The store manager was SUPER helpful in helping me find the perfect shoes for my baby shower. They didn't have this particular shoe in stock in a size 11 but she made sure we would find it (which we did in another state) and have it delivered to me within a week. I highly recommend this store, great customer service! read more

They're so professional, kind and helpful. I never feel pressured to buy and it's always a pleasure to see their smiling faces! read more

Steve Madden - Love these booties! - Shoe Stores Near Me - Valencia, California

This review has been long over due to my beloved location. I've shopped this location several years now. Nora the store manager is spectacular along with her co Rudy whom is just as charming, goes above and beyond to make sure I'm a happy customer. If they don't have your size in store no worries, they will locate the style and ship it to you free. Thank you Nora & Rudy for all the amazing years of great service, you two are absolutely amazing and I will continue to shop with you. thank you team Valencia! Your loyal customer Jen read more

Came in this Sunday morning because of their amazing sale going on right now. Buy anything (regular price) get something on the sale wall for 90% OFF. Almost unheard of. It was $40 for 2 pairs of adorable Steve Madden sliders. I got the Glitter Jelli shoes that were originally ($34.95) and for the 90% off item I bought a pair of men's black sliders that were originally ($29.95) but ended up coming out to $3.00!!!!!! Only $3. Can't beat that deal. Anyways, Rudy was the main person that assisted me and was so helpful the entire time I was there. There was also a girl with black hair working in there that was also so helpful. (but I didn't get her name) Rudy got me all of the shoes I wanted to try on and it was quite a few, every time with a smile. The girl working was very helpful trying to figure out the right pair of shoes for me. Would definitely come back. Great customer service!! read more

Sorry Steve Madden but I'm over this. Welcome to round two. I originally purchased a black starling and it was shipped to my house missing a shoe. I didn't throw a fit nor did I request a refund knowing the associates are commission based I compromised and took shoes i didn't love just to complete the order. The package was delayed in shipping for quite some time and then they come in like this. I will be by for my refund. read more

Steve Madden - EVANNE LEOPARD - Shoe Stores Near Me - Valencia, California

Steve Madden shoes and boots are amazing. I haven't done much shopping because of Covid but I needed to find a pair of boots for a photo shoot. Because Steve Madden boots never disappoint, I headed to the Valencia Town Center. Upon arrival, store staff greeted me and asked what they could help with. There were a couple other customers in the store but associates were able to help all of us. I tried on a pair of boots that I loved. But they didn't have the color I wanted in the size I needed. So, the associate offered to order them and have them shipped to my home. I paid for the boots and also purchased a nice handbag. Within two days, my boots arrived at my home. They were exactly as I hoped. Overall, a super experience! read more

This one of the few stores open right now due to the pandemic . Most of the employees are friendly and are happy to help with ordering shoes if not available in their location . However , the manager has a bad attitude and if you plan on returning something be prepared for the scrutiny ... read more

Great service was very happy my sales associate and my shoes I'll be back soon thanks for the deal

Came in to check out a purse. Found out it wasn't really in my price range. I had the pleasure of being helped by Vivian. She was so helpful, so sweet, and so funny. I'm so glad I decided to go in when I did. I bought the purse! Thank u Vivian and if that store knows what's good, they won't ever let her go ;) read more

Terrible service. Went to the register for assistance about a shoe size for my girlfriend and the person who seemed to be the shift leader wearing a white tank top and hair bun seemed bothered. Gave me a sarcastic tone about which shoe I was talking about as if I knew because I'm a guy. Brought a different shoe and compared the two "yeah I think they're the same ones". I understand working in costumer service is hard and annoying at times but please don't take it out on people who you are being paid for to attend to. read more

Love the shoes and all the ladies that work here. Plus they always have my size!!

I normally buy online because they never have my size at this store which is no big deal..I went in with one of my friends that was looking for some shoes.. while I was there I tried on two pair of shoes since they had a promo, buy one get one half price. Well unfortunately the shoes that I wanted did not qualify for the promotion.. no biggie.. I didn't purchase them and we left... later on that night I went online to stevemadden.com to show my sister the shoes I wanted to get. I added them to the checkout bag and typed in the promo code for buy one get one 1/2 off.. and guess what it worked... WOW! I could've bought those shoes at the store but now I have to wait for them to ship. Steve Madden of Valencia.. I am not sure if you are aware of how quick many businesses close at the mall.. I would hate to see you guys leave because I love your shoes.. with that being said, inform the employees of the correct promotions. read more

The people that work there have bad attitudes lol Like sorry for asking for a shoe size? No one ever came up to ask if I need anything or was welcoming so I had to approach someone after standing around waiting for someone to be attentive. After I didn't want the shoes I looked at I could hear the girls say something under their breath , girl let me walk out the store first lmao at least I put them back nicely in the box be thankful read more

I purchased some shoes a few weeks ago from this location, the girl who helped me was really nice. I left the shoes there because I wanted them stretched. Today I went to pick them up and they lost my shoes and the young lady seemed frustrated that I wasn't purchasing anything and I was just there to get my shoes. They finally found my shoes but, the girl had bad customer service. read more

Great selection of shoes. Although sometimes out of my size they offer to order for me and ship to my house, which is very fast and convenient. I have had great experience shopping at this steve madden, especially when dealing with Nora. She is always very kind and helpful. She doesn't pressure you into buying anything...which I really like. I have come to a point where I only like going there when she is working. Thanks, Nora for your great customer service. read more

Kaylyn is very fast and argues with the customer she was rude they gave me a floor model shoe and one that was new I went back and spoke to Nora the manager she sad it was fine but when I got there I spoke to kaylyn which she informed her about and she didn't even care that one is a new piece and one is a floor model The floor model shoes was looser than the new pair she didn't care and made me feel as if this my fault and I am getting a one item exception for my mistake That shouldn't be happening she is too fast and speaks before listening to others read more

Horrible service from the manager !! My husband and I bought 3 pairs of shoes from this store. Before my husband could even wear the shoes to work the "leather" started to peel. My heels sole also slid off. Manager agreed to exchange my shoes and when I brought them in she refused. The shoes are sold cheap for a reason. Aldo has a great selection and also Macy's read more

Had the worst service of my life, the guy that "helped" me was so rude to me and clearly did not want to help me until he realized I was actually going to buy something, then his whole attitude changed. Do not plan on going back just because of this experience. read more

I went in during their Memorial Day Sale - the place was packed, but the three employees working were incredibly attentive and kind. They were helpful in finding the right shoe for me and made sure I had the extra padding so the shoe would fit better. I didn't feel like they were trying to over-sell me on anything. I usually shop online, but I will be back for sure. read more

I went in when two girls were working. I told them what kind of shoe I was looking for and they brought out all of the styles they thought I would like in my size. They waited while I tried each one on and both gave me their opinions. They both kept asking me if I needed any help and made sure that I was taken care of. Both girls were so friendly and were really helpful since I'm so indecisive. I was in there for so long and they didn't get impatient with me they just kept trying to help me decide!! I didn't feel pressured to buy anything even though they had so many suggestions for me and that was the best part. Before I left they made sure that I was happy with my selections, and I really couldn't be happier! read more
