I was referred to owner Tony at Brosio Pools, from Dolphin Pool Store where I purchased a New Liner, Flood Pad and Wall Cove Kit for My 15 x 30 oval above ground swimming pool in April. I left a message with Tony on April 22nd and he promptly returned my call the next day to talk installation and with a good price to complete the job before the Memorial Day weekend. On Wednesday May 8th Tony and his 4 man crew were on time at 12 PM as he confirmed the day before, he already had a customer in the morning. The project was to remove the faded 12 year old liner, smooth the sand from tree roots already removed and install a Floor Pad and Wall Cove Kit then the liner which is the SAME color and liner pattern as years before but more true blue in color ! :-) The Service Requested, Quality & Value from this pool installer company is 5 stars ***** Brosio Pools, Inc. was very professional, with organization, and no issues or problems throughout the home project and completed in 2 1/2 Hours including clean up! The guys all had jobs to perform whether inside the pool or outside with the railings and ledges to remove and install back like medical surgeons! :-) I was impressed with the three guys that cleaned up when the installation job was completed to raked the lawn, then cut up the old liner to dispose of by placing it in the liner box for garbage. This past time we had them out, our washer died and we think it's from a power surge we had from a downed power line about 2 weeks ago. I was able to get a electrician out the next morning who not only replaced two outlets, but also checked on a few other issues around the house while he was here. He went above and beyond with the service call, and didn't try to oversell us on services. He did mention their protection plan, but we opted out since it's so sporadic that we need them here it wasn't worth the $12.95 a month. (We find this very affordable!) Overall they're a great company and the staff is pleasant overall. Will use them again for small projects around the house.

Then his wife came to get paid and she was hostile and demanding. I told her we needed to discuss the fact that we had items missing and she pointed to 2 tall boxes and rudely said "you aren't unpacked" I replied that we had opened the boxes and replaced the items in the boxes and the silverware was not in either box. She demanded payment, I handed her the check and she stormed off shouting for us to never contact them and that she HOPED MY DOG GOT SICK! They packed the rooms that have items missing, a huge set of good silver, a credit card that was just received and still in the envelope with things in our desk, a big three ring binder type check book as well as other contents in the desk. My tote bag that contained personal items, think purse, is also missing. Why would they even think I would want them to move that? When I mentioned it to the wife her rely was "if it was in the office and they were packing the office they had a right to move it." We had other issues with them, they used an excessive amount of paper, which made more boxes and then charged more than the contract. When I say excessive I mean 20 to 30 sheets of paper in the bottom of the box, 6 full size sheets per light bulb, multiple sheets on Tupperware, and 20 to 40 sheets on top of the items in each box. Every box items were wrapped in excess. The other issue is they did not put down runners the day they packed and my light colored carpet is filthy, it did not have black streaks on the edges of the steps and the back of each step where their feet hit it, overall the carpet is very dirty and it was not before they packed. They packed on Sept.15 and moved us the next day. All boxes have been opened and these items are not here. They will not return our calls or text. When all a man can say in response to our concerns is that he has been in business for 34 years I think he has more ego than knowledge.
