We went during a very busy time of day/day of the week: Sunday, December 8th at 1pm. There was a lot of stock and items were easy to find. There was a little bit of a mess in the isles for shoes and toys but given how busy it was that is to be expected. The clothes were neatly organized although the men's section was helter-skelter with some of it placed here and some of it in another section of the store, etc. There was plenty of stock to choose from and the prices were right. What I was most impressed with was how well organized the check out was. The line was all the way to the back of the store in linen...unreal and yet that line moved at a rather good pace. They kept asking for more cashiers to come to the front and eventually all the available areas for cashiers were running at full speed; thank you for that Marshalls! What happened to the store that I used to love? The quality at Marshalls, TJ maxx, Homegoods, has drastically decreased. Everything from clothing, shoes, dishes, Christmas decor, food items, etc. is junk. The serving bowls and platters used to have "art piece" feel made in a variety of countries with a "world market" vibe. The chocolate options from England, Spain, Italy, etc have been removed or greatly decreased at best. The clothing and shoe inventory used to be overstock designer brands. That has all but disappeared. I'm so sad because this used to be my favorite place. Every Christmas, I was excited for the ornaments and decor, and now it's just low quality and unappealing. They've turned into another Made in China junk store. If this continues, I predict bankruptcy in the not so distant future. read more

This is an awesome store if you are trying to find unique items to decorate your home (kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, study, etc). You can find a lot of items marked down and in clearance sections. We found a lot of unique items and bought a few. The process took forever though. We spent quite a long while. It was difficult to navigate in the store. It was a bit cramped and messy. Things were thrown all over the place. Large items were left in walkway areas. It was super difficult. After looking through a few clothing items, and not finding much. Most were overpriced and not in style for the brand name. I found a 2-piece outfit. I tried it on with other items. I only liked that 2-piece. I went in line and tried to buy it, only to realize the sizes were different. She made us wait 10 minutes for someone to find it. She didn't believe that we couldn't find it. I told her the outfit was like that together on a clearance rack. She then said they can't find it and sell it. Store policy. This was unfortunate because I wanted it. I really hope they change this policy. I think a manager should be able to sell it and discount if needed. I shouldn't have to wait 2 weeks for them to put it through, list them as separate and marked down. Overall, I do like this store. My hopes are that they clean it up a bit and maintain it better. read more

The customer service is awful!! I went the the dressing rooms and there was an angry lady with gray hair who was very disrespectful. She shoed me away and was very rude. When i went to return the items i didn't want on the rack, she yelled at me for not putting them on the right one. She did not specify which one she wanted them on. The items here are good but the horrible customer service and constant long lines makes it unreasonable to shop here. I do not recommend coming here if u want a peaceful shopping trip. Although i do recommend this lady gets a job elsewhere that will hopefully set her to a higher standard. read more

They have a great variety of home decor items. I love this place for home accessories especially of you are looking to add a little glam. This location also has a decent amount of inventory for boys clothing. If you are looking for 4T to size 10/12 they have more variety than most locations. read more

It's like a bomb went off in this place. I know there is always treasures to be found here, but only if your willing to waste your whole day. Between sorting through racks, shelves, end caps, and then waiting in line to check out, be prepared to lose a lot of time. The day I was here I scored a lot of unique kitchen items, UA pants for my boys for $10 each, but at the cost of nearly 2 hours too. I found a coffee table I liked, but didn't purchase. Went home and showed my hubby who loved it. Turned out it was a $599 Broyhill piece. Went back the next day, it was still there. Grabbed it, and asked if I could get a discount for the (tiny) scratch on the corner. Discount given! Only $160 for the piece!! Oh, and I would never come here with my kids either. This Marshall's has a greater selection than most. Their home goods department is HUGE! While shopping I found some really great deals on kitchen utensils and had to bite the bullet. They also have some gorgeous holiday decorations. The reason I rated it 3 stars is because the store can be somewhat chaotic and unorganized. You have to keep your eye out because there are a lot of damaged or completely broken products. Don't let that deter your from finding the diamond in the rough though! This is my first time visiting a Marshall's. Its like a rejected item/discount store. The items are random and all over the place. We waited 34 minutes in line even with 10 registers open... it was not worth it. I guess you get what you pay for, and I'd rather pay more for better experience. read more

This location is a Marshall's and a homegoods, so there is a ton of stuff to look through. They have a huge selection of clothes, food, decor, toys, pet items, and everything in between. The reason I'm giving two stars is because on most occasions, I have had to wait way longer in line than I should have. A few times it was upwards of 40 minutes. They also seem to be slow to figure out the usual times of days when every register needs to be open. This has been going on for years so I'm not sure why it isn't figured out yet. If you don't mind waiting in line, this is actually a great location though. Just be prepared to wait a long time. read more

The customer service at this location has gone so far down the drain it's unbelievable. 3 times in a row now I have had an issue here and tonight they gave my mom a hard time too. The young girls being hired are so disrespectful and entitled they give disgusting attitude and they don't care because they know the store needs them. The last time I was there the cashier accused me of stealing because I put the bag of merchandise she rung up and placed on the counter in my cart- she said I'm not allowed to put it in my cart until I pay. The time before that a different cashier told me I cannot use my debit card and HAVE TO pay cash. Tonight my mom was purchasing gifts for relatives who had kids so she asked to do separate transactions.. the cashier said to her "next time don't ask to do more than one transaction. We do not allow that it's a rule, one transaction per customer." If this continues this store is going to go out of business because honestly if you don't have customer service you will lose your paying customers. read more

As someone who used to work here, this place is hell on earth and a disaster. The management do not care about their employees at all and too many customers act like entitled brats. I pity the employees who are trying their best to last through the day while dealing with terrible managers and customers. I'm always disappointed when my boyfriend and I shop at this location, everytime we go we find stuff we want and then we notice stains or holes on the items. The most recent, yesterday (1.02.20) there were big black ink stains on a Calvin Klein hoodie & Champion zipup, a hole in a Micheal Kors long sleeve & yellow stains all over a Steve Madden purse. We were so disappointed to find all this cute stuff we were ready to buy and then realize "dannnng look what's all over it". A great place to find a great bargain. If you're looking for unique adds to your home this is Marshall's is the place to go. They have a night assortment of lamps and decorative plates. You can find accent pillows and trinkets with a European flair. Marshall's also carrie's small furniture items that can be hard to find at other department stores. I have yet to shop for clothes or shoes here but if I find myself in need of something new I might take a gander. read more

I always manage to find something here. Whether it is men's clothing or furniture. Always something new. It is the best around and I always have a good time and enjoy dropping by. The clearance sections are always worth dropping by. There was an above average amount of damaged furniture the last time I was there which was of course discounted but it was sad to see so many pieces broken. read more

I love the stuff that they sell but this place is a little jam-packed. It's really hard to get in and out of the isles, especially if you have a shopping cart. There was also alot of clothes and stuff just thrown on the floor and some of the boxes and items were already opened and looked broken and played with. Not sure what's going on here with the staff but It seems no one pays attention to the quality of the items or how the place looks. I have had mostly good experiences here. Today, I wanted to return a purse. Of course, I had put some items in it when I got home, but found it wasn't what I was looking for. The cashier accused me outright of buying the purse to use it and return it. It was 3 days. She gave me the refund with an attitude. This place is dangerous for my bank account lol I always find something! Leaving only 4 stars not 5 though because staff is no where to be found.... I know it is busy and they need all the cashiers up front but other than that there was 1 girl at fitting rooms and I didn't see anyone else to help us.....
