I found my great all-clad pan here for $120 and the original price was over $200. They sell good stuff like small furnitures. There are trips when I yielded a small rug that was only $24.99 and it was made in Turkey. Parking is no issue. Staff are ok. read more

I have enjoyed shopping here many times and have never returned anything until last night. I purchased a suitcase a week a week ago and by the time I got to the airport a metal rivet had poked a hole through the fabric. It was obviously a manufacturer defect in the otherwise perfect looking suitcase. I took it back to the store and I was treated horribly by 2 older ladies that made me stand there for over ten minutes while obviously trying to shame me and talking to other cashiers about it. I even said I would take store credit because I will still need a suitcase but I will not be shamed into keeping a defective one. They asked if they were rough with it while putting it on the plane...it happened before it got on the plane and a suitcase is made to withstand more than a car ride. I almost burst into tears because I couldn't believe the way I was being treated, life is already hard without having to deal with such cattiness. I hope they learn manners and better customer service etiquette. I have worked in customer service and never would I have been so mean. read more

( if there was an option to select no stars, oh I would) Formal employee here. I don't recommend shopping/working at this location. They are so ungrateful and horrible with management. Management has favorites and while I was employed at this location I remember seeing management being so rude. As the guest would leave they would criticize them on what they are wearing or talking and laugh away. I can legit go on... when people ask me if they should apply to this location, I always try to encourage them not. They hire plenty of people and then cry and complain how they are in the budget cut??? Please make it make sense to me??? If y'all in. A budget cut stop hiring people. I've been wanting to write this review for a while... finally have time bc I was another potential employee told me today she wasn't offered the job. She thought it was discriminating bc of her age. If any current Marshall's employee who work at this current wanna contact me, please don't. Don't waste hit time. I said what I said. Y'all will never see shopping at this place. read more

There is something wonderful about buying name brand stuff at ultra discounted prices... something about it just... well... I'm going to review the Men's section here particularly. I've gone to a dozen different Marshalls locations and this one is by far the best when it comes to Men's clothing and accessories. Two sections really caught my attention. The active wear and ties (I'm a sucker for an excellent tie)! I was blown away by the amount of active wear they had available and all of the great brands. Under Armour, Nike, Adidas, Fila etc. They have a large selection of quality and beautiful ties. Prices between $6 and $10! Same ties at Nordstroms for $25 to $40. I didn't have an issue with standing in long lines. They had 4 cashiers moving people along quickly. I'll make the trip out this way, passing my local Marshalls, just because this location was so great. read more

I went there earlier today and bought T Shirt the label was clearances but the young lady at the cashier was suck she said someone put the wrong label!!! Poor management read more

I LOVE collecting ties and other formal accessories. I'd go to Macy's and also warehouse places thinking they have the best looking ties, bow ties, belts, pocket squares and whatnot. I used to only go to Marshalls to browse if I have time to kill. Now its my first stop for all those formal accoutrements. I bought the same tie for SIX BUCKS that I saw at Macy's for 40! Don't think of Marshalls as last season items...its more like that extra stuff the Mall Stores don't have space for. read more

And the Best Shoe Selection Award goes to....Marshalls @ Stevenson Ranch, CA Sitting in the same plaza as WalMart and other suburb chains sure doesn't make it very appealing. But this is the best Marshalls that I have been to...comparing to Studio City, Sawtelle, and Cypress. They have more of everything. It could be because its far from every other LA city or simply because they just have a better buyer. I have found some serious bargains here....I'm talking about boutique items for 50% - 75% off. read more

Love the store, but could you please hire sales people that speak English?

always pretty well organized and stocked. the staff here are very friendly. i always found what i needed here and so i come here on a regular basis about once every 2 weeks. they have almost everything so it is my first stop before searching store for price variations. fitting room is fairly large and comfortable. bathroom is surprisingly very clean everytime i visit. i had to make a return here several times. there is the inconvenience that the line is usually long and the same line is for returns/exchanges, but once i get to the cashier, process is completed quickly and effectively. read more

