Affordable clothes that don't look cheap. Known for their basics and a higher end line for women with better quality material and a junior line. Accessories and shoes surround the second floor of this store while the first floor is men's and kids. I usually come in for basics but I always hit up the sales rack, never know what you'll find. Right now they have a huge holiday sale in the store hence my glittery dress pic that I got for $10 on clearance. Side note: download the app to get points for rewards and discounts on certain item sections in the store. read more

I have purchased a couple of outfits here. Usually, I go to the sales rack to see what they have. But if I feel like splurging, I check out their regular priced items. Sometimes they have the best selection and sizes available at the sales racks. You just have to be patient in looking. And make sure to try them out before buying. Because even though they're your sizes, they are either too big or tight on the shoulder area. It depends on the style. Yesterday I bought 2 lovely blouses. I've been coming to this establishment for years. Never had an issue till today. Unfortunately the employee Brenda was beyond rude, aggressive and has no idea about customer service or what it entitles. I came in for a simple exchange. Brenda was beyond mean and inconsiderate. Not only refused the exchange when the jacket os defective amd the buttons are literally falling off after the second use. But she refused yo give her name, said it was illegal. Thankfully another coworker provided info. She also refused to give me the name of her manager. Brenda stated no one is above her and is the boss. I asked kindly for the name or number as I dpnt want to be treated like this or argue with her, just want name so I can leave, stated "oh well, not my problem". Will not be going to that particular location due to Brenda. read more

I stopped by this H&M store to take a look at their easy iron slim fit shirts. Those are my favorite long sleeves shirt here along with their sport conscious shirts as well. I stayed in the men area because I didn't bother to go to the women or second floor. This H&M isn't as big as other location but it was fine. I found the shirts I was looking for easily but they didn't have a lot of different colors. The price also increase as well so I think my best bet is to wait for some deals and just get it off the website. read more

Came in not knowing what I wanted but the staff went above and beyond with creating outfits and even making me feel a bit more confident with buying items I didnt even think I could ever possibly wear for my age. Although this mall doesn't have many stores to shop I will be returning to this H&M. read more

I had the worse experience shopping in this store which is located in Valencia mall,I bought a rain jacket for my son as a Christmas present, not even a month old ,and starting to falling apart,I went back and tried to returned the jacket and Brenda the manager disregard my concern not even care or listening what I said regarding my sons jacket ... im not looking to be a customer to shopping any more at this store ,very disappointed Brenda its a bad manager worse neglect read more

I am not one to complain. I have worked retail in the past, and I'm a fashion stylist. I work for individual clients now, but I know what goes in to designing, and creating a mannequins look. This manager was honestly obnoxious he talked down to me, I'll post my videos. I don't understand why they couldn't accommodate me by taking off the shirt on the mannequin and putting another shirt on so I could purchase the $10 shirt. Which was the last one in my size. They told me I would have to come back the following day when the stylist had come and rearranged the mannequins or I could order from the app. They don't even order in store for you. So that would cost me gas ($6 a gallon) or I could order online and pay the shipping fee ($5) I asked the manager why we couldn't honestly just change the shirt size... but apparently that goes against the rules. It was a $10 shirt and he tried to tell me it needed to be pressed and ironed to be Ready for the mannequin. That's insane you can't even iron the material. There's levels to customer service, and sure you don't expect the best from a place like H&M, but it's poor. I educated the staff member on why my receipt showed a different card number (Apple Pay), and she made me go through my online banking to show I conducted the transaction with that card. Then when I noticed a shirt I was buying was damaged, the response was "ok, okay". Obviously she should've tried to replace the shirt so I could've proceeded with my purchase. Even a younger/first job staff can be appropriately trained on customer service basics. read more

I was looking to freshen up my wardrobe a bit and my friend is really good with fashion and looking good. He recommended that I go here and it was a great choice! They have cheap prices on most all of their store! And for the quality of clothing.. it's a really good deal. The selection of pants was nice but the selection of everything else left a little to be desired. It seems as though the online store has a lot more(obviously) but I did find a few things I liked. I got 2 shirts and a pair of black jeans, because black clothes are life! I got all 3 for under 60 dollars!! YEAH! They have a little of everything here for men and obviously a large selection of women's clothes for all you ladies. Good place and will come back here again for future shopping trips! read more

