I happened to stop in when it wasn't busy so I got extra care and convo with my purchase which I totally loved. The man who helped me which I assume was Paul himself was so kind and thoughtful. He marked all my containers with how much should go in and how frequently. He gave me info on filters and salt pumps. Oh and the young lady helping him was just as fab. There happened to be a man leaving when I was going in and he randomly said to me "this place is the best". You know what random stranger....YOU ARE SO RIGHT!! Ya know what I went there thinking I was going to drop a bundle of cash. NOPE!!! So affordable. Melissa, DJ, and Ramone have especially went over and above for us! The few minor issues we have had have been taken care of in a timely manor. They are a large pool company and seem to fix the big problems before the minor issues. Which is what they should do. We purchased a Inground pool and hot tub through them and we are extremely happy! This was late afternoon after working on an installation all day and we had just inquired with no commitment of hiring them. They're a married couple who have been doing this for over 30+ years. Kathy handles the store and paperwork while Keri manages and installs the pools. We had more questions after the first consultation and Kathy would get back with my wife on the answers right away. We decided to hire them and initially chose to start at the beginning of September. We later changed it to the beginning of August with no push back from them. Our pool was finished within 6 weeks and would've been sooner if not for a week of rain. Throughout the whole process Kathy and Keri would always respond quickly with any questions or requests. The biggest advantage with going with WS&S is the experience these 2 people bring with the amazing staff. After reading a few reviews I can't help but think folks forget how complex owning and have a pool installed can be. I have been coming to Gilbert's for a little over 10 years now. It seems they always the things the box box stores don't have. This is a hardware store the way hardware stores used to be. I come in here mostly for stem and diverter rebuilds for the old bath/shower systems in rental properties: they will rebuild the hot, cold and diverter stems while you wait. I have always been very pleased with their services and they also build screens for windows and replace screens if you bring them in. Overall, Gilbert's is a great hardware store with good pricing and very helpful employees.

The best part is the staff is incredibly friendly and very knowledgeable if you have any questions. A family member directed us to Gilbert's for a home repair issue in our laundry room. We stopped in around 9am on a Saturday and were immediately greeted by two kind women who helped fixed up a contraption for us. They also thoroughly explained how to install the product and let us know they'd be welcome to answer any questions we had if it didn't work out. A kind employee even offered to order me in a product that they didn't have stocked. You cannot beat that kind of service! The laundry tub has now been fixed with no issue. Will definitely be sticking to Gilbert's for any hardware needs in the future! Cannot say enough good things!
