    I love the hours. They are open till mid night. The renovations are great. The bathroom is clean. Over all it has improved much.

    Went shopping today at Burlington and it was AWFUL! I take my time shopping, I guess I wasn't shopping fast enough for the security team. Three people followed me around the store, they ALL had the same head set. I AM LIVID. I wasn't doing anything but shopping and looking around. I work hard to earn my money, I will spend it as I choose. If I want to take my time, I will effing take my time. And of course 2 of the 3 had the audacity to fake check out, when I was done shopping and checking out. They both bought 1 random item, not from the sections they were in--when they were following me. The 3rd person put his cart back, and didn't even pretend to check out. I took all of their pictures; they made me feel uncomfortable shopping, now they can feel uncomfortable with people seeing them online. I'm so angry, I've spent so much money at Burlington over the years. To be followed by THREE people, as if I was stealing pisses me off! Instead of sending 3 people to stock me, maybe you should put that much effort into cleaning the fitting rooms. It's a dirty hot mess!!!!!! I made sure to let the cashier know, I KNOW I WAS BEING FOLLOWED AND I'M WRITING CORPORATE. I have worked in retail in the past, and I know when security is following people. I'M NOT STUPID BURLINGTON!!! Pathetic.

    This store is a hot mess and very disorganized, people on the floor have no customer service and look as if they don't want to be there ( but I guess I would look the same if I worked there too)! After browsing through the disorganized racks I did find some cute white pants and a cute black sleeveless hoodie shirt. After doing a 360 of the store on a Saturday afternoon a day before Easter I quickly checked out. I guess I will come back someday....

    There was this Indian manager that told me bs about their return policy. I even work at a Burlington and his customer service is just wrong.

    It's a decent place with some hit and misses clothing. Good prices. For what it is. And they always have good stuff on clearance.

Some of you may agree or disagree but again this is based on what I've seen and experienced ! 1. Taking advantage of non-English speakers Im not the only one who sees this in many employees. I've noticed these two employees are INCREDIBLY pushy on non-English speaking people/people who have a limited vocabulary. They will not stop pestering them until they give in. It irritates me in a way since I'm myself am Hispanic/Latino. 2. The line can take forever I found a super cute dress today I loved. All of the employees were signing up people for the credit card and I feel like there should be two or one registers or even a credit card sign up desk because you have alot of people in line waiting and these sign ups take so long. The people in front and behind me were very irritated cause 10 minutes have passed by and we haven't moved a bit.. I had to put the dress back cause I just didn't feel like the wait was worth it. 3. A change in staff attitude I noticed (not all) but many of the employees here are very rude and condescending. Such as attitude and rolling of the eyes at customers (they haven't done anything to provoked them like being mean first or messy) which throws me off That's all honestly I come to this place VERY often almost everyday lol so I can definitely see a change and the pace of the store is becoming slower and slower.

I am very disappointed with Kohl's and its policies. One of the items I ordered was not available for shipping so I needed to pick it up from the store. This was an inconvenience itself since the whole point of me ordering online was so that I would NOT have to deal with parking, driving, etc. to the store. I paid for the total and earned $15 in Kohl's Cash. As a paying customer, I was under the impression that I PAID for my item. I was unable to pick it up and assumed that since I PAID for the item, it would be held. When I went to use my Kohl's Cash, I was informed that it was revoked because I did not pick up MY item that I PAID for. The item was then reshelved at the store and I was told that it would be taken off my bill. I wanted the item. I paid for the item. I purchased it as a gift for my sister. I did not receive a courtesy call that it would be forfeit. I don't understand why this would happen. How is this a good business policy? The customer has already paid for the item. It has become a profit. Why in the world would any company choose to refund the customer for an item that he/she clearly wanted that was bought and paid for? Plus, the customer service I spoke to on the phone was very unhelpful. They tried to be courteous by English was definitely not their native language. I had to call repeatedly until a supervisor told me there was nothing that could be done. Even though I had gone to the storefront to RE-purchase the item. This is the first instance in which I was highly disappointed in Kohl's customer service and policy...And I have been shopping there for years!
