    My boyfriend and I stopped in Saturday to look at furniture for our new home. The store itself was very busy and all the associates were busy helping guests. Rosa was very friendly and greeted us and let us know there will be a wait. No worries, that gave us plenty of time to look over the show room. We were on the hunt for new living room furniture and proceeded to sit on neatly every set they had. We found several we liked and Rosa came by to check on us periodically and told us about the current sale and deals. While we didn't have any plans to make any purchases this particular day, we ended up putting a deposit on a sectional to get the sales price and current deal. Rosa wasn't pushy by any means. We didn't feel obligated to purchase anything. She was able to answer all our questions- even let us know if we would be able to get delivery since we're moving to an area nearly an hour away. We look forward to having our new living room set in our home shortly.

    These are complete thieves. Takes you two hours to get a couch set you pay you are buying because the sales person is an idiot that hardly speaks English. They sent the wrong set. But they say it's your fault? You owe more money. Not looking for a discount just want what I paid for. Then they bring the chair 5 days later set it up. Go to sit down THEY WRAPPED THE CORD AROUND THE MOTOR. WHY DO WE PAY FOR THIEVES AND IMBECILES. Art Van you really did the people wrong by letting these thieves and liars dishonor a true American company.

    We decided to walk in and look around. I went towards the bedroom area, and a woman greeted us. She offered us help if we need it. You can tell they make sales, but they try not to be too pushy on you. They stand near a computer, or have someone that works with them near one in the area. This is so that if a customer has any questions or concerns, they can get help right away. I liked the pricing on the packages on their furniture. The male and woman had great customer service skills, and we explained we didn't need anything any time soon. We just wanted to seek out options. They both understood that we wanted space and left us to look at items, allowing us to reach them as well if we needed it. This made me feel more comfortable because I don't like feeling suffocated. They even told us about the pricing on the back for individual items or group items for deals. If you buy the price on the front, you can get a gift card, tv, or money towards your next purchase with them.

    I wouldn't recommend GW to my enemies. I bought my leather couch love seat and recliner from them. My couch and recliners color faded and needed repair. The recliner was fixed the first time by their after care warranty. They have been out 3 times to fix the couch and having to come out a 4th time. I went to the store and they claim it's no longer their problem. I pointed out that they selected the warranty company. The stitch lines do not line up between the seat backs. The head piece is out further than the other two pushing your head forward more. The back leather piece was put on with major wrinkles as well as exposed staples and some tearing due to being stapled and pulling staples so many times. No matter who you call you get sent to someone else. This has been going on for a year. My furniture was delivered on three separate dates. Once I received the last piece i noticed that one of the previous pieces back side was scuffed like it had been dragged on cement. GW own repair guy came and told me it should be replaced. I called GW service and they told me I was past the date to complain. I explained it was bc I waited for all the furniture, to be delivered. They told me they would repair, add a little dye but not fix the scuffs or I could get a new love seat but that would void the extra protection warranty I had purchased, for all my pieces. A nightmare from the day after they took our money. Stay away!! Every tech has told me what they should do to repair but GW, or their warranty company, keeps sending pieces to fix. I have been told they should replace it or bring in the entire back section and not pieces. They put it in their reports and take photos. Nothing changes. I would buy cheaper furniture and give it away every five years and still save money and the headaches. I will never buy from them again. They get a one bc zero isn't available.

    This is not acceptable very cheap product.

Called the service number to no avail., but the person I had spoken to #050 was nice and understanding. As I see it there are 2 items that need to be addressed. 1) Communication. Prior to delivery time there was no shortage of texts and emails stating and confirming I would be available and have the space prepped. When the day happened it was not until after I had waited around for someone to show up that I learned they knew in the morning some parts had not arrived making delivery impossible. Which leads me to the next point. 2) Delivery. Why are parts arriving to you the morning of and not the day before to be counted and prepped. I can understand not wanting to stock for months on end. But this sets you up for failure and customer dissatisfaction. (Case in point) any sort of weather delays will cascade all your deliveries and more work on your end to shuffle everything again and again. Edit 1: Nick reached out to me, they found the missing pieces and delivery has been updated to next day. Will edit further once arrived. Edit 2: Bed was delivered next day, delivery crew was very nice and respectful of my home. Did a great job walking me through the entire setup. Changed my rating from initial to reflect this.

