One of the things that really…read moreimpressed me was how they offer to send free samples of different wood types and stain colors, free of shipping costs as well, before you order. In fact, they encourage it before you place an order. It made a huge difference to see and feel the actual materials in person - especially when trying to match existing decor. It shows how much they care about helping customers make the right choice, and it gave me so much confidence in my order. That kind of attention to detail and customer-first approach is rare these days! That kind of thoughtful, exceptionally generous service really sets this furniture store apart, especially when it comes to custom, high-end pieces like Amish furniture. Their website stands out above the other Amish furniture online companies. It is user-friendly, beautifully done, and easy to navigate, with clear photos and detailed descriptions that made choosing the right piece simple - even without seeing it in person. The check out process was a breeze. I want to express my appreciation for the outstanding customer service I received from their team, expressly, Katy, for lending her expert opinion regarding furniture selection and helping me with a coupon code. Everyone I interacted with was not only helpful and knowledgeable, but also incredibly courteous and professional whenever I called. It's clear that this company values customer satisfaction. It's always a pleasure dealing with a company that prioritizes quality service. D. Horan

And was surprised when we said no. Seriously? I informed them that it would be quite awhile when we would be comfortable having strangers in our house, especially strangers who are in and out of other people's houses and potentially becoming exposed and passing it along. I explained I have asthma and we are both high risk for this virus due to our age. Still....it is now June, and they have called 4 times - Four. Times - trying to get us to agree to have this furniture delivered, no doubt just so they can get paid. Offering to stick it in our garage was highly insulting. We finally decided that as long as this virus is still out there, we cannot take a chance on exposing ourselves with strangers coming into our home, so my husband called and asked to cancel and explained why. They could have cared less about our well-being. He was informed - get this - that we had 72 hours after ordering to cancel, and that was it, period. I'm appalled at the lack of caring of another person who could potentially die from this virus if they contracted it - they didn't care, and it came across that way. There's a way to handle situations that are out of our control, and times to make exceptions - this was one of those times. It wasn't like we simply changed our minds and didn't want it anymore. We were told two separate things that later proved to be incorrect: That Sealy/Tempur‑Pedic would not allow the mattress to be purchased unless we also bought a $380 base. That failing to purchase a mattress cover would automatically void the 10‑year warranty. After reviewing the actual manufacturer warranty, neither of these statements is true. The warranty requires the mattress to be used on a proper foundation and to remain free from stains, but it does not require purchasing a specific base or mattress protector from the store. I'm posting this to encourage others to carefully verify warranty claims directly with the manufacturer and not rely solely on what is said during the sale. Accessories may be recommended, but presenting them as mandatory is misleading.

We were on the hunt for a recliner chair for our living room. Walked in the store and I was brought back to the days of Art Van - the set up is the same with clearance in the back, nice stuff up front, mattresses in the middle, etc. There is a welcome desk right up front and I was ready to get bombarded by sales staff, but to my surprise all we got was a friendly hello and that was it. We walked our way around the store and noticed a lot of nice stuff like couches, entertainment centers, dining room tables, etc. Most of the style was modern/transitional but there was other styles such as furniture for a basement vs a formal front room. We found the recliners and again, surprised that we made it to the back of the store and not a single salesperson came to pounce on us. We did find a chair we liked and we had to leave the area to go ask for help. A salesperson headed over to us and was not pushy at all. She let us know of the sales going on and if the product was in stock. We told her we really liked the chair but wanted to check a few other stores before committing to the purchase. We check out two other stores in the area and were not impressed and we found ourselves back at Loves. The salesperson let us know that delivery would be $100.00. However, we could pick it up ourselves and save on the delivery price. We don't have a big truck and didn't want to bother friends with borrowing their truck, so we said to go the delivery route. She questioned us to make sure which I appreciated and trying to save us some money. We picked our delivery date for two weeks out and got 10% off the chair for their opening store promotion. Sure enough in two weeks we got notified that our chair would be out for delivery. The delivery guys were friendly, were wearing masks, and popped our chair together and were on their way. Happy with our purchase - it is exactly what was shown in the store for the floor model!
