The store was dirty and disorganized. I also witnessed a manager yelling aggressively at an employee for what appeared to be a minor mistake. He also threatened to withhold her pay. Went shopping with a friend a few days after Xmas 2021. This store is a hot mess. Nothing is tidy, shelves aren't organized, things in wrong sections, etc. Not to mention the two cashiers with a long line and customers not social distancing. I would have walked out, but I found boots for a family member (hard to find size). I found better boots cheaper at Meijer and had to return the boots. Again, I had to stand in the long line for a return and the store till looked like a tornado went through it. read more

I haven't been to a Burlington in probably 15 years and I truly didn't believe any still existed. I was down in the area visiting family for the weekend and my cousin wanted to pop in. This location is HUGE and seems to be updated. Modern appearance. SO MANY CLOTHES!!! Crazy, and it was so busy but I'm sure back to school shopping and the dream cruise going on added to that. The product and business model at this stage reminds me of a more unorganized Marshall home goods. I do not know how the staff could ever possibly recover the store on a daily basis. On this particular Saturday evening the bathroom was disgusting and the sections were in ruins. Lots of empty shelves in housewares. Pricing is wonderful. Lots of assortment. Men's section is lacking in size... size inclusive options. Solid stop if you are bargain hunting and okay with chaos. read more

I don't even know where to start here I love the discounts Burlington has to offer but on my most recent trip I wound up loosing my phone IN the site while taking my two toddlers out of carts and handing them to my boyfriend I figured it wouldn't be an issue to find because of the camera's EVERYWHERE well what was a good trip quickly turned awful I knew my phone was somewhere in the store the employees began ignoring me entirely and wound up sending a manager over about fifteen mins later after me asking 3 times for them to pull cameras if possible the manager basically said there was nothing she could do and that the cameras that were being maintenances all of a sudden weren't recording I got on to find my iPhone to recover it was traveling the store as I was speaking started pinging the iPhone and a customer found it thank god But the employees handled this all wrong pretty sad actually considering I was carrying around 150$ worth of merch I had just purchased read more

Sym's used to be my go-to for inexpensive dress clothes that I didn't mind destroying at work. I work around a lot of machines, plaster and chemicals so I usually end up trashing my better digs that I prefer to save for those nights on the town. Burlington fits the bill offering great clothing options that are stylish, quality and on the cheap. From business casual to the affordable suit, ties, bow ties (real bow ties), and dress shirts....the selection isn't always the greatest but it's fair to say that it's one of the better options in town. They have designer brands and off brands but you'll need to search for the good stuff you'll want. Bottom line, if you're looking for a new pair of slacks and a dress shirt on the fly, this isn't a bad place to start. They also have a ton of home goods, kids stuff and a non specific selection of shoes that I can't vouch for. read more

Love this store they have a manager he is a really nice guy I stood and talked with him when he first became the manager and we were speaking of the improvements that could be made and he took his time too stand and talk with me about my suggestions on improving the store for 20 or more minutes and I have noticed such a change in their cleanliness and organization is much better much more customer service employees on staff that I haven't yet had a problem with sarcasm or rudeness "YET"! but nothing is perfect it's still has some room for improvement love this store it's a very convenient location for myself and prices are higher but Burlington has seemed too keep their prices lower then some other stores! The usual burlington, the staff was nice enough to let customers in even though the time was almost over, its one of those burlingtons where everything was nice segregated and ot was clean as well. Shopping here is like trying to find a needle in a haystack or simply just a matter of luck. They have made an effort to clean up the store post-christmas but there's still a lot more to be desired. read more

This store is terribly unorganized and chaotic. I actually found the shoes I ended up purchasing, in the home goods area. The cashiers didn't seem to be trained very well, either. If you want to shop here, make sure you have time to spare, so you can walk through the entire store to (possibly) find what you're looking for. read more

Horrible store. Dirty, with coats and clothes strewn all over the place. Hard finding a decent plus sized coat among all the disheveled, disorganized racks. The ladies coats are in the far right, back corner. Ladies...please look out for the random older guys that like to stalk women in the back corner. This guy went from speaking Russian in the corner on his cell phone to stalking me in the women's coat area. It was super CREEPY and I couldn't get out of there fast enough. I used to visit this BCF location often before Target moved in next door and before I dicovered TJ Maxx. I don't know if it is just me but for some reason, I think the upkeep of the store has DRASTICALLY declined. I usually make a beeline to men's clothes particularly, dress socks, designer underwears and ties when I visit. The last couple of times I did the shelves were ALWAYS dishevelled -- empty cartons, loose pieces of garments with no boxes nor tags, packages that are opened! Though the shelves are marked with sizes -- small, medium, large, etc. -- the pieces stacked behind them are NEVER the same size! If you find a pair of socks you like, make SURE you get the SAME socks -- color, style and SIZE! The clothes in the hangers though are slightly better. At least majority of them ARE still on hangers and DO have their prices affixed on them so you know how much a piece cost before you even take it to the register. BCF still has a "wider" selection than TJM but if you really think about it, wider selection does not necessarily equate to QUALITY selection. Overall, I think I would only go back if I'm REALLY looking for something that I do not want to pay full price at fancier stores AND if TJM does not have what I'm looking for. Shopping at this location at least just is NOT a fun experience anymore. :( If and when I come back, I will see if management has done something about the overall appearance of the store. I really DO want to give this store a better rating. I'll be back at least one more time and see. read more

Within the last couple of years this store has has gone to the dogs. It's become a messy store with merchandise strewn all over the place in just about every department. The ladies section was especially bad. Clothing was mixed up from different racks (sale items and non-sale items mixed together). The staff was another issue. Don't even think of asking for assistance. They are RUDE! There wasn't one caucasion employee on hand. Not sure where they find employees but it would be good if they re-evaluated them from time to time. I had an overall bad experience and will not be returning. read more
