However, over the last few months, I've overheard several shoppers discussing the aggressive behavior of the security guard on duty -- and I've now witnessed it myself. I've seen him stare customers up and down as if they're doing something wrong, and I've watched him follow people around the store. Today, I saw him approach a teenage couple in the makeup aisle and say, "You two are in here a lot." When they agreed, he continued, "I feel like I see you in here almost every day, but I never see you buy anything. Why is that?" The teens calmly explained that while they have bought items before, they don't purchase something every visit. I understand that security staff have a job to do, but at this point his behavior comes across as harassment, especially toward teenagers. This creates an uncomfortable and unwelcoming shopping environment.

There are so many unique, low priced, high quality clothes to be found. My beautiful mom and fellow shopper of many years passed away 7 months ago but I'm sure she would have enjoyed shopping at this Burlington. I found the store to be rather clean with overall clear isles. The clear isles would have come in handy if mom were with me as I would push her in the wheelchair. There was plenty of product in all the different areas from purses, shoes, perfume, pots and pans, you name it they got it. Other wings of the mall (like the Burlington wing) have only a few stores, and lots of vacant spaces.
