This is a terrific store to visit. It's more than just pipes. They have everything to help you improve your home. From hardware, showers, toilets, plumbing, water tank, sump pump, screws, etc.. I need to stop here more often. They are an Ace Hardware, but they have just about everything for the home, except lumber and maybe bricks. Just walking through their aisles - they have so much stuff that you just don't find in a big-box hardware store. Plumbing, electrical, mechanical, outdoors tools, cleaning supplies, paint and supplies, bathroom and kitchen fixtures .... the list goes on and on. You will never find a more helpful crew than they have here. For the average home owner who is not a pro plumber, this is the place to go. They answer your questions and sell you only the parts you need to fix he problem. I have gone in there to buy replacement faucet cartridges ($20-$50) and walked out with a few dollars worth of O rings they said would cure the problem and they did. read more

Worst place for customer service. Went there today for help with a plumbing problem. After explaining my problem the jerk behind the counter assured me that he could solve my problem. Even after I questioned him about it he insisted that this would be all I needed. He looked at me like I was an idiot ( had that superior attitude. ) After purchasing the items he insisted I needed I went home and sure enough the piece he sold me did not work. Took the piece back and he said he could not return my money (Total of $24.00 ) Of course I was upset - but upon leaving both of the jerks that were waiting on me were making fun of me blowing me kisses and sarcastically yelling "Have a nice day and laughing even the old bat woman cashier was putting her 2 cents in laughing and making faces. Very unprofessional and rude. I hope the owner sees this review and finds out what jerks he has working for him. Never will go there again and neither will some of my constrution buddies. read more

This is one of those great hardware stores that is a unique and special in there inventory if they don't have have it they can get it.

Okay this is in reference to their customer support. I once shopped here years ago but haven't been back, can't even remember what I bought there. Well a couple weeks ago my hot water tank broke down after self-diagnosing it by myself (and some help from the owners manual) I figured out it was gas valve/thermostat. Called one appliance parts place and the guy said it would be $220. After that I called Warren Pipe and Supply just for price checking and the guy asks me right off the bat, "How old is you tank?" I told him 4 years old. He told me to call Whirlpool up, its covered under the warranty, they'll send you a new one for free. Considering I bought this tank at Lowes I'd say these guys are awesome! Cut to the chase, no bs, all they want to do is help people anyway they can. That other place didn't even ask for the details they just wanted my money. From here on out I am going here for those pesky plumbing projects. It's nice to know of honest businesses. read more

They always seem to have the right plumbing parts I need for my Swimming Pool business, hard to find plumbing parts in schedule 40 and schedule 80 which NO ONE ever seems to carry! Prices are reasonable but will gladly pay a little extra for a one stop shopping experience than to try to save a buck at the big box stores that don't even know the difference between drainage pipe and garden hoses. My ONLY complaint, they need to stay open longer on weekdays, when I need something It seems I can never make it there before 6 P.M. Love this place and always have, used to go to the one on Hoover near 10 mile back in the day. read more
