This store is nicely organized with many departments such as Women's, Men's, Children's and Accessories. There are easy to read signs along with great lighting and dressing rooms to try on clothes. I found my t-shirts on sale instead of a regular price of $14.99 for an affordable price of $7.50. (photos attached) 1 shirt "Happy Hour" and 1 shirt with a Peace Sign. ( Love that symbol) I walked over to the Men's department and found a clearance shirt on sale for $5.99 with a great photo on the front being All of guys from the "Avengers". My last stop before check out was to the children's clearance section. I was happy to find a boys size 4 toddler shirt with the Detroit Red Wings logo on it for my great nephew to wear for hockey season. The sale price was $ 5.99 My final purchase was a oneies size 12 months, for my other great nephew on clearance for $6.00. My total savings on 6 items according to the bottom on my receipt list was a savings of $19.00. I noticed while in line waiting to check out, areas of last minute inexpensive gifts, And E.l.F makeup, or phone accessories. Overall: I had a successful shopping "Summer Clearance" experience, by looking through many styles and deals of merchandise. Amy, the person who helped me, explained that the store has only non-iron shirts in stock but offered to order the non-non-iron kind for me free of shipping cost if desired. After doing my homework on the BB non-iron process and cloth, I decided to try the shirts. Nevertheless, Amy said that she didn't want me to be unhappy. She said that I could wash one of the three shirts I bought, try it on and return the three shirts for an exchange if the washed shirt felt bad (happily, it did not). That's service! I took it in today simply to swap out and (without even looking up my account history!) was confronted while waiting in line at the register by a guy who looked at it and immediately told me to go pursue reimbursement from the dry cleaner!! I told him please let me get to the register so you guys can look up my account, and he got more firm with me that they're not going to do anything for me. What a flawed business strategy by a high-end retail chain. My money will be well spent elsewhere going forward.
