The "Warranty Void if removed" tag is still on her mattress. Sealy has said on their Forum that they will honor warranties on mattresses that have only the "Warranty Void of removed" tag on them, customer's are allowed to remove the other tag. Mattress Firm is not doing their job in helping their customer. BUYER BEWARE, go somewhere that cares about their customer!

When traveling or new to an area, I rely on Yelp to provide me honest reviews of local gems. Normally I don't leave a review if the place is less than impressive, but today I thought, other people rely on these reviews as well. Yes, we only drove a few miles for this and stumbled on an amazing shop a couple blocks away instead, but if we hadn't been in a wandering mood, it would have been an irritation.