Marshalls - Department Stores Near Me - Stevenson Ranch, California

I probably spend too much time at Marshalls, but when you're scouting for good deals it's always a must. Every time I go in there is something else I need. Clothing selection is great. I like how they've divided the average price and high end priced items so you know where to start based on your budget. I am also a huge fan of they're shoe and houseware sections while buy at full price when this store exists? read more

This is a great store - a good selection of clothing, housewares, shoes, and other useful stuff. I've furnished my new home with some nice things from this store, and have gotten many compliments. Thanks, Marshalls! What I really appreciate, though, is that the employees are helpful and concientious. They even offered to carry out my purchases to my car. read more

Great place for shoes. I always seem to buy a pair when I visit :)

This is the best Marshalls I have ever visited. Excellent selection of colognes/perfumes and clothing. Lots of pretty house decor as well. I also like Homegoods, which is owned by the same company. This specific location of Marshalls just has it all. Worth the drive if you're a little further from it. read more

I dig the shoe selection here. Clothing is selection is fine. Nothing else worth noting. read more

If I am looking for something for the house, my wardrobe, travel or gifts this is usually the place I go. Prices are great and checking out is speedy. My favorite area is shoes and I feel I can always find something stylish with the right price. The home goods area is also extensive with plenty for the kitchen, bath and patio. read more

I love coming to Marshall's! The manager Gonzalo is awesome, and Karla is amazing! 10 times better than any other Marshall's i have been too! read more

I love this place! 1. The bargains are on point! I got a leather jacket normally priced $268 for $60 on clearance! 2. (The reason I felt I needed to write this review) the staff is so helpful and friendly! On my visit yesterday I had 3 employees go above and beyond helping my scout out the store in search of said jacket. And on my previous visit I watched the most horrendous nightmare of a customer dealing with an employee who stayed calm, cool and collected. I just thought your team deserved some positive feedback - you guys are incredible! read more

This use to be my go-to store for top brands at bargain prices. The product selection has really slipped lately. They use to have a great men's shoe offering, but not any longer. You can still find bargains, but you have to dig through the merchandise. read more

I was here doing my things and the cashier named Irene I believe an older lady was so rude she needs to fix her attitude .

This is a great store! You can find literally everything here from beauty products, home goods, handbags, last season clothes, etc. always staff around to assist too! Great customer service. I don't trust their shoes however think they could be defective. Never buy shoes here! Perfect store for buying a little gift like candles stationery or face wipes hair ties etc. Love shopping here!!! Wish they had a better selection of Italian handbags and products! read more

The manager is so rude her name is Anahid M I will never come back to this store bad costumer service.

They have some great stuff for decent prices, but theres one thing that bothers me with this place. "THEFT" There are so many expensive products missing from packaging or replaced with other objects. Example 1: $75 iphone 4 cases that are now $25, have been stolen and/or replaced with a cheap skullcandy case. Funny, but this was dissapointing to see. Exampe 2: Halo: Reach Legendary Edition, a $75 item with a game, statue, and covitted downloadable code, box was torn open, game and code was stolen. It's hard to shop here knowing that something you might by may have included other things prior to your visit, is now missing because some low life took it. GET SOME SECURITY!!!!!!!! read more

If you have a return make sure to keep the receipt & don't trust that they will return a store credit. I buy all my stuff from there specially there is a specific brand and when it didn't fit & I had no receipt they said it's been washed 1st & 2nd it's not the same color that matches & the vendor pointed on my shirt that am wearing that they new one look like this your wearing and mine was basically washed. Maria the manager is very rude & they need to train them for a better customer service. I just asked them if they have a trash bin and she said its out & I threw it. Zero customer service & make sure to check your items before u buy read more

