I am very disappointed with Kohl's and its policies. One of the items I ordered was not available for shipping so I needed to pick it up from the store. This was an inconvenience itself since the whole point of me ordering online was so that I would NOT have to deal with parking, driving, etc. to the store. I paid for the total and earned $15 in Kohl's Cash. As a paying customer, I was under the impression that I PAID for my item. I was unable to pick it up and assumed that since I PAID for the item, it would be held. When I went to use my Kohl's Cash, I was informed that it was revoked because I did not pick up MY item that I PAID for. The item was then reshelved at the store and I was told that it would be taken off my bill. I wanted the item. I paid for the item. I purchased it as a gift for my sister. I did not receive a courtesy call that it would be forfeit. I don't understand why this would happen. How is this a good business policy? The customer has already paid for the item. It has become a profit. Why in the world would any company choose to refund the customer for an item that he/she clearly wanted that was bought and paid for? Plus, the customer service I spoke to on the phone was very unhelpful. They tried to be courteous by English was definitely not their native language. I had to call repeatedly until a supervisor told me there was nothing that could be done. Even though I had gone to the storefront to RE-purchase the item. This is the first instance in which I was highly disappointed in Kohl's customer service and policy...And I have been shopping there for years! I am tempted to just return ALL the items I purchased and not shop there again! What in the world is going on, Kohl's?

Which is great because I try not to "shop" at the same time as many others who have a 9-5 job. I woke a different schedule so later the store stays open the better for me. There is plenty of parking so no worries about where you are going to park. They have a array of clothing some high end brands at pretty good discounted prices and other clothing items ie shoes and purses are also available. At the tile I went I did not see any designer purses, but again I did come around 8-9 pm so most of those could have gotten sold. I did like the earring collection which was asking for some great prices. My collection is coming up just off of one visit to Gabes. They have a variety of snack type foods and other accessories, makeup items, workout gear/equipment, and miscellaneous things for the house. I would definitely come back but might try to venture out a little earlier to see if the selection is much better.

They were snapping at people, saying things like "don't dare touch the cashback button, understand me," and acting annoyed that customers were... shopping? Like that's literally the whole point of being there. The attitude was rude, aggressive, and honestly embarrassing to watch. If this is how customers are treated, it's only a matter of time before they say that to the wrong person. Management seriously needs to step in and fix this, because this kind of behavior is not okay.
