Nice worker who tried hard BUT 2 grand for inserts and a pair of shoes with inserts is way too hard to swallow.

This review is based on the store appearance, service and staff. I will update this review on the product once I finish the breaking-in period. Cesar was extremely friendly and professional. He explained the product and wearing schedule, and worked with my time schedule. A first time free fitting takes about 75 minutes. I walked in, but customers with appointments are priority. Cesar did not try to pressure me into buying something I didn't want. He valued my time and preferences, and helped me make decisions. If you are familiar with the products, I highly recommend this store. As someone who had no Good Feet Store knowledge, I will report back in about a month and let you know if the bang is worth the buck. read more

The Good Feet Store - Orthotics Near Me - Valencia, California

Today was the day I took another step toward knee pain relief. I have been attending physical therapy for my knee for many months and do see improvement. I stopped by the Good Feet Store today and had a great discussion With Tony about what could be done to assist my progress for painless walking as I have a trip coming up that entails lots of walking and climbing. I really liked his suggestions so we did a work up on what I would need to help me. I'm want to stay away from having knee replacement and this seems the best way to go to achieve that. BUYER BEWARE: The manager Tim pressured me to buy his product. He never told me the price of the insoles and the recomended shoes until the time I reached the register. The bottom line is these insoles don't work after doing everything he directed. He finally gave me two wedges to stop me for pronating with the insoles. I took one wedge out because the second one made me to high to a point of coming out of my shoe. Tim told me he has a video recording of him explaining to me the price. He absolutely did not tell me and he refused to show me the recording. After my wife called the corporate office Tim called me and offered a refund of just the insoles and not the shoes which cost me a total of $2100 dollars. Tim also said he would charge me a 10% restocking fee which is also a ripoff. I watched him exactly 2 minutes to get the insoles and shoes from the back room. Tim recommended I buy high top Merril shoes to help me keep my ankles stable. That didn't work either. California is a two party state for recording people in a store with cubby holes to make the expectation of privacy greater thus making it illegal to record a person and their voice. I have a very damaged right foot after a motorcycle accident. I heard about the Good Feet store through Facebook and decided to make an appointment. I chose the store in Valencia Ca, and was greeted and helped by Sarah. Sarah was very knowledgeable and professional about the product she was representing. Sarah brought out a foot impression unit which helped her identify which would be the best pain relieving and feet reconstructions that would work for me. After trying on the different shoe inserts I felt immediate pain relief and proceeded to purchase the 3 inserts and extras that's part of the system. I bought some everyday sneakers at the Valencia location. The staff was very nice and helpful. They did not try to persist on other products they carry. The shoes are well balanced and very light. I am pleased to say they are my best pair. I would give five stars if they had a wider selection. read more

They are way overpriced I purchased a pair for my husband and son and found out your insurance provider sells them for $25.00! Our podiatrist said it was a rip-off and should've never purchased them. My husband and son don't wear them. I spent over 3k on them not happy at all. Do your research because you go and spend a lot of money!!! read more

