This location has very warm, welcoming, and helpful staff. Stopped in for an online order pickup and ended up adding another piece with how welcoming the store was. Today was a seamless transaction. I came in for a return and didn't have the receipt, luckily they can scan the barcode and find your account! Issued me store credit and I went on my way. The quality has gone down recently in my option, I've had leggings that are 10 years old from here without any rips or tears. Pairs I've bought in the last couple years are fairing as well. They do offer a return policy and they will size your clothes to fit you. Most of the workers are helpful, store is clean and organized! It's pricier, and I'm happy to pay as long as the quality matches. I appreciate they have shorter sizes for shorter people! read more

Another quick update since it's been over 2 years since my last review and a lot has changed with the pandemic. Happy to say, not much has changed here aside from the mask requirements. Disposable masks are available at the door. I visited this evening (a Saturday at 7pm). The mall lot was packed but people were leaving and I grabbed a good spot. The store was somewhat busy but not crowded. The store was organized, clean and well stocked. Customer service was outstanding. I dealt with Melissa who helped me with several alternations. She was patient, friendly and extremely helpful. Most of my recent Lululemon shopping has been done online. When I need a physical store location, this will be it! read more

Automatic 5 stars and I didn't even buy anything from there! Went in to see if they sell those reusable bags they give you at checkout. The lady said she could simply just give me one even after the amount of times I offered to pay for it. Made my day! I've been going to this lululemon for about two and a half years and they've always been super friendly and helpful. The set up of the store is super easy to navigate. They always make sure the clothes are clean, other stores I've gone to sometimes keep up the clothes that have deodorant stains. Always extremely happy with the clothes I leave with! read more

Warm, welcoming, knowledgeable, and super helpful staff. I don't think I've ever been to a nicer lululemon in terms of customer service. Every single staff member makes sure to go out of their way and give a very pronounced greeting. The store is super clean and well stocked. Staff can guide you to the best fabric and design if you tell them what you're looking for. There's a complimentary hemming service too. They can also help repair some broken seams and what not. I'm so impressed with this service because some of the items I ordered are a little too long. read more

Drove all the way out here to do a return, they couldn't even update their hours on Yelp to let people know they're closed. Pretty ridiculous, it takes a minute to do that. All I needed to do was make a return, and now not only did they waste my time, they wasted my gas, wear and tear on my car, and now I have to drive all the way to topanga to make this return. Clean, well organized and friendly staff. They had a large enough fitting room for myself and my 3 children so I could try items on while also being able to manage my kids. It wasn't too busy and 2 ladies were offering their assistance. They did NOT have much in stock for my size 4-6. I know it is a popular size so why not at least have 1 sample item in all sizes so customers can at least try it on before ordering online? Going into a shop these days takes extra effort with all the CRAP we now have to go through with C-19 going in and having an uneventful experience is frustrating. Also, there were some items hanging (sports bras) that had visible deodorant lines from someone trying on. It was one hanging on the front of the row. Me and wife went into this location there were at least 6 staff members working and I noticed how they greeted ever customer and checked in multiple times with people browsing however they never once asked checked in us. While they are singing being chipper and purposely looking the other way. If you are a person of color regardless of shade this is a typical shopping experience. read more

I have been a huge lulu fan for over 6 years now. I have been to this location a number of times over the years. It's okay. They don't have as much as other Lululemon locations I've been to like Glendale or Topanga, so 1/5 times Ill get lucky with something but if it's a best seller or limited item, good luck! read more

Be advised when using a credit card at this business. My wife used a gift card for a purchase and was told the card didn't work so she used a credit card to pay. Getting home we found that both gift card and credit card were charged (greater the $400 each). Lululemon will not accept the fact that we were charged twice and have done nothing to help in recouping our loss. We will never shop with Lulu again. We suggest Athleta, Alo and Fabletics who show they care about their customers more than the overhyped Lululemon. read more

