This business is much larger than what it appears from roadside view as it has a large footprint that extends outward from the road. During our first visit here we ending up purchasing a large assortment of floral arrangements for a family members funeral which we were very pleased with the end product which they delivered and help arrange upon arrival and not departing the church until we were fully happy with the presentation. The staff were so helpful and provided excellent suggestions as we gave them a broad outline of what we were looking for and helped us tune it into the final presentation. These flowers were a wonderful send off for our loved one and recieved numerous complements from the people who attended the mass. Aside from the flowers, I also purchased some specialty fertilizer while there, Jacks Petunia fertilizer, which is a specialty item not sold in most stores. The cost was $14 and was less than what I had paid for my Amazon lowest cost option I had bought previously for the same product. Nice! Following the recent passing of my mother, I traveled from Illinois to Michigan to prepare her home for sale. As part of that process, I purchased paint for the project and simply overestimated what I needed. I attempted to return one unopened gallon of unused paint that was just 5 days beyond the 30-day return window. The cashier suggested I speak with the Paint Department supervisor (Sean, I believe), who immediately and professionally said he would take care of it. Unfortunately, once the Store Manager got involved, the entire tone changed. Rather than demonstrating discretion, empathy, or customer-focused judgment, the manager rigidly hid behind policy, citing that the paint was tinted, purchased at another Lowe's location, and slightly beyond the return window. What was most disappointing wasn't the denial itself--it was the complete lack of thoughtful consideration for the circumstances. As a longtime customer, I understand policies matter. But great customer service also requires leadership, judgment, and occasional flexibility. The Paint Department supervisor represented Lowe's well. The Store Manager did not.

It was a simple order but due to mishandling and incorrect information provided it cost us time and money( canceling trades/ change order fees etc. ) our addition is over a month behind due to the domino effect of the doors not being reordered in a timely manner.( When ordering the doors initially we gave a two week buffer past delivery date and that wasn't enough time to solve this)The customer service was awful and corporate was worse. Since then we have gone elsewhere for our construction needs and have had no problems with Lowe's competitors.
