In the summer I wear mens' boxer shorts all the time. I'm too chonky, too lazy, and too cranky to wear pants with a button waistband. I'm an elastic waistband lover. I'm not trying to impress anyone with my fashion sense, or lack thereof. I sit all the time, and womens' shorts just don't fit me. I don't know how so many people can be comfortable wearing shorts that ride up their butts (or other places). I'm not going to be miserable for strangers. However, all my boxers have been through the dryer so many times that the elastic is losing its will to be snug, so I have started a mission to replace them so they don't fall off my ass in bed. Jeremy likes it, but again, it's not really comfortable to wake up and find your shorts around your knees. I've never been to a Marshalls, so I actually looked them up online to make sure that they sold underwear. They were being optimistic on the website, I suppose because I couldn't find any mens' underwear. And the panties section was laughable. I may be 48-years-old but I'm not interested in floppy-butt, loose-fitting granny panties. I want something cute, not something that looks like something my grandmother crocheted for the sidetable. There's security in this store. I don't know who would steal from this place. There's nothing worth buying here. It's like a thrift store. It's like the struggle bus version of HomeGoods, or Big Lots, or one of those sells-a-little-of-everything stores. I don't know if this is true of all Marshall's or if this location is particularly depressing because it's in the Golden Ring area. I left empty-handed. The mission continues. read more

The manager on duty or the key carrier whatever she wants to call herself Ms Viola, She was very rude and not understanding. I had a pair of pants that ripped and she would not allow me to return them. She had the nerve to say "how do I know if you didn't purchase them like that." Really who buys pants like that unless they are jeans. I called corporate and spoke with Amber and explained my situation and she was kind and took cared of my situation. She is issuing me a gift card. I don't understand why Viola could not issue me a gift card or my money back on my card. Oh I forgot, the pants were purchased 6/21/26 and I tried to return them 6/28/26 I had the receipt and tags. Very confused! I went to Marshalls this evening to purchase an inexpensive dress for church tomorrow, a regular dress, nothing elegant, nothing formal...just a dress. I am a frequent Marshalls shopper (other locations in the surrounding area) and have found some really nice items, including dresses. Who doesn't like a designer item at a discounted price?? I walked in looking for the overhead sign that reads Dresses!" I see Boys, Men's, Intimates, Activewear, Home goods, etc but no dresses. I proceed to walk through the women's section. I see pants, coats, sweaters, loungewear but not what I was there for. I kindly ask an associate if she could direct me to the area with dresses and she said they didn't sell dresses anymore. Perplexed , I ask again but this time explaining nothing formal just your every day, regular, business casual sort of dress. I asked if this particular Marshalls discontinue selling dresses which sounded absolutely crazy as I was asking. She says if we have any it would be in clearance and walks me to the area. In clearance there were maybe about 7 dresses, 3 of which could be worn during summer. While looking through the others I found 1 dress I liked in two different sizes. Fortunately, one of the sizes fit and I did make the purchase but my question is "where are the dresses?" Marshals was an old favorite and I'd been going to he Rosedale store for over 10 years but there must be a change in management or sales rep because not only do they lack selections, witch if people are buying is understandable but the stores floors were filthy. Trash was even pushed under shelves. While it's still a valuable store the cleanliness of this location has ended my need to ever return. read more

This location was a little disorganized for my taste. From the moment that I walked in, it just seemed a little junkie. The merchandise was not exciting, so I walked over to my favorite section, where I knew I would find something. I was determined that I was going to find something. As usual, I found some good products. I didn't grab a cart on my way in, so I walked to the checkout area holding items with my chin and placed within my folded arms. Though I wanted to purchase something, I had no intention of purchasing as much as I did. In terms of products, this visit did not disappoint. The checkout area was a little slow, especially considering that I did not have a shopping cart. There were only two open registers and about three customers in line. It was not the most efficient checkout experience, but the cashier was very nice. The next time I am in the area, I'll peek in again to see what they have. read more

I've avoided this location for years because it used to be so trashy and the staff was rude. I needed to make a return from another Marshall's and we were really close to this one. I warned my boyfriend several times not to expect much. What a pleasant surprise! This store has really turned itself around. They were cleaning throughout and everything was organized. The staff was all really friendly and they have social distancing protocols in place. This location also had a better selection than the Towson store. Definitely returning! read more

Not bad... This Marshalls is on the smaller side compared to other locations I've been to. However, I managed to find a bunch of things I loved and most of it was clearance so that was awesome. Despite being smaller and the racks being cramped together, I was pretty impressed by the organization here. I saw employees constantly walking around, straightening the merchandise and returning stuff from the dressing rooms or items that patrons had moved. There is a varied and good-sized collection of shoes and designer dresses, which are two of the main things I target when I come to stores like this. However, their selection of bags was severely lacking, and that's why this review doesn't have more stars. Most of the bags were brands I didn't recognize and the majority of them looked like old lady purses (think wrinkled leather, tacky tassels, and raffia). Check out was smooth and quick. There were at least 4 cashiers ready even though the store wasn't busy. I really appreciated that, since Marshalls, TJ Maxx, and the like can get way crowded and the cranky bargain shoppers don't always make for the best experience if they're forced to queue up. However, my cashier seemed a bit grumpy and it looked like she was moving in slow-motion which irritated me. read more

This is by far the best Marshall's I've ever been to, their selection of Levi's is unmatched (30X30). My grandfather lives nearby, so I come here every time I visit. It's a bit disorganized at times, but hey, it's a Marshall's, so that shouldn't come as a surprise. I've been to many Marshall's around Los Angeles, and those never seem to have my style and are quite a bit more expensive. Bottom line: Great place to buy Levis for $16-$29 if you are a size 30X30. I have a pair of levis that are 10 years old that are so comfortable I sometimes sleep in them, so they pay for themselves in the long run. read more

I like this Marshall's. There is always a good selection of designer brands, the employees are nice, and parking is always available. Like any other Marshalls/TJ Maxx/ etc. be prepared to scour the racks in order to find good finds. Believe me, they exist. read more

You have to be in the mood to hunt, it's pretty organized but you have to do some digging. I'm always finding something at a reasonable price. However, I wish that the home area was larger and that they would get more shipment of newer merchandise in that particular department. read more

I normally go to this Marshalls because it is the closest one to me. I have always had decent customer service when I came here. I was looking for a inexpensive dress to wear to a friends wedding. I knew one store near by would have what I'm looking for but the customer service there was so terrible I vowed never to go back. I then decided to go to marshalls. I was content with their selection so I grabbed a few dresses to try on. I had to greet the woman in front of the dressing rooms and she looked at me very rudely. Instead of politely asking to count my garments she snatched them and made me feel like a criminal. I went to the room and tried on my garments. Nothing appealed to me. I came out and tried to hand her my clothes and the number but she was pre occupied. I sat the number down and decided to just put the clothes back. Immediately she yelled and said to someone beside her, "she tried to get away". She then took all the clothes from me. I work in customer service and this is no way to treat a customer. I had never seen this woman before and I never will because I will not be returning to this store. She completely embarrassed me and it was completely unacceptable. read more
