However they make sure they are custom fitted to your feet. I was measured by some high tech machine. The sales person, in view of my age, held my hand to keep me upright. I tried a less expensive shoe but it was difficult to put on. I then tried a rather expensive one which ultimately fit like a glove. I wanted something which fit right regardless of cost and thus went with the more expensive pair. The shoes fit as if custom made for my feet. The sales lady was very patient with an old man like me.

I think it's family owned because when I got there, it was slightly before opening and one of the brothers was there to greet me and show me around. When I told him I was looking for something specific, he managed to get his other brother to bring me two different styles of what I was looking for which was awesome because the place is huge and I wasn't sure if I'd been able to find it. After collecting a few more items, the brother at the register rang me up and even knock a few items down in price for me which was really nice of him. Cameron and Jaro were incredibly patient and knowledgeable as I worked through my list...and when none of them quite worked, Cameron suggested a pair I never would have chosen on my own. It ended up being absolutely perfect for me. I couldn't be more thrilled -- and for the first time in a long time, my feet don't hurt. Their communication was excellent, they were never pushy, and their follow-up afterward was terrific. The entire experience felt thoughtful and personalized. I initially debated just ordering online from Zappos for convenience, but Runner's Lane got the shoes to me just as quickly -- at the same price -- and with service you simply cannot replicate online. There's no way I could have realistically tried on 8-10 pairs of shoes by mail without dealing with endless boxes and returns. Being able to try everything in-store with expert guidance made all the difference. It truly pays to support small businesses like this. This is a safe and convenient shopping mall for Valencia and Santa Clarita residents as well as Magic Mountain visitors and travelers. I saw one Boba beverage place that sells fruity smoothies. Lots of potential in this plaza. Q store fashion shop is much smaller than others. Charlotte Russe store still exists. There are lots of discounts and deals here at the retail stores. Tip of the day is to park close to where you'll be spending most of your time. Otherwise, you may need to do some walking. Luckily, Solita Tacos & Margaritas was located along side the parking area. I didn't have to walk too far in to get to them. Thank you! I didn't get a chance to peruse this center much during my visit. I hope to one day be back to explore it a bit more.
