I had just moved to a different city, and I was explicitly reassured that everything was updated and correct. That reassurance meant absolutely nothing. Because of this mistake, I am now sleeping on the floor in my new home with no furniture, dealing with stress that should never have happened. This was not a small error -- it's a basic, preventable failure that has caused real disruption to my life. There has been no urgency, no ownership, and no meaningful resolution so far. For a company this large, the lack of accountability is shocking. If you're considering Ashley Furniture, be warned: double-check everything and don't trust verbal assurances. I expected professionalism -- what I got was negligence.

I was happy to purchase a beautiful Yellow Forsythia Artificial Wreath for My Front Double Doors and 2 sets of colored Tulips for an artificial floral arrangement at this Ollie's Bargain Outlet. I also purchased Serta Soft Cool and Warm material Bed sheets throughout my browsing and price checking with comparison. Yes, this location maybe disorganized at times or messy areas of towels or other sale items but shoppers can be the reason because every time I shop here for a sale item or check on an ad item, the staff here are working the best they can and hard at times unpacking boxes to stocking shelves. I've been greeted with a Hello at times which is courtesy of them in between their busy work schedule. If busy at check out and a long line begins, another pleasant employee will open up another register. Seasonal merchandise is always plenty especially My last visit in February the store was ready stocked with Easter and Spring items which I posted photos of from the main center areas. This online Amish furniture store truly exceeded my expectations. One of the things that really…read moreimpressed me was how they offer to send free samples of different wood types and stain colors, free of shipping costs as well, before you order. In fact, they encourage it before you place an order. It made a huge difference to see and feel the actual materials in person - especially when trying to match existing decor. It shows how much they care about helping customers make the right choice, and it gave me so much confidence in my order. That kind of attention to detail and customer-first approach is rare these days! That kind of thoughtful, exceptionally generous service really sets this furniture store apart, especially when it comes to custom, high-end pieces like Amish furniture. Their website stands out above the other Amish furniture online companies. It is user-friendly, beautifully done, and easy to navigate, with clear photos and detailed descriptions that made choosing the right piece simple - even without seeing it in person. The check out process was a breeze. I want to express my appreciation for the outstanding customer service I received from their team, expressly, Katy, for lending her expert opinion regarding furniture selection and helping me with a coupon code. Everyone I interacted with was not only helpful and knowledgeable, but also incredibly courteous and professional whenever I called. It's clear that this company values customer satisfaction. It's always a pleasure dealing with a company that prioritizes quality service. D. Horan
