As far as Targets go, I would consider this one of the better locations. I think of one of the major gripes most people have with this location is the parking, given that it's in a structure but overall there really is plenty of parking. Aside from holidays, the lot is rarely full. In addition this location always seems clean and it's located near other stores and a few restaurants. I'll typically go in for one thing and unfortunately end up with 10+ items that weren't even on my radar but I guess that's the beauty of Target. On top of that there's a Starbucks so you can grab your drink and walk around with it as you shop! I haven't tried out the pick up option here so I will need to give it a try but overall a decent location. read more

By far the BEST Target I've shopped. This location is spotless clean, friendly associates, well stocked with a great selection and priced well for pretty much all income brackets. Nice grocery section, CVS Pharmacy, Starbucks, LMCU ATM, Pizza Hut and a great lunch area with plenty of seating along a wall of floor to ceiling windows. read more

This Target has done an amazing job with DriveUp, compared to other Targets. The parking garage is underneath the store and they have escalators, stairs, and an elevator. There is a separate escalator for shopping carts. The elevator is massive so it's easy to maneuver shopping carts with children. This store includes a Pizza Hut and Starbucks for your snacks and drinks while shopping, or a bite after. Currently their refrigerated section is down due to a recent power outage. read more

This is a good location for Target. It is near many spots likes Costco, Ulta, Five Below, Menards, etc...so if you have a bunch of shopping to do at the surrounding stores Target is just a bonus. This location has a parking garage at the bottom and a store on the top. Make sure you go in the correct parking entrance, one if for customers and the other for inventory trucks, etc... They have a decent variety of products here. I started coming more often when the surrounding grocery stores had less products, especially toilet paper. They get a steady new supply of products daily in the morning. I also tend to find odd things the grocery stores have run out of, like no sugar shredded coconut or seaweed snacks. I love coming here for all holiday seasons for gifts. Currently doing a lot of Valentine's shopping here for the kids. I love that they get fun Target exclusive treats or toys. It's also fun to treasure hunt here. The sales are good, and people have been pretty helpful. The food court and Starbucks are back open. If the surrounding Starbucks are closed, check here, they might be your only option. The pharmacy is pretty good too if you need it. read more

The customer service at target in Bloomfield Township is always stellar. It's very easy to find people who work there to help and they are very knowledgeable. They have a great variety of items and if they are out of something like a size, they will help locate another target that has it. The store is clean and well organized. I love target in general, but the Bloomfield Township location is the best one that I have been to in Michigan. read more

The drive up experience at this store is highly dependent on the team member working at the time. Sometimes it's great, and other times, it's a punk that doesn't have a clue about customer service. Compelled to leave them this review today! They are truly handling COVID well- The app has progressed to the easiest ordering ever and this store has such an easy in and out process with the most helpful employees. I ordered on a late Saturday evening and received an "it's ready!" email at 8:15am Sunday. I was there before 9 and it was awaiting me- I took advantage of the "online only 50%" items and used various Target Circle coupons on the app and saved a third of the bill. No one was in there when I arrived so early so I took a quick look around at all the 50-70% off racks of clothing and of course I find the ONE THING that has no price tag, lol. Took it up to the self check-out, one of the employees punched in some numbers and left with a warm, fuzzy pink/red ombre sweater on clearance for $8 something (from $30) She was very helpful.. I had brought her the sweater in a different color with a tag but no need. I guess I haven't been in here for awhile but I was very impressed with the overall lay-out, extreme cleanliness and nice staff. read more

