Because I have never felt such terrible customer service in my life very rude by the way and she made me put all my stuff back on the shelves and told me it's because they didn't want to do any extra work and then after I did, she walked me to the door and told me to leave because they have too many people in line, why didn't she just tell me there was too many people in line as I was getting in the store? Absolutely horrible customer service and probably never going back there again. I am a paying customer and do not deserve to be treated like this!!! Now I have to buy some overpriced shorts somewhere else that is opened this late and I am at a loss.

Sadly, the home section is super small here. They did have a lot of salt lamps, and I saw some nice book end ones. I did not see other types of crystals though. However, I was super excited when I stopped by the jewelry section. I saw necklaces with some of my favorite semi-precious stones. I also saw a lot of bracelets as well. I ended up purchasing this adorable bracelet for only $14 on sale. It was one of my favorite stone adventurine and it had a turtle on it. It looked very beachy. I saw a super cool Tigers eye bracelet as well. A lot of these necklaces and bracelets were on sale, with many only at $13 a piece. I wanted to buy so many to be honest, but ended up choosing the one for now. I want to come back another day for some more.

Unfortunately, my recent experience at the Roseville warehouse fell far short of Costco's reputation. I purchased a steak that was clearly spoiled upon opening. When I sought a refund, the membership desk staff insisted I should have stored the foul-smelling, rotten meat in my freezer and transported it back in my personal vehicle to prove the claim. When I questioned the hygiene and health risks of this request, the staff became dismissive and confrontational. While I eventually secured a refund, the process was unnecessarily difficult and like pulling teeth for a loyal customer over a $40 item. Forcing members to handle biohazardous waste to satisfy a return policy is a significant health protocol oversight. I hope management addresses the lack of professional judgment at this location. I am happy to update this review once management contacts me to discuss a better path forward.

The busy store on M59 (Hall Rd.) did not have it in stock or another location in Chesterfield Township. With a quick customer service phone call and a "Please Hold This Item" for Me, I was cruising in route for a 15 minute drive to pick up my "Automatic Wine Opener". Photo attached of course, and I love it since it's sooo easy to use and looks so classic and modern on the counter next to my wine bottles! :-) This Bed Bath & Beyond store is very organized and has many clerks working throughout the store as well for fast check out. The staff are friendly and very helpful when on a mission like Me, "Need for Speed" with shopping. (I can run 6-8 errands in 2 hours.) Like other locations: Bed Bath & Beyond is what the name is. I don't come here often, but when I do, it's usually for something specific. Over the years I've scored some good deals and bought some nice stuff for my place and kitchen. While they are known for their 20% off coupons, I don't always use them for what I'm purchasing. The staff here is reasonably helpful, and the product selection is fabulous. They sell *really* nice stuff, from Simple Human, to fancy coffee makers and tons of linens. While their linen and comforter selection is fabulous, their prices are a bit high for me even though they carry top notch stuff. Do I need a $300 dollar comforter for the cat to puke a hairball on? No, no I don't. I am more of a JC Penny $100 comforter set lady that's machine washable for that reason alone. They have good sales here and have expanded their selection of items to also include makeup, shampoos and other products over the years. I recently did a purchase of a small ticket item and chose to do curbside for pickup. It was ready within an hour and I picked it up later curbside. It was out in 5 minutes! I was impressed. Thank you Bed Bath & Beyond, I appreciate you and will continue shopping here in the future.

Since this MICHAELS doesn't have in-store scanners, I used my app to see what the discount was that was advertised. Makes sense, right? No other way to know your discount as they only tell you the percentage. Have to figure out yourself. When I went to checkout, it was not what I scanned, so I told the guy at register(young male). Not a very friendly person. Tried to tell me it was more than what I scanned. Basically, sounded like he didn't believe me!! So I scanned it in FRONT of him like THREE TIMES-as after the first time he still refused it. Ended up calling over the manager(also not friendly-young female). So then she tries to say it's an online price-which MY MICHAELS I go to in LAPEER has never had an issue with by the way as THEY say it's allowed. Anyway-she ended up doing it, and I told her that if your not going to have scanners in your store & people are using the MICHAELS APP to scan what they want to buy, then what's the problem? She actually told ME TO CALL CORPORATE & complain as that's who pulled the scanners. I'm sorry HONEY-wouldn't that be YOUR RESPONSIBILITY AS A MANAGER?? I have NEVER HAD AN ISSUE with any other Michaels shopping using my app. Hmm.

We spotted Dollar Tree nearby and immediately agreed that snacks were in our future. Lol. Walking into this location was a pleasant surprise. The store was enormous, clean, and incredibly well stocked. It wasn't crowded, so we were able to take our time exploring the aisles without feeling rushed. The selection here was impressive. Every section seemed full, organized, and easy to shop. This location had plenty of inventory and lots of choices throughout the store. The highlight of the trip was listening to the kids react to the size of the store. After wandering through aisle after aisle, they officially crowned it "The King of Dollar Trees." Honestly, I can see why. We picked up Ocean Spray dried cranberries, dried peaches, PopCorners chips, and a few other snacks. I also found a display of large Father's Day cards near the front of the store and grabbed one for The Mr., which felt like an unexpected bonus. Checkout was quick and easy, and the cashier was quick and efficient. If you enjoy treasure hunting at Dollar Tree locations, this one is definitely worth a stop. Between the selection, organization, and inventory, it's one of the better locations I've visited.
