Sunny's Pools & More did nothing to assist with the nightmare we went through. It's my understanding they are still recommending this installer.

This pool can be installed above ground, semi-in-ground or fully in-ground which is the option we chose. His recommended installers, The Pool Guys, did a great job on the installation. They were both on time and stood by their quoted price. We recently visited Chris to share some photos of the completed installation and to have our water tested and he once again gave us some great information on the closing of our pool for the season. I chose Glenn because he answered every question that I had. He was a local vendor and available for any follow up service that I may need. He sent the electrician to my house for the electrical work. The next day Glenn delivered my hot tub and the electrician came back to do the final hook up. Two years ago I decided I wanted the cover turned so that it opens in another direction. I called Glenn and in a couple days he was there to fix it the way I wanted it. I've had a couple minor things happen and when I called Glenn he walked me thru the problem over the phone, no service call needed and no charge. April 2020 my hot tub has been cold for about a month. I think the heat pump went out. We are in the middle of the Covid 19 pandemic and the store is not open but I called anyway and left a message. Glenn called me back within an hour. I just wanted to know how much a heat pump costs. He asked me what it said on the display and when I told him SL he said there's nothing wrong with my pump that I had put the hot tub in sleep mode (you can stop laughing now). So he told me how to get it out of sleep mode and it's working fine again. I can't say enough about the excellent customer service I have received from him which is probably the most important part of the whole purchase. So if you are looking to buy a hot tub do yourself a favor and go see Glenn. You won't be disappointed.

So on top of everything else this cost me, I lost two days pay waiting at home for him for no good reason. All this time I had space heaters on my tub, hoping it did not freeze up which would destroy it. When he finally did show up to install the heater, I had told him in advance not to wake me up until he had the job done. When he woke me up he told me that I owed $355.00 for that days labor. I trusted it was true and paid him as I had not idea how long he had been working. Later, I checked my security cams and discovered that it took him under 30 minutes. Since when do hot tub techs make $700 per hour? Knowing that this is an unreasonable amount to pay for hot tub service I contacted the store. Charlie the owner of the store, who had previously told me that he had personally trained the technician to work for him, told me that he was not responsible for what I was charged and it was none of his business! Keri came out a day later and spent over 1.5 hours going over everything that would happen. This was late afternoon after working on an installation all day and we had just inquired with no commitment of hiring them. They're a married couple who have been doing this for over 30+ years. Kathy handles the store and paperwork while Keri manages and installs the pools. We had more questions after the first consultation and Kathy would get back with my wife on the answers right away. We decided to hire them and initially chose to start at the beginning of September. We later changed it to the beginning of August with no push back from them. Our pool was finished within 6 weeks and would've been sooner if not for a week of rain. Throughout the whole process Kathy and Keri would always respond quickly with any questions or requests. The biggest advantage with going with WS&S is the experience these 2 people bring with the amazing staff. After reading a few reviews I can't help but think folks forget how complex owning and have a pool installed can be.