We were on the hunt for a recliner chair for our living room. Walked in the store and I was brought back to the days of Art Van - the set up is the same with clearance in the back, nice stuff up front, mattresses in the middle, etc. There is a welcome desk right up front and I was ready to get bombarded by sales staff, but to my surprise all we got was a friendly hello and that was it. We walked our way around the store and noticed a lot of nice stuff like couches, entertainment centers, dining room tables, etc. Most of the style was modern/transitional but there was other styles such as furniture for a basement vs a formal front room. We found the recliners and again, surprised that we made it to the back of the store and not a single salesperson came to pounce on us. We did find a chair we liked and we had to leave the area to go ask for help. A salesperson headed over to us and was not pushy at all. She let us know of the sales going on and if the product was in stock. We told her we really liked the chair but wanted to check a few other stores before committing to the purchase. We check out two other stores in the area and were not impressed and we found ourselves back at Loves. The salesperson let us know that delivery would be $100.00. However, we could pick it up ourselves and save on the delivery price. We don't have a big truck and didn't want to bother friends with borrowing their truck, so we said to go the delivery route. She questioned us to make sure which I appreciated and trying to save us some money. We picked our delivery date for two weeks out and got 10% off the chair for their opening store promotion. Sure enough in two weeks we got notified that our chair would be out for delivery. The delivery guys were friendly, were wearing masks, and popped our chair together and were on their way. Happy with our purchase - it is exactly what was shown in the store for the floor model!

Delivery scheduled for 12/7/2020, the delivery team shows up and immediately tell me that they cannot get it into my apartment (see picture). Took a day off work for this mess. I call salesperson, Mike to inform him of the expertise of their delivery team. He informs me that they're a 3rd Party Delivery team/company and he'll get it rectified with a more experience team. Reschedule set for 12/11/2020, the team shows up and immediately alerts me to the filth that's on the couch. The couch that was delivered on 12/7/2020 was completely wrapped. The couch that was delivered on 12/11/2020 was partially wrapped in plastic. I called and expressed my frustration and was told that I would be given a $50 credit, and replacement sofa. The "compensation" came after I called after 24-48 hours of silence from the salesperson on the issue. I did receive an email addressing the issue and the woman, Mrs. Houston has provided the best customer service thus far. They offered to have a 3rd party to come out and clean the furniture or receive the original offer of a replacement sofa, which I chose. I've thought about it over the weekend and I'm inclined to cancel the entire order; they can take the filthy couch and chair back as the experience has been horrific. It's an insult to be offered a measly $50 for my inconvenience. Art Van would never!!!!!

    Sales Associate David Letcavage…read more So I was in need of a new washer, Dryer, and Fridge. I knew which ones I wanted from shopping around and doing my dew diligence. I stopped into the ABC on Hall road in Macomb and met David L. He wasn't smothering or pushy and was very helpful. He asked a lot of questions to figure out all my needs and made some suggestions. when I told him what I needed for the washing machine, he said there were 2 options available for what I wanted. He then informed me that the one that cost less would be my best buy because it had a feature that the much more expensive one did not.(deep Fill and rinse). He never tried to "upsell" me and was extremely knowledgeable about all 3 products. When he handed me my quote it was almost $400 less than every where else i considered. I bought all 3 pieces at 3:00 on a Thursday and they were delivered to my house 16 hours later (Friday 7:30 am) Dave has a great personality and it felt like we have been friends for years. I will be using him for my purchases from now on for all my appliance and Electronic needs!

I say "attempted" to purchase your product because of the failure of your company to process my order.  Your company dragged me and my family through misery for almost 2 months. Here is our experience. We have been looking for stores selling mattresses and stopped at US-Mattress Store. We were met by a very nice and professional salesperson that was able to answer all of our questions and suggested to us to purchase an adjustable base and a mattress. She also made us aware that due to situation with a pandemic our order may take a while to get delivered (about 4 weeks). After a few hesitations we decided to go ahead and proceed with our order. About a month later (January 20, 2020) we received an email asking us to choose a delivery date, as our mattress was manufactured and ready for delivery. With our work schedule, we picked February 2, as a delivery date. A day prior to that we received a phone call confirming delivery. I took a day off from work expecting my mattress. Around 10am that day, the delivery company called me to inform me that my mattress was not loaded on the truck, so they will reschedule in about 3 days. I waited 3 days and there was NO CALL. Eventually I called a service center and was told that "your order WAS LOST and we need 2 more weeks to find it". They also promised to get in touch with me in about 2 days and inform me further of the status of my order. A WEEK!!! later  - NOTHING!!! I called again on February 13th, and was told that I can order a NEW MATTRESS and it will take FOUR WEEKS for delivery!!! I asked politely, if there was anything that could be done to expedite the process, since I am without a bed in my house for almost 2 MONTHS... And the answer was: "NO"... "you can cancel your order and get your money back". During this entire mess, I never got an apology or even any compassion. As your customer, I felt that there was absolutely no desire to help me and that made me extremely angry and disappointed in US-Mattress as a so called reputable "American brand". Shame on you !.. You lost a customer and will lose many more, as I will make sure that all of my friends and my customers on all social media are notified and aware of your poor customer service, horrible delivery company, lack of communication and generally poor business practice. They will become aware and STAY AWAY from US-Mattress.
