Most things weren't even in the right spots though there were the good sides which was that there wasn't long lines and the guy at the exit was nice and friendly and seemed happy with his job. There is usually no line when I visit in the morning, which was the case today (04.10.25). I would suggest going early as I have waited up to 20 mins when visiting in the late afternoon and evenings. This is likely due to there being only one person staffing the return area. My items have always been bagged, labeled and placed in a box alongside other returns. Compared to other return drops, I find that I receive notice from Amazon sooner when using this Kohl's location. Improvements could be made to the organization of the area. It's cluttered and lacks an apparent organizational flow. I have not, however, had any returns go missing or unaccounted for. I'll continue to use this location when convenient.

For whatever reason my card chip doesn't work straight away and it takes 5 tries and 2 different cards to be able to work, I know full well my tap feature works fine, I don't know why my chip struggles but I hate it when I'm at Walmart and their card readers don't have tap to pay :( like I said, bad experience
