Multiple calls, multiple excuses. I finally ended up getting in touch with Master Spa who got me in touch with a service person in Cadillac, MI. I live in Plymouth, about 3 hours away. He's the only person that will work on my tub. It's cost me too much money and time, it's not worth buying from a store that won't service what they sell.

The installer did purchase a new pool but wanted to charge $700 to remove the collapsed pool. Grateful to have found Poolfection that did an outstanding job removing and installing the new pool. Sunny's Pools & More did nothing to assist with the nightmare we went through. It's my understanding they are still recommending this installer.

They were both on time and stood by their quoted price. We recently visited Chris to share some photos of the completed installation and to have our water tested and he once again gave us some great information on the closing of our pool for the season.