Horrible customer service. I was mischarged for a shirt and when I went back in to notify the manager I was told it was the correct price. The shirt had no tag and every other shirt very similar to it but different pattern was $14.99 and I was charged $39.99 for a 5-6 boy T-shirt. They were clearly entering the wrong number and would not even do a 5 second google search to see if they could find the item online. I returned it and left and did a quick search and found the shirt on the website and it was supposed to be part of a 4 piece set which I why the price was so high. Common sense is nonexistent in the manager staff as the guy couldn't understand that a boy tshirt was clearly not $40. read more

unacceptable customer service. i asked multiple workers in the ladies department for help on looking for certain items, only to be ignored. however, i asked another worker in the ladies department, unsure of her name but she was asian, for assistance and she was wonderful! she was so nice and helped me with everything that i needed help with. my boyfriend received the same ignorant treatment in the mens department. both my shopping experience and my boyfriends shopping experience were ruined thanks to those workers who ignored us customers. hope the asian worker who actually helped me is doing fine. never coming back to this terrible place!! read more

This is a good H&M store. The quality and prices of their clothes are excellent. Customer service is not a priority for this retailer. Service at numerous locations I've been to has simply been okay. During my last visit, this store was fully staffed, well organized and most clothes racks were filled to capacity. Their products are fashionable and modern. Side note to those criticizing this chains lack of plus-sized clothing: H&M clothes are designed for slim, slender people. That's the way its been for 70+ years. To put it bluntly, if you are not slim and slender H&M should not be one of your preferred clothing stores. read more

My mother kept telling me that she wanted to get some Christmas shopping done to avoid the crazy rush before the holiday rush in the next couple weeks. I love shopping at H&M but this was my first time at the Valencia store. It has a pretty good selection with multiple floors. Great deals and selection but my only concern was the cleanliness of the changing room. As I was changing my socks I noticed the floor was very dirty and full of dust balls where my socks were collecting all the dirt and accumulated in my clothes when I put them back on, other than that it was a pleasant shopping experience with friendly staff. read more

My boyfriend and I went in on December 7th and needed a quick exchange but weren't sure exactly how it would work. We only had about 40 minutes until closing, but were able to get it done quickly, and add a few things to our cart that we weren't expecting to (there were some crazy deals for $9.99 and ugly christmas sweaters lol) I didn't recognize the employee who helped us (Lourdes), so maybe she was new, but she was super friendly!! I had the best costumer service experience ever. Max Gonzalez an employee, helped me and my daughters so much and was so accommodating. While waiting in the fitting room for the girls to try on their outfits he brought me a stool to sit on, then since we had so many items picked out and you can only take 6-7 in the room with you, when Max saw that the girls handed something to me he would bring them another piece to try on. bee attentive but not bothersome at all! at check out he was so pleasant and friendly. Horrible service! They had a blouse (medium) in the display window on a mannequin and only one just like it on the sales floor (small). I needed the medium and asked for the display blouse and they would not sell it! Their employees are not empowered to make any decisions, the two I spoke with were dismissive and rude and shame on management for turning down a sale. They won't get my $$$ anymore. read more

H&M opening up in the mall as been one of the most exciting additions! This place is located at the end towards the carousel and occupies both the first and second floor, with stairs in the store to get from top to bottom. First floor is the men's section so I haven't ventured around there much, but upstairs is the woman's section that I frequent almost every mall visit. There's always something new to gawk at and wish for a paycheck to purchase! I'd like to compare this place to Forever 21, it's a similar clothing style, but where more teens shop at Forever 21, H&M carries more for the gal in her twenties. Though I know both age groups can frequent both stores too. I just like H&M more for more business casual attire. I love the black blazer I bought here a few months ago! Dresses, accessories, shoes, boots, shorts, shirts, make up, work out clothes, it's all here. Since it's a newer place in the mall, and probably because the place is so great, there's usually a long line at the register. I've never seen more than 2 cashiers though, work on that H&M! Other than that, this is a great clothes store! read more

