It's been mentioned several times that this is a smaller Marshalls, which I can believe. This was a fairly small store. The store is very disorganized and ill-kempt. The displays had no rhyme or reason, products were basically thrown around, and the store felt dirty. I would compare shopping here to visiting a thrift store; it took some digging and searching, but I was able to find a few gems. They had some cute Halloween and fall decor and some great deals on clothes, but unfortunately I wasn't able to find that darned ghost rug! I had pretty limited interactions with the staff, but the two cashiers I spoke with were super friendly and very helpful. I would definitely go back again to deal hunt.

The bottle return is usually filthy and sticky with several machines not working - if it's open at all. The bathroom area usually smells like sewage from about the baking items aisle up to the cold storage in the last aisle. Lack of shopping carts IN the store has been an issue as well. I get that they are union and can't have just any employee get carts from the lot; however shouldn't management be stepping in?

Went into the store yesterday to receive a Western Union payment. The young man at the courtesy…read moredesk told me there was no one there who could work the Western Union machine. I asked him to check with a manager. He went into the back office. Was there a couple minutes came out, said no one has the ability to work that machine today until tomorrow after three. I asked him why only one person in the store was train. He snapped back at me and said it's not about training. It's because only one person has the code. I called customer service while in the parking lot. I spoke to the mail manager who was very nice and said oh no Tish is in the back office up at the courtesy desk. She has the code. I'll connect you with her. Tish, who has an attitude or Trish. She still has an attitude, no matter what her name is snapped at me saying I don't have a code. No one here has a code the machine shut down the girl who has the code left to half hour ago. So then I called Myers customer service. They connected me with the branch manager, who told me then that the girl with the code called off that day, but assured me someone would be there at 8 o'clock to next morning. He was very nice very professional, but he was covering up for his employees. I did put a call in to Western Union with my complaint. They also stated that there should absolutely be someone in that store at all times with the code and able to work the machine and that they were going to look into it. It's not even about the machine. It's about the trickle down effect of lies. I have just started shopping at Myers a month or two ago and I will never step foot back in the store beans I was treated so poorly so rudely.

The biggest challenge was the lack of floor assistance--no one was available to help for most of my time there. Toward the end, I did find one helpful associate who set up a dressing room and assisted with items, which I truly appreciated. Another major issue was the clothing tags. Many items weren't labeled correctly, and the hangers didn't match the actual sizes. I had to check inside each garment to confirm sizing, which made the process frustrating and time-consuming. This isn't the Macy's I remember from past shopping experiences. I remember this place as a kid: it was teeming with shoppers, stores, and had the best food court on the East side. Now, it has entire wings of the mall closed down without a single store in them. Other wings of the mall (like the Burlington wing) have only a few stores, and lots of vacant spaces. The wonderful food court now only has two (maybe three) eateries open, when it was once completely full and always busy. The only area of the mall that sees a lot of action houses Movies 16. I wouldn't recommend going here because there isn't much shopping to be had. It may be a good place to do "mall walking", but as far as shopping, there's very little shopping to be had.

She also carries accessories (scarves, jewelry, purses, etc...) One of her mottos is "being broke ain't cute" and her clothing is priced right. If you catch a sale, don't sleep on it. I've gotten many designer dresses around $30-$35. Of course there are items below and above this price! She usually does a weekly FB "live" so that you can see some of her mostly one of a kind inventory. There are dressing rooms inside with adequate space and full-size mirrors.
