This location brought me in on August 28, to buy two or more 50% off ladies comical t-shirts. Since Old Navy has many stores in many cities and states, I was inspired by a Yelp friend in another state who made a purchase of a cute funny shirt that I wanted to buy and enjoy also. This store is nicely organized with many departments such as Women's, Men's, Children's and Accessories. There are easy to read signs along with great lighting and dressing rooms to try on clothes. I found my t-shirts on sale instead of a regular price of $14.99 for an affordable price of $7.50. (photos attached) 1 shirt "Happy Hour" and 1 shirt with a Peace Sign. ( Love that symbol) I walked over to the Men's department and found a clearance shirt on sale for $5.99 with a great photo on the front being All of guys from the "Avengers". My last stop before check out was to the children's clearance section. I was happy to find a boys size 4 toddler shirt with the Detroit Red Wings logo on it for my great nephew to wear for hockey season. The sale price was $ 5.99 My final purchase was a oneies size 12 months, for my other great nephew on clearance for $6.00. My total savings on 6 items according to the bottom on my receipt list was a savings of $19.00. I noticed while in line waiting to check out, areas of last minute inexpensive gifts, And E.l.F makeup, or phone accessories. Overall: I had a successful shopping "Summer Clearance" experience, by looking through many styles and deals of merchandise. If you are on a budget stop in here to check out some good quality merchandise and clothing. NOTE: On the bottom of your receipt is an area to complete a survey within 5 days from the date of your purchase to receive 10% off on your next in store or online purchase at Old Navy. That sounds like a way to keep one back in the store to spend more cash! :) read more

To be honest, it has been a long time since I shopped at Old Navy. I admit some prices went up on plain clothing items. I was a bit shocked with some prices. They did have super great deals though on a lot of clothing. I was super excited when I found a cup sized sports bra for full coverage and on sale as well! I found two floral dresses for $20 each, and they were super cute. I also found comfy flats and shoes for $20 each. The black ones I included in a picture are actually quite comfortable. I was not expecting that. I still think the quality of flats was quite low. The store had an area for clearance items as well. An employee helped me find my size for the sports bra, and asked if I needed any other help. The store was clean and organized. The line moved pretty quickly considering how busy the store was inside. read more

It had been a good couple of years since we had been to Old Navy but we were out enjoying a nice Sunday and decided to stop in. Right off the bat I found a nice, casual summer dress. It's usually hit or miss for me when it comes to this store so I was happy I found something on this trip. As I was trying the dress on, my husband found a shirt he liked and was patiently waiting for my opinion. Hey he never buys clothing for himself so I encouraged him to go for it since it was on sale for 50% off. My dress was only $15 and I was pleasantly surprised that I found such a cute dress for that price. They not only have plenty of regular dressing rooms in the middle of the store, but they have these little curtained off areas in each department if you want to slip in, try something on real quick and come right back out. It's a nice and convenient time saver to have these placed throughout the store for quick and easy access. I'll have to make this one of my stops when looking for clothing at decent prices. I hate paying an arm and a leg for clothes since I'm a bargain shopper who looks for sales or coupons. There's always a discount or sale at the many other stores in the area and Old Navy is a nice addition to this shopping mecca along the Hall Rd corridor. All in all a pleasant experience and I'll have to come back soon. read more

This old navy is a little bigger than most but just like most is not very Orderly. The clothes usually are not straightened and I think overall the regular price items are pricy. The $1 flip flop sale brings me back each year and the 4 th of July $5 t shirt is a good deal too. read more

Old navy's decent place to stop to get your everyday essential solid t or tank or to stock up on clothing for the whole family. It's lower-mid range priced and although some things seem more expensive than what they're worth they usually go on sale. This location is in a very busy area across Hall Road from Lakeside Mall as a matter of fact, so take that into consideration when stopping. I do feel like whatever item you're going in for there's usually a large stock of and although sometimes it's very hard to find an employee on the floor if they are out of something, it doesn't hurt to ask because several times I have asked if they have a size of mine they were out of and they were able to retrieve it from the back. I'm sure that's a hit-or-miss thing, but still good to know. They also have a large selection of activewear that I feel is decent quality and a good price for what it is. There's lots of cute kids clothes also and a decently sized clearance area in the far back left corner. Sure you have to do some digging but sometimes if you don't mind you can find a good deal. There is also a restroom in this location that is in the far back left corner. If you're looking for it go all the way in to the back left you'll see the clearance area and it's just to the right of that. That will make sense once you're in the store. They have increased their jewelry area over the past few years, and on although those items don't go on sale as much or are excluded from their 50% off promo they seem to do every Thanksgiving/Black Friday, they do have some decent quality items as well as ladies shoes. The have increased their check out add on items, which means when you get in line there's a ton of make up items, food items and just random things that they want you to grab. This is a trend with a lot of stores lately so you will just keep adding on more things, but it rather annoys me that there's all kinds of weird items that they shouldn't really be carrying for you to grab. I guess that is what it is. Overall for certain items it's worth the trip. read more

Thank you for helping and being very polite ! Also the women working the dressing room that day (didn't catch her name ) but she was very polite as well and every dressing room was SPOTLESS!!! Best Service Ever. Went in looking for a couple of shirts and a couple pairs of shorts. Unfortunately they didn't have my size in the shorts i wanted. Laura immediately started checking stock and couldn't find any so she started making calls. She found some at another store, reserved them for me and sent me on my way. Retail workers gets a bad rap but she took the time to go out of her way to make sure i was taken care of. Well done. read more

While this Old Navy is very nice and clean and the employees are friendly, its my least favorite to shop at. I realize its on Hall road and it is busy but to me, that's not an excuse to not have enough cashiers. There always seems to be MORE than enough people on the floor but never enough people working the register. I was there at 3pm the other day. The store was busy but nothing too crazy - but there was 1 person working the register. And that 1 person was assisting someone with a return and there was an issue. As the line started to get longer and longer (I was third in line) No joke - it took about 15 minutes for another associate to come up to the register and that associate was in no hurry. I have never seen someone ring up items so slowly. You could tell the woman he was assisting was getting annoyed. FINALLY another associate was called up - again, he too moved at a snails pace. By the time I finally got to the register - I had been in line for a good 30 minutes. I am usually a very patient person and it takes a lot to annoy me - but that Old Navy tests my patience every single time. Maybe I just go at really bad times? But it never fails - I either end up standing in line for an absurd amount of time, or I stand in line for so long - I put my items down and leave. I think going forward - I will just stick to the Old Navy on Coolidge or the Old Navy on Rochester Road. I never seem to have issues there. read more
