overpriced food that isn't that tasty and a server who doesn't understand that when things get messed up, it's the restaurants job to remedy it--especially for the price that customers have to pay! Ridiculous.
