In order to enter the drawing, they provide you a business card sized card that you fill up with stickers after you visit 6 different stations. Well, the stations were not manned and no one knew about the stickers so the team was scrambling to sort that out. In the end, they gave the stickers to the employees at the registers. Aside from that hiccup, it was an enjoyable event and the ladies representing Kiehl's, Clarins, and Olaplex were the absolute best!

Again, quality. Sales people are very helpful at this location. My first time coming here I was thrown off because the guys they have folding clothes don't speak or acknowledge customers at all. But I later realize, I think, that it's because they have a sales staff to give customer service. Oh and great prices. Just amazing what you can get for under 180 bucks. I can't wait to come back.

My total came up to a bit less than $50. After paying instead of just handing me the receipt, she asked me if I wanted it. I don't like carrying around unnecessary stuff so I just said "no thank u" without thinking too hard about it. To my surprise the phone charge cord I purchased which is right upfront by the registers DOES NOT WORK, so I called to explain it wasn't working & to ask if they could EXCHANGE it for me (still in it's packaging) and she very impolitely started talking over me and said without the receipt they couldn't even do an exchange. I told her it's still in the package and everything she continued to talk over me just saying "NO", "NO", "NO"... Finally I had enough of the rudeness and just hung up.
