My shopping experience is always fun. I love coming here before and after the holidays. There are Christmas cards and gift boxes that are reasonably priced. I have been buying a lot of my skincare products from TJ Maxx, like facial cleanser, toner, and face serum. TJ Maxx carries such a wide variety of premium skincare products, including Clinique, Estée Lauder, and Shiseido. I bought some organic cleanser that was significantly less expensive than what it was listed for on Amazon and high-end department stores. I have also bought gourmet food products like truffle oil, pesto, and pasta. I was a late fan and didn't really start shopping at TJ Maxx until around five years ago. TJ Maxx has been one of my favorite places to shop during the pandemic. I can pretty much find anything I'm looking for here.

Because I have never felt such terrible customer service in my life very rude by the way and she made me put all my stuff back on the shelves and told me it's because they didn't want to do any extra work and then after I did, she walked me to the door and told me to leave because they have too many people in line, why didn't she just tell me there was too many people in line as I was getting in the store? Absolutely horrible customer service and probably never going back there again. I am a paying customer and do not deserve to be treated like this!!! Now I have to buy some overpriced shorts somewhere else that is opened this late and I am at a loss.

The designs are really cute and I was happy to see the dressing room was open to try on the items! At this time, not all of the stores allow you to try on the clothing, which prevents you from knowing if anything fits and could cause some time consuming returns in the future. The drawbacks of this store, it is pretty expensive, and there were not any sales at the front of the store. At the back, it looked like there was a nice clearance section. We did not brows it this time, so I am not sure about what kinds of deals can be found. The other drawback was lack of a variety of sizes. Parking here is great and much easier than the one in Rochester Hills. (far less walking when the weather's poor and the chance of getting run over is far less as well.) I came here today because they're selling a rug that my mom wanted that of course my regular Target does not have in stock or even sell anymore. Staff here's always friendly and helpful, store's clean and they also have a Starbucks at the entrance. Overall, it's worth coming here especially since it's in a bigger shopping district. At the fancy outdoor mall in Rochester Hills in the north burbs of Detroit, this is a really friendly Buckle store with some great goods, and if it wasn't so expensive I would give it an even higher rating. I enjoy browsing here because cute people come in here and because everyone is really friendly which isn't always the case in the Detroit area.
