If you are looking for a place to consign your clothes, look elsewhere--unless you enjoy risking your items going missing without a trace or spending hours looking for your items. The owner herself didn't explain the process upfront which would give anyone pause from leaving their stuff here. Rather was rude when I said she didn't explain it upfront. There was zero accountability for lost or stolen items. When you hand your clothes over to a consignment shop, there is an expectation of basic care and security. Sadly, that is completely absent here. They have a policy that basically shrugs off theft or loss. They simply do not care about protecting your inventory. I had a few items that I never was able to find and the owner was no help. I was given attitude for any question I had. Spent hours looking for my items. Originally when I asked the owner how it worked, she failed to mention that I would have to look for everything myself at pickup. When my consignment period was up, I had to go through the crowded racks and hunt down every item myself. I spent so much time digging through racks just to recover some of my belongings. As a customer, a consignment shop should provide a level of partnership and trust. This place takes your items, cuts you out of the loop if they get stolen, and forces you to do the heavy lifting when you want them back. Save your time, your energy, and your items--consign somewhere that actually values its clients or better yet donate them to someone who really needs them.

When we went in the beginning of September - everything was 50% off. Tons of clothes that include fall/summer and everything in between. Did find a lot of stuff for my mom - even skinny jeans! I was impressed with the selection and at 50% off it was a steal. Two tops, pair of jeans, black slacks, jean capris, and cute yellow/designed capris - all for $174. Lots of random stuff is being sold - throw blankets, fuzzy socks, lotion, shoes, and even weighted blankets. One of the worker's told us that they are pulling stuff from warehouses, so random stuff for sure! But everyone can use jewelry, bags, and little gifts - no matter your size. Sad to see The Avenue go but I highly recommend you get the deals while they last! I stocked up on a lot of Christmas gifts! All sales final and everything must go including fixtures.

The store mostly has name brands from old navy, kohls and Walmart that are NOT current from this year - maybe 5-10 years ago. As I was walking…read more around I noticed customers throwing clothes on the floor, on top racks and never putting them back where they got them and parents letting their children run wild in the store and destroying and opening the merchandise. Also seen other patrons walking around with a cart full of merchandise and discarding what they do not want any old place . I am sure the employees work very hard to clean and keep the store as tidy as possible and the store should not be judged by who works there but how rude some customers are.
