This is my regular Target, I'm probably here at least once a week. All The employees are very helpful and friendly, a handful even know all 5 of my kids. The return process here is nearly effortless too, even if you don't have a receipt. Simply give them the card you paid with (assuming you used plastic) and they can quickly look up the purchase. I love that. What I also love about this store is the many clearance end caps. You can really score some awesome deals, especially if it's something you may have a coupon for or can use cartwheel on. I've gotten some things dirt cheap using both, not to mention the fact that Target price matches too. Yes! Find an item somewhere cheaper and just show them at the customer service desk and they will gladly adjust the price. Can't beat that. Plus, they have self check too, talk about a speedy escape if you only have a few item. This Target is always well stocked and always has the sale items available. On the rare occasion that something was sold out, you just need to ask for a raincheck, they will happily provide one. This location also has a Starbucks and if you check your cartwheel app sometimes you can get lucky and find a 25% off coupon for your purchase at this Starbucks. Also, used your red card to save an additional 5%. The bathrooms are always clean and like I said the employees are super friendly and helpful. This is my favorite Target in the area. But who am I kidding, I Love All Targets. Especially now with all the fresh groceries, it's literally 1 stop shopping. Oh- the curb side pick up is awesome too. I've done several orders during this COVID-19 pandemic and it's been flawless. Highly recommended this location for both in store shopping and online order/curbside pickup.

It's just your basic target. Good for most things but can improve on food and clothes.

The store was dirty, but not too bad. The employees were helpful, despite their attitudes. All in all, I would come back.

One light was turned on in the store and the other one was not. When I got home and turned the lamps on, one of the lamps has an extreme defection with the ceramic, they're cream color so you can't see the defect until you turn the light on. It's a huge defect. When I called to complain or ask if they could do anything about this, I was tersely told that all sales are final. She said on the phone that one of those lamps had a defect that they knew about, but there was not one sign or any indication on the tag saying that the lamp had a defect. They were rude and inconsiderate, considering how much money I spent. I feel like they could've reduced the price a little bit more as there was not any indication that there was a KNOWN defect on their side. I understand that all sales are final, but this is beyond bad salesmanship. They're rude beyond measure.

Recently upgraded my family room and kitchen furniture. I'm a firm believer in "you get what you…read morepay for" and most of the stuff at places like GW just doesn't hold up. Love the quality of the King Hickory and Canadel pieces we picked out. Made in USA and Canada. Our salesperson, Debbie, was also great. Like Ethan Allen, this place offers free design services. Their delivery fee is also much less than EA's.

I was greeted by salesperson Rick who took time to explain and educate us on what to look for when purchasing a hot tub. He was laid back and did not pressure us at anytime to make a purchase. Once we decided on which hot tub we wanted he thoroughly explained what to expect in regards to taking delivery. The hot tub was originally supposed to take about 4-6 weeks to be delivered. Rick called us 1 week later and told us that the hot tub arrived early than expected and that we were able to schedule the delivery immediately. We were excited to learn this and they delivered the hot tub 2 days later without any issues. Rick kept us informed throughout the whole process. In this day and age of buyer beware, it was refreshing to have had such a smooth and pleasurable buying experience. I would recommend Watson's to my friends and family. Thank you Rick!

We were told two separate things that later proved to be incorrect: That Sealy/Tempur‑Pedic would not allow the mattress to be purchased unless we also bought a $380 base. That failing to purchase a mattress cover would automatically void the 10‑year warranty. After reviewing the actual manufacturer warranty, neither of these statements is true. The warranty requires the mattress to be used on a proper foundation and to remain free from stains, but it does not require purchasing a specific base or mattress protector from the store. I'm posting this to encourage others to carefully verify warranty claims directly with the manufacturer and not rely solely on what is said during the sale. Accessories may be recommended, but presenting them as mandatory is misleading.

Gardner White furniture is the absolute worst I have experienced in 40 years. I miss Art Van! GW should exit the furniture business. The "family" should be ashamed to show their faces in Michigan!