The clothes and selection are awesome but the service is awful. I went once a few weeks ago and couldn't find an employee to help me with a size for at least 15 minutes and I wasn't the only one searching. Today my daughter and I went back and the young woman working the fitting room was especially unpleasant. I needed a different size so my (10 year old) daughter went to get the new size for me. When she came back in, instead of offering to help, she chastised my daughter for not being able to switch sizes while in a fitting room...whatever that means. Every other store we went to today (AE and Loft) had very helpful and pleasant employees assisting us. H&M managers- if you expect people to spend serious cash in your stores and return, please spend more time training and developing your unhappy employees to understand that service is everything! The cashier was nice but everyone talking over the walkie-talkie system had HUGE attitude problems. read more

the customer service is horrible here, on the occasion i came here, i witnessed a few employees blatantly ignoring another employee, this shows the horrible work ethic of the workers. they were unhelpful and unwilling to help and instead talking in a group while working. this is very alarming to see and ive never went into a h&m store and seen this behavior from employees. read more

So I had a great time experience shopping here yesterday. I came in and loved the merchandise. Also very clean and was greeted by an employee. I ended up trying on and falling in love with a dress. Last one instock. I approached the register to ask for a price hoping that it was 80 bucks and maybe discounted. The gentleman that was ringing me up checked and honored the online price. He also suggested o me that if I downloaded their app I could get 20% off. So basically this employee went out of his way to make sure I left saving some money and was happy. It is so rare to walk into a store and feel so special and appreciated. This guy knows exactly what customers are looking for when them walk into a store. read more

Horrible Customer service and Management is WORSE ! Don't waste your time shop elsewhere! I had Stopped by this store to return an item. YES! I Provided a receipt, however my receipt that I had was one that I had gotten AFTER exchanging an item for a bigger size. (Didn't have time to try item on in store). The previous cashier did not hand me back my ORIGINAL receipt which caused a big mess. When I went into the store to actually return another item I had purchased, with the same receipt I had exchanged a previous item for (mentioned earlier) *The then cashier was trying to give me the discounted price of the item, even tho I had my receipt! Mind you I paid FULL PRICE. Of course I'd be upset if someone is trying to rip me off ! I spoke to the store manager which was a female don't remember her name and she started ARGUING with me making the situation worse! She then stated that my receipt was "2 months old " as if I have nothing else to do with my life but go shopping every damn day ?! Okay it's called work, kids, priorities I CANNOT make it to the mall any day! No wonder people shop online now!!! Rude very UNPROFESSIONAL! Terrible Customer service seems To be a TREND nowadays! One of My favorite stores. Suprisingly affordable, sophisticated and trendy at the same time. I love buying shirts from there. 2 for $10.00 material is good. The clothes are tasteful. The store make you enticed to buy. The ambiance is rock style meet Beverly Hills type of decor. Sophistication with an edge. Well lit. But didn't like that they have junky dollar deals before you checked out. It makes the whole sophistication thing notch lower to the cheapness of the materials leading up to the cashier. I think they put it there to entire the impulse shopper who don't really care of quality but purchased for just because it happened to be there and it's cool to buy at that time. Horrible customer service. Called to ask if it was possible to put something on hold if they had it. Left me on hold and then proceeded to pick up the phone and hang up after 5 minutes. I called back and their excuse was "oh they tried to pick up to say we didn't have it." I buy a good amount of things from this store and for the most part I am a fan. The jewelry selection is absolutely hideous it's very VERY rare that I buy any jewelry from H&M. I go for the very affordable clothing and shoes. I'll always keep going there to look for more cute and unique pieces to add to my look. Usually I love the professional wear that they carry, but I might as well just shop online. They don't have many sizes out on the floor. And when I asked if they could call me when they get it in the store - The girl said "Well you could just shop online" which defeats the purpose of me coming in the store. Staff not friendly or helpful. Also they have a tendency to put damaged items back on the floor after you tell them about it. The dress I wanted had lipstick stain on it so I let the manager know and as I was walking out (Because she told me to just buy it online) I turned around and spotted her putting it back on the rack behind the others. So make sure your item isn't damaged anywhere or stained! Since they keep all those on the floor! As a former retail manager this is a MAJOR NO NO! Huge disappointment in one of my favorite stores.
