The guy working there seemed disinterested and I'm not really sure he enjoys his job. But he took out links and I was on my way. I still had my receipt but it was almost 2 months since I bought them and with a return policy of 10 days I wasn't sure they would allow me. Now the second pair are too small so I'm hoping there won't be a long line up when I go exchange them but at least it's within the 10 days! If you get their loyalty card and register it, I believe the return time is extended to 30 days.