Her knowledge of the issue, potential causes and as it related to sports was very informative and helpful. As we engaged with Sarah, I felt she was truly concerned for my grand daughter and her well being and not just trying to sell us a "product". Her empathy was refreshing as she dealt one on one with my grand daughter to come up with a solution and path forward. I went to the Good Feet store without an appointment one evening just sick and tired of my painful feet! Sarah did an amazing job and even though it was a huge investment I was able to pay for it with my Health Savings account. I have suffered with pain, had surgery and have had podiatrist made orthotics,and had physical therapy! Still my feet never really were ok. I've struggled with fallen arches my whole life. Expensive shoes and over the counter supports were minimally effective at best. The Good Feet Store made it easy to set up an effective solution. I've only been using their products for a month and I'm already seeing my arches maintain their shape even when I'm barefoot. The pain and agony of working on my feet all day is gone and they no longer ache at night. The program is a bit pricey, but I received financing and the system includes a lifetime warranty. I happened to see this store enroute to my chiropractor, and decided to drop in. The associate Sarah greated me and treated me to the introduction (first asking in I had the time to spend). Bravo Tim and Good Feet! There are times when you come across a company that just simply gets it. A company that acts with care, kindness and professionalism in addition to a product/service that works. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Tim at Good Feet Santa Clarita and to the Good Feet company for taking such wonderful care of my wife. Recently, my wife was in extreme pain and visited Good Feet in Santa Clarita. This was new to her after reaching her pain breaking point. She came home with an orthotic set with shoes and slippers. It was a decent chunk of change, but let me tell you...in a very limited time, my wife felt better. Her posture was better. She was relieved. She also received a follow-up call to check on how she was feeling a few days later. What really stands out to me personally, is there was a situation that presented itself where Tim, nor the Good Feet Company had to do anything to help with an issue we had. They were absolutely in the clear and 100% our mistake. We don't Write up to many reviews.. but for this one it's more about the people then the produce .... Not that the product was bad .. it did give some relief... but unfortunately after we got fitted for orthotics and tried various sizes i ended up getting an X -ray and found out I had bone spurs ( not fun ) .... But as I said this is more about the people then the product... our initial fitting was done by a new associate, which went well during our return visits. We met the store manager, Sarah, who is a pure delight. She took us under her wing and told us that no matter what she would take care of us .... we have been in probably 4 times tried a ton of different sizes and each time she was as professional as can be...told us not to worry that she'd make this right ... during one visit she said she felt that I may have a bone spur and I should set up an appointment with a foot Dr ... we took her advice and she was 100 % correct ... in today's business climate. It is hard to find true customer service rep. Everyone is so quick all they want to do is move onto the next customer ... with our visit to the good feet store. I can honestly say that Sarah, the manager and her associates took the time and weren't trying to over sell me.. they just treated me with respect at the end we ended up not being able to utilize their product but they led me down the correct path. The TV Ads of the Good Feet Store brought me to check out the local store in Valencia. Having issues with my ankle and plantar fasciitis, I wanted to see if the store offers the services that it advertises. I was assisted by David Amaro who did measurements of both my feet to determine correct size and dimensions. He was very patient in showing me the different options and finally decided on a size and color that fit my lifestyle. I have been so happy with the pair that I purchased and it only took me a couple of months to come back to purchase another pair. David was there once again to assist me and this felt like I was visiting a friend. It took no time to make a decision on this purchase because I knew the shoes will be good and I relied on David's expertise because based on my experience these shoes will be good and reliable. Just like the previous reviews already stated, don't go their store. The inserts are over price, and non-refundable. The cost for the inserts ranges between $1500-2800, I bought them cause I figured I can pay for them, but they are not worth such steep price. So, make your self a favor, avoid this business at all cost. And instead go to a professional. Furthermore, their website does not site their prices, that along should be a red flag to anyone. I found the prices at the store unfortunately. I was not force to buy them, but it was poor decision on my part, don't make the same mistake. read more

I've been visiting the Good Feet Store for about two years now, and I've been very happy with their sales associates and there product's. I was having problems with my flat feet and arch area. No enthusiasm no real explanation about how the mystery products could help. Maybe he thought that I didn't have enough money and didn't want to make an effort, not true, I have plenty of money. After a trying on 4 pairs of orthotics and shoes, they bring a bill for $2300+ with a straight face. I declined, it then went to $1700. I declined again and agreed to buy 2 inexpensive pairs of orthotics and a pair of Brooks shoes for $550. After i paid they said there is no guarantee. Well.. 4 weeks later i still have the same heal pain as when i went in there the first time. I wish they had better communication up front and maybe some follow up to see how things are progressing. read more

I had an appointment at 12 PM for my mom. Sarah helped us and was the sweetest. She was very knowledgeable and explained her own experiences with foot pain and how she had benefitted from the good feet store. She spent her time explaining to my mom what would help her foot pain. My mom struggles with nerve pain and has diabetes, so being able to have someone so attentive and willing to explain the process the way sarah did was awesome.
