I happened to stop in when it wasn't busy so I got extra care and convo with my purchase which I totally loved. The man who helped me which I assume was Paul himself was so kind and thoughtful. He marked all my containers with how much should go in and how frequently. He gave me info on filters and salt pumps. Oh and the young lady helping him was just as fab. There happened to be a man leaving when I was going in and he randomly said to me "this place is the best". You know what random stranger....YOU ARE SO RIGHT!! Ya know what I went there thinking I was going to drop a bundle of cash. NOPE!!! So affordable. If you have a pool or know someone who does and you have questions or need supplies go to Pauls you won't be sorry you did. The next day I went back to get a skimmer because I'm a ninny and forgot to get one and the place was mobbed with folks. It's so nice to see people supporting local owned businesses. This was late afternoon after working on an installation all day and we had just inquired with no commitment of hiring them. They're a married couple who have been doing this for over 30+ years. Kathy handles the store and paperwork while Keri manages and installs the pools. We had more questions after the first consultation and Kathy would get back with my wife on the answers right away. We decided to hire them and initially chose to start at the beginning of September. We later changed it to the beginning of August with no push back from them. Our pool was finished within 6 weeks and would've been sooner if not for a week of rain. Throughout the whole process Kathy and Keri would always respond quickly with any questions or requests. The biggest advantage with going with WS&S is the experience these 2 people bring with the amazing staff. After reading a few reviews I can't help but think folks forget how complex owning and have a pool installed can be. Kathy and Keri are still answering any questions we have and we couldn't be happier having choose them. I chose Glenn because he answered every question that I had. He was a local vendor and available for any follow up service that I may need. He sent the electrician to my house for the electrical work. The next day Glenn delivered my hot tub and the electrician came back to do the final hook up. Two years ago I decided I wanted the cover turned so that it opens in another direction. I called Glenn and in a couple days he was there to fix it the way I wanted it. I've had a couple minor things happen and when I called Glenn he walked me thru the problem over the phone, no service call needed and no charge. April 2020 my hot tub has been cold for about a month. I think the heat pump went out. We are in the middle of the Covid 19 pandemic and the store is not open but I called anyway and left a message. Glenn called me back within an hour. I just wanted to know how much a heat pump costs. He asked me what it said on the display and when I told him SL he said there's nothing wrong with my pump that I had put the hot tub in sleep mode (you can stop laughing now). So he told me how to get it out of sleep mode and it's working fine again. I can't say enough about the excellent customer service I have received from him which is probably the most important part of the whole purchase. So if you are looking to buy a hot tub do yourself a favor and go see Glenn. You won't be disappointed.

We ended up with a warm bath instead of a steamy hot tub, and that was only at the end of our time. It was a bit disappointing, and the first time was so much better.
