Warren Pipe & Supply is closed out of business. Closed in July, was always my go to place, especially when they had the Hoover Rd location.

Found that out our drain cover was damaged from the lawnmower. Took a photo and measured, staff was able to quickly find what we needed. The inside was very organized, staff very helpful, price appeared within normal limits. He will certainly return to Warren pipe and supply for any future needs of the community. read more

This is a terrific store to visit. It's more than just pipes. They have everything to help you improve your home. From hardware, showers, toilets, plumbing, water tank, sump pump, screws, etc.. The people that work there are very knowledgeable about everything in their store. And they share that information with you to help you improve your home. I highly recommend them. Much better than the big square stores. read more

Always the best go to for plumbing and hardware! Knowledgeable professionals always have the parts and recommendations for any project!!

Been coming here for over 35 years. Service has always been good until lately. My last visit was the last draw. Ignorant, arrogant and out and out rude. I'm an older person still working myself. I'm in customer relations and sales. If I treated my clients like I was treated at Warren Pipe, I would be fired. I have recommended this company to a lot of people. I was in construction most of my life and have recommended them to hundreds of plumbers, builders and friends. Never again. Phil Benedetti Grosse Pointe Michigan. read more

You won't have to chase anyone down here like at Lowe's or Home Depot to get help finding anything or get install instructions. This is one of the last privately owned hardware stores around this area with employees who care and are knowledgeable. Support this place by visiting them for your next home improvement or repair project and you will not be sorry you did. read more

I need to stop here more often. They are an Ace Hardware, but they have just about everything for the home, except lumber and maybe bricks. Just walking through their aisles - they have so much stuff that you just don't find in a big-box hardware store. Plumbing, electrical, mechanical, outdoors tools, cleaning supplies, paint and supplies, bathroom and kitchen fixtures .... the list goes on and on. Friendly folks here - it's always a pleasure to visit. read more

You will never find a more helpful crew than they have here. For the average home owner who is not a pro plumber, this is the place to go. They answer your questions and sell you only the parts you need to fix he problem. I have gone in there to buy replacement faucet cartridges ($20-$50) and walked out with a few dollars worth of O rings they said would cure the problem and they did. read more

Great little neighborhood hardware store. They've got just about everything you could ever need for any kind of project - from plumbing to lighting, and from painting to some minor around the house construction projects. Most importantly, and this is why it gets five stars - it's actually staffed by some guys who've been there forever, and they know nine different ways to get done what you're trying to do. And if they don't have an exact match for what you need, they can either order it for you, tell you where to get it, or tell you what they DO have in stock that'll work. They'll also tell you when you're overthinking things and there's an easier way to do something. read more

This is THE place for plumbing supplies. Period. They've got everything you could ever want for any plumbing project. Makes me feel good to know that professionals shop here as well. The staff is extremely knowledgable and their advice is top shelf. Cracks me up that the guys at the local DIY big box store always send me to Warren. Pipe when I can't find what I need at their store. read more

Worst place for customer service. Went there today for help with a plumbing problem. After explaining my problem the jerk behind the counter assured me that he could solve my problem. Even after I questioned him about it he insisted that this would be all I needed. He looked at me like I was an idiot ( had that superior attitude. ) After purchasing the items he insisted I needed I went home and sure enough the piece he sold me did not work. Took the piece back and he said he could not return my money (Total of $24.00 ) Of course I was upset - but upon leaving both of the jerks that were waiting on me were making fun of me blowing me kisses and sarcastically yelling "Have a nice day and laughing even the old bat woman cashier was putting her 2 cents in laughing and making faces. Very unprofessional and rude. I hope the owner sees this review and finds out what jerks he has working for him. Never will go there again and neither will some of my constrution buddies. read more

Okay this is in reference to their customer support. I once shopped here years ago but haven't been back, can't even remember what I bought there. Well a couple weeks ago my hot water tank broke down after self-diagnosing it by myself (and some help from the owners manual) I figured out it was gas valve/thermostat. Called one appliance parts place and the guy said it would be $220. After that I called Warren Pipe and Supply just for price checking and the guy asks me right off the bat, "How old is you tank?" I told him 4 years old. He told me to call Whirlpool up, its covered under the warranty, they'll send you a new one for free. Considering I bought this tank at Lowes I'd say these guys are awesome! Cut to the chase, no bs, all they want to do is help people anyway they can. That other place didn't even ask for the details they just wanted my money. From here on out I am going here for those pesky plumbing projects. It's nice to know of honest businesses. read more

This is one of those great hardware stores that is a unique and special in there inventory if they don't have have it they can get it.

Great prices, convenient hours, and extremely helpful staff. It is nice when staff does not talk down to you our demand to know the specifics, and instead actually answer the questions. Location is far for me, but it is worthwhile, and saves me a lot as well over "Home Disappointment," etc. read more

They always seem to have the right plumbing parts I need for my Swimming Pool business, hard to find plumbing parts in schedule 40 and schedule 80 which NO ONE ever seems to carry! Prices are reasonable but will gladly pay a little extra for a one stop shopping experience than to try to save a buck at the big box stores that don't even know the difference between drainage pipe and garden hoses. My ONLY complaint, they need to stay open longer on weekdays, when I need something It seems I can never make it there before 6 P.M. Love this place and always have, used to go to the one on Hoover near 10 mile back in the day. read more
