I want to like this place more but after 2 visits, it's more or less average. I make better burgers at home on my grill. Pros - Very fast service despite their being slammed - I like all the topping options, from jalepenos to being able to swap out a bun for a lettuce wrap - prices more than reasonable for the area - good fries -nice beer on draft selection -outdoor seating Cons - burger patty was overcooked and under seasoned - veggie burger seemed like a Dr praeger's/not homemade -kids' chicken nuggets was more batter than chicken -not factored into the review but the water they served had a funky/rancid taste B-minus for me. Would probably not be back. read more

We were headed to Evergreen for my Mother-In-Law's 78th Birthday and found Marsdale Burger on Yelp! And we are happy that we did! Everything was great. I had a 1/3# Burger with PepperJack, Jalapeños, Bacon, BBQ Sauce and an Onion Ring. The burger was juicy, and cooked and seasoned very well. I made a mess! Maybe they can add that one to the menu. My wife and her Mom shared a 1/3# White Cheddar Cheese Burger and they enjoyed theirs as well. The food came out hot and fast. The lady who took our order was friendly and fun. She even gave the birthday girl a free cookie. I forgot to take pictures, but we'll be back and I'll try to remember next time. I would definitely recommend Marshdale Burger if you're in the area. read more

GREAT burger! Lots to choose from on the menu and a reasonable price. Very friendly staff. Pleasant location and nice to sit outside.

This place doesn't need another positive review but I can't help it, it's that good. Most any eatery has a burger on their menu, but when a eatery makes burgers their priority dish, it better be good. This guy from Wisconsin does burgers very good. The fact he's been in business for over 4 years in an area where so many eateries flame-out quickly is a testament to their quality of food & service. Their business model is simple: you pick every aspect of your burger's build. The meats are high quality, the sides are simple yet delicious, and the condiments/toppings are fresh & tasty. Their success is simple: consistent quality & personal service, which equals an enjoyable & memorable dining-out experience every time. And that takes effort. And that effort needs to be recognized, praised and appreciated. So that's why I am adding my review to the hundreds already before me! This guy elevates the burger to a date-night worthy experience! read more

Meh. Burger has good toppings and bun. Meat is typical not great. Decent for small town.

Awesome salad and tots! My boyfriend loved his burger and can't stop recommending this spot. The staff was friendly, food came fast, and there was plenty of seating inside and outside. My salad was very good as were the tater tots! read more

The pork green chili is the best anywhere. My wife's chop salad was perfect. My burger was as good as it gets. The blue cheese part was to die for. Small place outside of Evergreen that is busy. You can eat inside or out. Not much atmosphere but who cares. The cooks and server get the job done. read more

Awesome lunch during our first visit to Marshdale Burger!! We were welcomed as soon as we walked in by friendly staff who helped us navigate the menu and choose. We tried the Evergreen Rodeo and 285 Traffic Jam with sides of tots and onion rings. All was absolutely delicious!! The 285 Traffic Jam had a perfectly medium-cooked burger with savory bacon jam, goat cheese and arugula. The Evergreen Rodeo was balanced with a delicate BBQ sauce, cheddar and a crispy onion ring. We decided to split the burgers with one another and they happily halved them before delivering to us. Flavours we're top notch - ranking as some of the best burgers we've ever had! Oh, the brioche bun makes the burger! Not to mention great tots and onion rings with tasty fry sauce. And there is a nice, welcoming vibe. Can't wait to return!! read more

Our favorite "go to" place for the best hamburgers in the Foothills. Not only are the hamburgers cooked to perfection and very tasty, the onion rings are to die for. We have friends that live in Fort Collins who drive down just to eat at Marshdale Burgers. That speaks for itself! read more

We love Marshdale Burger Company!!! Our go to whenever we're in a burger mood. The restaurant itself has a great vibe and the staff is always great. My usual is their amazing Chicken Burger...it never disappoints Their Monthly Special Burger is always creatively yummy along with Tots, Fries, and Onion Rings cooked to perfection and David's special sauce. They even have some great beer and wine options. It's no surprise they won a 2023 Best of the Best award. Way to go guys! read more

Really good burger spot out here in lil ol Evergreen. They use local beef and have a rotating specialty burger every month (specialty burger is around $16, while regular menu is $14/$15). I especially loved the crunch on the fried, it was so satisfy. These burgs are tasty, so good you can down then in 3 or 4 bites. 2 regular menu burgers (that came with a side) with 1 drink and a tip came out to $38. I would say price wise this is on part with some of the other offers around Evergreen like Illegal Burger and Murphy's. We left full and happy. read more

Marshdale Burger - Traffic Jam with tots - Burgers Near Me - Evergreen, Colorado

It was Sassy Sunday and the man behind the register was having fun being secretive about the fry sauce. If I were British, I'd say he was "cheeky" but so fun to chat with. We felt very welcome and when I ordered a gluten free bun, he was quick to point out fries and onion rings are breaded. So thoughtful. Burger was amazing! I don't like hamburgers very much but if I lived near by, I'd quickly become a regular at this roadside stop! I'm gluten-free and dairy-free, which is always a challenge. I had the 285 Burger, which has goat cheese, bacon jam and arugula. Amazing! read more

many more visits!! still 5 stars!!! Fantastic food and service consistently. Pleasant atmosphere. Best burgers in the area.

We have been wanting to try this place out! It's actually pretty nice inside, it got pretty hot because the kitchen is opened up. Glad we sat by the door. The people are very nice and pleasant. Did the revolving burger because you get more burger for your money. There are some standard things that should go on a burger and not be charged extra. But they charge extra for everything so keep that in mind. My hamburger was a little over cooked but it was still yummy. My hubby's was cooked perfectly. If you want a delicious hamburger and a beer this is the place! Definitely going back!! Soon! read more

Not as good as my last visit, but still very good. I didn't add as many juicy toppings as last time. Note to self! Pay attention to the "special". I did not see the board when I came in. Wished I had it instead. These guys still get my "righteous burger" class. It was yummy. I will be back! read more

The meat was tasteless! I had the 285 Traffic Jam. The bacon jam was all you could taste. The arugula was sparse and very wilted. I couldn't finish it it was so tasteless and the meat was over cooked. The onion rings were over cooked and some were burnt. You can get a better burger for a better price at the gas station just down the street (Marshdale General Store). read more

I've been here 3 times now while in the area. Excellent burgers. The patties are decent size and very well seasoned. The toppings are fresh and i was surprised the sweet onions were actually sweet. As soon as you walk in, you're immediately greeted with friendly service. Customers can customize their burger any number of ways, but I was intrigued by the Rotating Burger of the Month which came with bacon, plantains, and crunchy peanut butter. Really unique combo, and it was quite delicious! The place looks tiny from the outside, but features plenty of seating whether at the bar, a booth, or a table. Almost took longer to order than it did to receive our food, which was also a pleasant surprise. Plus, they offer punch cards to a free burger, and Saturdays are double punch day! I look forward to visiting again soon and discovering the next Rotating creation (or making one of my own). read more
