The morning staff at the self checkout and register are incredibly rude. A tall female employee was obviously agitated with a teenager who was having trouble with the card reader. I tried giving her the benefit of the doubt but when I scanned my own item, the barcode would not take and she refused to sell me the item and said it "was not one of Target's products"? So I grabbed another item off the shelf and proceeded to another line where the barcodes did not scan again and the cashier proceeded to throw the product in her personal register trash can. Really disappointing service and even more disappointing inventory. Don't you want my money? Lol read more

I was shopping for a bouncy ball and i was testing one out to see how bouncy it was and to also purchase it, and a worker came up to me in the aisle and told me to stop that target isn't a playground and i was like wait what and she said if i didn't stop that she would escort me out, The whole experience and the worker was negative, the worker was also aggressive and rude. I usually use pick up no issue. This message is for MANAGEMENT who failed to prepare for Christmas Eve pick up. I've been sitting for 45 minutes waiting. The first 20 minutes there were 2 people working the pick up. And another 2 added. But barely moving. This is terrible. Pay your employees more or shut off pick up instead of holding us hostage in this parking lot. Poor management. read more

I like this Target store for a variety of reasons. The location is excellent, right at the corner of Hall Road and Schoenherr. There are plenty of eating and additional shopping options nearby. If you are thirsty, there is a very well stocked/maintained Starbucks inside the store. I also like that the shelves are clean and well-stocked. The isles are clear and clean as well. They have up to date items in the jewelry, clothing, books, toys and electronics areas. I really liked the inclusive toy wheelchair with a doll in the toy section. From babies to grown men this store has something for everyone. I especially like their grocery area; it puts many an in-store non-grocery store...store to shame. What I'm trying to say is their fresh produce is always fresh, there is an excellent selection of dairy, meats, canned food, coffee/tea, you name it, they have it. Try the Target ice cream brand and you'll find it hard to go back to the other expensive name brands. The only glitches that I don't care for in this store is that the electric wheelchairs are deep towards the back of the cash registers, making it difficult for those that need assistance to go and get the cart. My mom has a lot of pain when she walks so I will go get the cart for her. Also, the parking lot can be a nuisance since it is on a deep slant, watch out for the carts rolling down the pavement only to crash into the side of your car. read more

Oh boy. Now I am sure why I very, very seldom go shopping at Target. When I walked in at least 15 to 20 people were waiting in the self-checkout line, with only 1 cashier line open. Anyway, when I was ready to purchase my selection it was a little better. BUT - It was such a waste of time going shopping there. Even worse of a waste of time was trying to go online to review the store - it seems impossible to do since you have to sign on to an account. This Target is very busy. To avoid the crowd I order online for pick up. They are frequently out of items. The staff seems like they may be overwhelmed based on their reaction to having to go get my items. Not sure what other Targets are like in the area but this is definitely a different experience than my "home" store back in MN. read more

The checkout process and line should not have been as long as it was today. The store is often clean and well kept, they have a good selection of things. The prices are a bit higher when compared to other stores in the area though. But the lines were just absurd today. They need to amp up their service. read more

I love target. My favorite section is the under $5 section. I always find cute and quirky things. Cheap gifts, fun items for my niece and nephew or siblings, and essentials. I usually get organizing items in this section like calendars, tacks, colored pens, etc. Target has clothing, food, home items, health and care, pet, toys, gaming/eletronics, etc. Sometimes I find steals. I always price check with other store though. I come here for cat stuff mainly now. There cat litter pans are way cheaper than Petsmart (located behind them). The same goes with their cat litter and food storage. I did find that Petsmart particularly had a better deal on Blue food for my cat. Perhaps this was a coincidence. I know Petsmart can be pricier than Target on most items. Target has cute home decorations. I always find things that will fit nicely in my home. Variety of options on sheets, bath items, storage, etc. They have a starbucks! read more

Target store with a lot of inventory and decent produce selection for target. Their guest services line is usually short and goes fairly quickly. They also are really good about order pick up and curbside delivery with short wait time. When doing curbside there wasn't a phone number posted to call and for some reason the app wasn't working for me so if you come across that just call the store directly. read more