The most unorganized store ever! Nothing in this store makes sense. I asked to speak to a MOD, the girl on the floor asked me what's a MOD? Manager on duty!!?!!! She comes out and introduced myself and began to explain to her how difficult it was to look for shorts and she showed me where they were. I didn't need to know where they were because after 20 minutes of frustrations from looking for them, I found the shorts already. She then proceeded to give a bunch of excuses and finally said "this is how corporate wants it!" I'm sure the corporate office does not want your store to look like a teenager's closet!!! Next time I need to come here, I will remind myself to meditate first. The reason that they got A star is because at least SOME of the cashiers are nice. read more

This store is better than much rummaged Ross. They have adequate supply of name brands and the prices is slightly more expensive but the quality of the wares is much better. Like its competitors, it is obvious some items have partially materials. Either fell off or it was shoplifted by another person. The person who works there said half of their items have been taken like that. It looks like shoplifting has been a damaging, loss profit and major issue. I suggest that they have civilian security and monitors to make sure, these people are caught. If I were to be asked, it's not worth losing my integrity for a few dollars of stuff. There should signs all over that the store is monitored. My daughter said the middle aisle has no surveillance camera. They have stuff that doesn't work. I need to return a car vaccum that I bought the night before. Thank god for 30 day returns. Not the stores fault, it is whoever returned my vaccum before should have been honest that it has not been working for some time. Overall. This store fares much better than others but it has its hits and misses. Use 30 day when you have to. Excericse that right and you will be a fine. Nice stuff but they have to resolve their shoplifting issue if they want to get more money. read more

It's official. The big and tall section is gone. They are forcing me to buy clothes online.

My favorite guilty pleasure. A perfect spot to pick up new, cute work clothes, outfits for my husband and daughter, and stuff for my home. I don't think I've ever walked out empty-handed! read more

An awesome Marshall's to shop at!! I go to this Marshalls's frequently and always have a wonderful experience. All of the staff if very nice and helpful. The manager, Gonzolo, sets an excellent example for how his employees should follow. On my last visit, I was looking for a certain men's shoe. When I told him, we went in the back of the store to search the unopened boxes and found me exactly what I was looking for. I ended up getting six pairs I also bought quite a few other items. At the end, I had seven bags to carry out. Gonzolo was up front at the time of my checkout and offered to help me with the bags out to my car. Talk about going the extra mile for your customer!! I recommend this Marshall's to anyone looking for an excellent selection of merchandise and a great customer experience!! read more

i bought a hair mask and lost the reciept but the tags were still on it and it was un opened and i was denied store credit . I didn't even ask for my money back , just store credit. I have shopped at this many times. The service is very good prices are reasonable and the quality of products are excellent.

This is one of the best Marshalls I go to..It is always well maintained and clean.. The merchandise well displayed etc. The staff is very helpful and works very hard to make you happy.I never had any feeling about racist situation. and the prices are really a bargain..Pure Paradise for shoppers like me! read more

The boys infant, toddler and kids section is an absolute joke. You're better off going next door to Old Navy. Majority of the store is just women's/girls clothing. As a mother to two young boys I have NEVER been able to find anything for kids inside a Marshalls store. read more

My mom bought a blouse and a jacket. The blouse was $20 and the jacket $17 she wanted to return these items. Unfortunately, she lost the receipt but the items had the tags on them still with that being said Marshalls policy is if you have no receipt but the items have tags you still get a refund. So she's talking to the cashier and said one of the tags was a little damaged so she was going to make another tag so there wouldn't be any problems. Awesome right? Apparently during that process the STORE MANAGER told the cashier to do a markdown on that tag. I see that as completely unfair if we paid full price. So for both items mind you not damaged and in perfect condition she wanted to give us $10.00. Are you kidding me?! We paid $37 and that's not including tax. The reason my mom and I believe is because the store manager does not like my mom even though my mom is a loyal customer! I think this is very unprofessional. My mom was so upset she said she rather donate the clothes because $10 is just ridiculous. Besides this incident with the new store manager the rest of the staff is friendly and are always willing to help. My mom knows everyone there and is so sad that the old store manager retired! read more
