She was very friendly and helpful when it came to what my questions were. Its a very clean and beautifully stark showroom. If they had a kitchen there, I would set up shop there as my home, since its got nice tall ceilings and a long display area. When we arrived it looked closed but hours on door indicated they were open. Not the case. The next day I went to another shop closer to my home and same thing. Closed but hours indicated they were open. I called Lampcraft and they were open. I asked why closed the day before. Owner had car trouble. I went and showed him my problem and he took it in the back room and came out 10 minutes later and handed it back. All fixed and he didn't charge me. It was apparently a minor problem but I didn't expect him to fix for no charge. I realize that single proprietors have a difficult time if something unexpected comes up and I also feel that we should support them with our business whenever we can. Thanks again.