I had several item and was going to probably pay more then what my credit was going to be so now the company lost a sale and a customer!! I look back at all the negative posts from years previous and I can agree with some of them. Customer service used to be horrible at this store. Used to be is the key phrase here. It is no longer this way. They have really changed. They are very helpful and accommodating now. What I experienced from this store yesterday was very positive. I saw good team work, employees that got along and enjoyed working together, a helpful environment and no judgement whatsoever. I especially liked Taylor and Bri. They love their job and it shows. They were very helpful and not once made me feel ashamed. They were honest and wanted to make sure I chose items that were comfortable for my body style. They encouraged me to try things I wouldn't have otherwise tried. There is no upselling at this store which I like. No pressure to buy something. I recently visited the Santa Barbara store and my experience was not as good as the Valencia store. My experience was more in line with the previous years posts of this store. I am not sure what the Valencia store did to change its environment but kudos to Valencia LuLu for an awesome experience and keep doing what you are doing. read more

We had a great experience at LuLu today. The store manager (or one of the managers? I think her name was Laura?) was fantastic. We had a bit of a messy transaction that involved holiday purchases, exchanges, returns, gift receipts, regular receipts, gift cards and credit cards, but Laura was able to walk through everything one step at a time and reach a resolution that was right for the customer. I went shopping this morning and was appalled at how the manager treated a customer in front of me, a LA city fireman was shopping for what could of been his girlfriend or wife and asked if they gave a discount for first responders or military. The cashier said yes and proceeded to give him the discount after showing his I.D then the manager came up behind the girl and said actually we can't give it to you because the clothes aren't for you personally. The guy didn't question anything and checked out without argument but made me question how poorly their customer service is. It was extremely upsetting to see that first hand. Bad customer service. No one greets you and all the employees just talk in the back. Luckily, I did my research before and knew what I wanted to purchase so I didn't have to try to get any employee's help. Even after I had made eye contact with the employees conversing in the back of the store I was still left waiting at the checkout counter until they could finish their conversation. This bad review is towards the horrible service. 9.5/10 no one will greet you or even care that you're there. Majority of the staff are always by the dressing room gossiping or trying stuff on when they're on the clock. How do I know because one of them is talking about how her break is in 1hour?!?! It was a slow day but that's no excuse to be unprofessional. These kids need a reality check that they are working and stop acting like they're in an episode of "The Hills." Ok so I live in lululemon. It's my casual/yoga/mommy attire. I have two little ones and when I have a chance since this is my local store I go in to freshen up my wordrobe. Right now I'm at a stage in my life where it's not all about me, it's raising my little ones and then it will be about me again. But if I go into a Lulu store and I drop 100-300 every visit, could you at least be decent to me? Jeez Louise. It's as if only white people are greeted and everyone else doesn't belong at this store or something? Do I not look like I deserve to shop there or something? I had to go back to this store recently which I wasn't hot about. I was asked by my nephew for a top for his birthday. I was eagerly looking for help and the staff were just hanging out, almost like they were at a play date with friends. I love everything here. I have been working out pretty hard at gym and I thought I would reward myself. I came in pretty late a couple weeks ago and Ally and Alyssa were amazing to deal with. They literally broke down the differences among the different style of pants for me and were beyond patient as I think I must have tried every single pair before I finally settled on a pair of pants that I though fit me best. I'm writing this review for my girlfriend as she is to nice and friendly. First off I will be following this up with possible sexual harassment from one of the male employees. This was her first time there to try their underwear as one of her friends had told her they felt really good and the male breifs were great for "that time of the month." The lady that helped her she said was so nice and comforting even though she didn't feel comfortable going in there to buy male underwear for her period. She goes up front to buy a pair to try and the male employee proceeds to tell her that she can't buy these boxers. And then asked her why she's buying male underwear???!! There is more to be said but I will stop at this.... I will be calling the store tomorrow to see if the manager would like to make this situation right. If that doesn't work im sure my lawyer will definetly have something to say about this to make it right! The store itself she said was very nice and the first employee she talked to was so sweet and nice and SHE even said girls here buy that product for their period and yet the MALE employee not only goes way to far with his questions but also assumes they were not for my girlfriend.
