Bob is the main salesman, and talking to him helped me get a good idea on what mattresses would work best for me, along with allowing me to try a pretty good selection of what was available in the store. I definitely left satisfied with what I got in the end. Delivery went by super quick as well, and they even help to carry mattresses up stairs for their customers too (super appreciated)! I never felt pressured either to buy what I didn't want either, unlike how some sales people will often do so in other chains. Definitely deserving of 5 stars as a business. Highly recommend!

Seriously, it's rare to find someone like him these days: honest, an expert, and sincerely cares about customers. I came to him with a unique situation. He could've just said he doesn't have a product that's a good fit for my use case because of the mattress thickness, but instead he made a recommendation for another company and told me the safety guidelines. Why? Because he wanted to help me. That meant a lot to me. I just ordered what he recommended without a second thought because I trust Jeff, and you should, too. Every opportunity I have to buy another mattress, I'm going straight to him. I pray God blesses Jeff with abundant provision for his honest business dealings, and I can't recommend him highly enough!
