The installer did purchase a new pool but wanted to charge $700 to remove the collapsed pool. Grateful to have found Poolfection that did an outstanding job removing and installing the new pool. Sunny's Pools & More did nothing to assist with the nightmare we went through. It's my understanding they are still recommending this installer.

I chose Glenn because he answered every question that I had. He was a local vendor and available for any follow up service that I may need. He sent the electrician to my house for the electrical work. The next day Glenn delivered my hot tub and the electrician came back to do the final hook up. Two years ago I decided I wanted the cover turned so that it opens in another direction. I called Glenn and in a couple days he was there to fix it the way I wanted it. I've had a couple minor things happen and when I called Glenn he walked me thru the problem over the phone, no service call needed and no charge. April 2020 my hot tub has been cold for about a month. I think the heat pump went out. We are in the middle of the Covid 19 pandemic and the store is not open but I called anyway and left a message. Glenn called me back within an hour. I just wanted to know how much a heat pump costs. He asked me what it said on the display and when I told him SL he said there's nothing wrong with my pump that I had put the hot tub in sleep mode (you can stop laughing now). So he told me how to get it out of sleep mode and it's working fine again. I can't say enough about the excellent customer service I have received from him which is probably the most important part of the whole purchase. So if you are looking to buy a hot tub do yourself a favor and go see Glenn. You won't be disappointed.

I had my 25+ year old Gunite pool restored by Pure Water pools, and they were great. Jim, is a very…read moreknowledgeable guy, and his staff is as well. I knew nothing about pool restoration, and had many questions; Jim and his staff answered all of them, and showed much patience with me! When dealing with pools, and pool company's you have to be patient, weather causes schedule changes all the time and not understanding this can lead to frustration and anger. But because I was in the building trades at one time, I understand that these things happen. Any time there was a delay I knew because the weather was bad the week before which throws the whole schedule off. I would get a call and was told there will be a delay, etc. At no time did I feel neglected, or put-off by Jim, or his staff. After the pool restoration I purchased a Heater. I had one in mind and headed off to the store. Jim again being very informative showed me another option, (a less expensive option) but a high quality unit. I have not had a problem with this unit in the 3 years I have had it, and it heats my 27, 0000 gallon pool pretty fast... My latest purchase was two years ago; I bought a mesh safety cover. Again I thought I knew what I wanted and Jim briefed me on the different covers, pro's and con's etc. With the knowledge I was able to get the cover that suited my needs. The last thing Jim mentioned to me relating to the cover was the springs that attach the cover to the metal lugs in the pool deck. He told me that he recommends the thicker heavy duty springs because they hold up better in windy conditions, when the cover is being stressed. I can tell you with 100% certainty that I'm very happy I listened to Jim and got the bigger springs. This past winter we had a few super windy day's and I lost shingles on my shed, tore down my plastic fence around my filter, and heater, and knocked down 80 feet of wooden fence. The only thing that didn't get torn down, or ruined is my pool cover. Thank you Jim for convincing me to purchase the heavy duty springs! I live about 10 miles from Pure Water Pools, and pass several other pool stores to get there. I do go to one other pool store, but most of my needs are met by Jim, and his staff! Sincerely, Dave

They had a wide selection of hanging baskets are varying price levels. I love how they have signage with helpful information such as the pricing for the baskets based on color of the tag or warning us not to plant outside too soon as frost is still an option. I was surprised how large this place was as when you see it off of 23 mile road it doesn't look that big. There were several different rooms all stacked with gorgeous flowers, plants or vegetables to plant. I also noticed this place is spick and span clean. There were plenty of carts/baskets to roll through and put your flowers in. I ended up buying one potted flower, a hanging basket, a potted assortment for the porch and a bag of some basic garden soil. My bill came to $100 (I bought the big combo flower arrangements) ; I was able to use a $10 off coupon bringing my total to an easy $90.00 I will be back.
