One light was turned on in the store and the other one was not. When I got home and turned the lamps on, one of the lamps has an extreme defection with the ceramic, they're cream color so you can't see the defect until you turn the light on. It's a huge defect. When I called to complain or ask if they could do anything about this, I was tersely told that all sales are final. She said on the phone that one of those lamps had a defect that they knew about, but there was not one sign or any indication on the tag saying that the lamp had a defect. They were rude and inconsiderate, considering how much money I spent. I feel like they could've reduced the price a little bit more as there was not any indication that there was a KNOWN defect on their side. I understand that all sales are final, but this is beyond bad salesmanship. They're rude beyond measure.

That failing to purchase a mattress cover would automatically void the 10‑year warranty. After reviewing the actual manufacturer warranty, neither of these statements is true. The warranty requires the mattress to be used on a proper foundation and to remain free from stains, but it does not require purchasing a specific base or mattress protector from the store. I'm posting this to encourage others to carefully verify warranty claims directly with the manufacturer and not rely solely on what is said during the sale. Accessories may be recommended, but presenting them as mandatory is misleading.