This location is just meh, in my opinion. It's one of the closest locations to me since the Sterling Heights location recently closed, so I'm stuck going to this one. The parking always sucks since you're on hall road and it's just always crazy on hall road. While walking in, the garbages were overflowing to the ground and all of the carts were not in their location; instead, they were in the driveway and cars had to maneuver to park. I didn't see one worker in sight, which becomes frustrating when I have to search up and down aisles for one. Although the aisles are more categorized by brand and categories, they're messy and there was a lot of disorganization. read more

Wish I could give 0 stars. I normally go to 26 mile location as its close to home. I will also go to Rochester before ever coming here again. Our Drive up order took awhile to be completed and we didnt even have that many items. At other locations we receive notification within 30 mins to an hour after placing order. That was not the case here. Even after we arrived to pick up the order it took awhile it come out. I wish I wouldve knew what a pain it was going to be I couldve went into the store with my 3 kids and did the shopping and have been in and out faster then all the waiting we did. The arrangements for in-store pick up were horrendous. The very rude female manager informed me that I had to wait in the returns line for my in-store pick up when there was another desk for order pick ups. I acknowledge that they are most likely short staffed, but that is no way to treat a loyal customer who has limited mobility and is wearing a walking cast while recovering from a fractured foot. read more

As targets go this location is par for others I have shopped at. Even during this Christmas season crowds are not as large as I expected.

If I could give this 0 stars, I would. This is the worst location. Went in for a card and gift bag. Gift bag aisle almost empty. Shelves are sparse and dirty. No music. Reaallly quiet. Weird, sweet , but acrid smell. Only self-checkout open on a Sunday morning. Very sad atmosphere. Employees have no smiles and do not make eye contact. No wipes for carts and hand sanitizer is always empty. read more

Always a nice store to shop at. Associates are always nice. Lines are managed well. They had a food/grocery delivery so there were lots of employees putting it all out which was good but it also made it very difficult to maneuver down every aisle so I ended up skipping over the food department which I always buy a lot of stuff from. Another department had a pallet of merchandise on the floor which made that aisle impossible to go down. In another location a line of pallets blocked a whole section of displayed merchandise. By the time the store opens, it would be much more customer friendly to have the pallets off the sales floor. They missed out on purchases from not only me but others I'm sure. read more

This location is just okay. I mean its Target, it was what you need and want. The parking here sucks, always packed. This one is right on Hall so everyone sees the sign and darts in. Target! They exclaim, and run to buy $50+ of crap they don't need. Stinks when you just want to run in and out, but what are you going to do. Aside from the busy-ness, they generally have everything in stock. Don't come during Christmas, unless you've had 2 gallons of "the nog"...and whatever you do, don't wear a red shirt. I go whenever I need a basic item for my house or closet, it does the job very nicely and the price is nice. Also they have plenty of electronics and toys for your kids or yourself, staff are basic but helpful and there's not much else to say except it can be busy sometimes. read more

This location is just like any other Target location. I do like coming in I work across the street and it is easy to go there after I get off work quick in and out. I needed some things for going out of town soon, and they had what I needed. It was easy to find and over all everything is shoppable and lots of space to maneuver around the store in. read more

Right away while walking in you cant help but see both garbage cans overflowing. And then the bathroom sucked...purse hook on the door was broke so i had to hold my purse while peeing because i couldnt set it on the dirty ass floor. Time to wash my hands but gotta move down because the soap dispenser is missing. Scalding hot water wont cool down just burned my hands and now both paper towel dispensers are stuck. Oh look another overflowing garbage. Good thing i had 2 employees in front of me at starbucks getting their free refills as i overheard them say, and 2 employees out front smoking right near the overflowing trash. Very poor customer service. I waited 20 minutes for a cashier to figure out how to use her iPad to search for an item I wanted to price match. She pulled up the wrong item and wouldn't honor the competitor price (walmart). I asked for the manager and he couldn't figure it out either. The price difference was only $2, but I prefer target.
