They set up a service call for a Friday. I received a call on Thursday (day before appointment) to tell me there would be be a $79 charge. I thought I was getting ripped off. I asked to speak with manager but he was never in office. I called several times over a few days but they wouldn't budge. $79 per paid or no service call. After a few days I decided to call the company that I bought extended warranty from. The were apologetic for the way I was treated at Gardner White. The warranty company sent out a repair man a few weeks later. Turned out to be a $6 part and it took 3 minutes to fix. I will never step into Gardner White again.‼