This is the weirdest Target I've ever been to. Who designed this? I want to punch them in the face. I HATE coming to this target, but I was desperate for a few things and needed to get in and out quickly. Mind you, I've been here a few times before. There's a random parking garage that I hate. Lanes are tight, and people are constantly coming in and out, so be careful. It takes a minute for your eyes to adjust and people aren't always paying attention. First time I was here I was like WTF is this? You have to either take the stairs up, escalator or elevator. Weird. Carts go in their own zone to go up and down with you while you shop. blah. Anyways, while I was here last night, I was looking for a replacement carafe for my moms coffee maker. I dropped it and it shattered anywhere. I just wanted to run in and get one, and I could not find anyone to help me. After walking around a bit, I found a target member and asked him to help me. He informed me he was on break. Oh, sorry there sir, I didn't mean to bug you, but I'm in a pinch. Anyways, they didn't have it, and I left the store empty handed and the Target team member continued on their break. What happened to Target? I used to love shopping here, and now I feel like I can't get what I need while in the store. While I still haven't replaced the coffee machine carafe, in between the credit card hacking thing that they went through, lack of team members being able to help, and me usually walking out empty handed, I feel like Target's missing something. I used to be able to walk in here and have a hard time NOT spending all my money, and now its the opposite problem. Maybe things will change, and I like Target as a whole, but this is something I've noticed over the past two years with me. I go in for simple ticket items and can't find at least one or more items, and end up having to go somewhere else to get the stuff. Stuff like this aggravates me. I was so. excited. to finally go to this Target. What a disappointment! First of all, we were stopping to get birthday presents for my daughter in the middle of a night out. I had to go potty. There was not a square of toilet paper in the womens' room or the family restroom. So I made sure to tell a cashier (who had no customers at the time) about the dilemma. And then we commenced our shopping. Our list was for a kickstand for her bike, a basket for her bike, and a magic eight ball. The kickstand was not to be found. I think that means they didn't have one, but there was no one around to ask. The bike baskets, luckily, were sort of piled up with some other bells and trinkets. So that was a win. The magic eight ball was over by the board games, mixed in with the cards. It was not near a shelf that said anything about containing a magic eight ball, but hey, I found it, and that was the goal. We took our purchases to the register, and then were planning to go find someplace cool for dinner after we checked out. Of course, I still had to tinkle, but I figured a half hour or so should have been plenty of time for them to get toilet paper (which they should have enough of, selling it and all...) to the restrooms. I'm writing this review purely because my cashier was so awesome. His name is Ben. He was so helpful, hospitable and kind. This target is not one of my favs due to constantly having long lines, but not today. Hopefully that issue is getting better. Regardless Ben made my experience great and I would love to hear management does something for employees that are superb, like Ben. Parking in the cave, you have such high hopes. It'll be great, you think. No. No it will not. All the parking stinks. There are enormous cement poles everywhere. Enter and get up to the store in some fashion. I take the stairs, unless I am with my kids...then I juggle them on the escalator to get to the top (and a cart). The frustrating thing is that Target LEGIT has nothing you need. S hook? yes, it is 4" long, or nothing. Produce? EHHHH....? Thomas stuff? No. It was a very frustrating experience. Terrible customer service called ahead and drove nearly half an hour for an item. Was told they had it in stock; upon arrival they stated we have it but it's in pallets and we can't grab one. Wish they would've informed me if this on the phone. When I asked for them to at least hold the item when they do bring it up they stated they can't do that and to call again. When inquiring and staying that I did call and it's still unavailable, they rudely said there's nothing we can do. Won't return terrible customer service . read more

How weird is it to know that you are parking UNDER Target?! SO WEIRD!! This is by far the cleanest Target I have ever stepped foot into...which is nice, since many are so cluttered and disorganized. The only reason why I did not give this place 5 stars is because of the 2 following reasons: 1) The security guards seemed to be following me all over the place. Every corner I turned, they were there. While I understand that loss prevention is an important aspect of ANY business, I really felt "sought out" per say. Feeling like a potential criminal is NOT welcoming. 2) The underground parking lot is full of dead ends. Some signs in the structure are redundant, yet important directions that are needed don't exist. If you're not careful, you could end up having to drive backwards to get out of the parking lot. All in all, I would come back because everything in the store is pretty easy to find. However, I am truly hoping that the loss prevention issue was simply a fluke. read more

Unusual Target with covered parking. You enter on the first floor and take an escalator or elevator or stairs to the top. The time I visited one of the escalators was broken and it was causing all sorts of problems. Great place to buy whatever you might need. The prices are comparable to other big stores like Walmart. Maybe some things are more expensive and others cheaper. I do sometimes find it hard to find all the same stuff as Walmart, but I feel it's a nicer chain overall than Walmart. Staff are friendly. read more

Tried to yelp the Starbucks inside of Target but there isn't that option. Then noticed the lady that I'm going to give a "shout out" to works for Target so it's a win, win! Every time I travel I go to target to buy last minute things or check out the clothes.. this location is suppose to be a super target. I just feel.. especially it being in Bloomfield hills... there should be a better selection of shoes and clothes. One star knocked off because the underground parking lot is full of random carts that people need to put back to the proper spot it target should hire someone to pick up the carts. 1 or 2 is fine. I'm literally on the verge of calling the better business bureau. I'm literally livid on the way I was treated last night right before closing by the rudest employee I have ever came across at any store in my life. I spend thousands and thousands of dollars at this target and I have never in my life been treated so disgusting and disrespectful. I don't understand how a company like this could hire such a disgusting and disrespectful employee it seems like they'll hire just about anyone. I will make sure I take this as far as I can no one should ever be treated the way I was last night there is no excuse for any worker to treat any customer so horrible. Especially a customer who has a cart full of things and didn't do or say anything to get this kind of treatment oh and I had my two small toddlers with me. This target is a lot nicer, aesthetically, than most of the ones around this area. The problem is that it's kind of small. They have a very limited selection of even their own brand items. They have a few aisles of food, whereas most stores have entire grocery blocks. It stays fairly organized, and the staff is just like any target, under-paid, over-worked employees who are ready for their 15. Trust me, I was one of those kids for 4 years. Not at this store. at my store, we called this the fancy target, because they weren't allowed to write "target" on the building, just use the symbol, at the time. and because you park beneath it, which is honestly really helpful during the winter months here in Michigan. And for anyone thinking you'll get better quality shoes or clothes, or at least a wider selection because it's in bloomfield, you obviously have only been to one target in your life. Sales and stock are typically regional, so don't get your hopes up you'll find a new treasure trove just because you're in a rich kid city. My store was in a rich kid city too, and if you want to see the size of a super target, you should go there. also, they're only called super because they have a marketplace, aka food section with fresh fruit. Target basically wants to be walmart now, but "classier". read more
