    My wife always love to stop at target so we stopped at this target and looked for a few items she wants for a vacation it was just an OK target it's not up to the standards of a normal target in my opinion it was decent still better than Walmart but she bought a few items and we were on our way

    This is a decent target. Not really anything special. It is located close to Whitemarsh mall and several food choices. The parking lot when it's a busy day can be a big pain. I was really disappointed by two of the employees giving me the "I don't know" answer. I had to ask if they could use their walkie or their PDAs to look it up. As being the customer I was really hoping they could have been more helpful or even come up with solutions without my help. The layout of the store is pretty decent. There has been times when it can get packed and stuff seems all over. I recently just went into the automotive department looking for windshield wipers and they were all over the place and not in the right spot. I had to have an employee look on his handheld PDA to see if there was some in the back. There was and the funny thing is instead of him putting some stock in the floor he brings only one so I can buy it...what about the next guest that comes and may need the same size?? This location also don't have turkey sausage so I am told. Slight disappointment but again not everyone likes that. They do have a Starbucks inside of this location so that could be a positive for people that like that establishment.

    Parking-2/5 plenty of parking & handicap parking available but parking lot is crowded and chaotic all the time. Difficult to find a handicap spot close enough to store Cleanliness-1/5. Store always looks dirty on floors and restrooms are disgusting. There's always clothing on the floor in the aisles making it difficult to maneuver a cart unless you clean the aisles before moving down to look for items your looking for. Availability of items-3/5. Usually this is a 4-5/5 & most items are easily found in store. Stopped here for a few last minute items and staples. Found everything we were looking for and some items on sale! Kudos to us for finding the sales. The only issue was with check out. There were 3 registers open with real humans ringing customers out & the self checkout. The registers with humans we're backed up about 10-15 people deep and moving slowly. The only checkouts for people with less than 12 items were self checkouts which weren't working properly. Every time we go to self checkouts there's always a problem requiring a manager to assist with the checkout procedure. Therefore we choose to go to a register with a human who is happy to have a job and happy to ring up our purchase. Overall this location has its issues but they can easily be resolved with a little effort. This would increase customer satisfaction and experience. I can say we will return to this store only if necessary & do recommend it as they are usually well stocked.

    I took my daughters to purchase Father's Day cards and pick up a few things around 830 am. And look at how the employees values the customers and the store. The store was open and the 1st thing I would have done was clean up the front entrance to the store. Apparently the night crew didn't do their job along with the night managers. Y'all should be ashamed of yourselves. They need a "0"

    I am not fan of Target but tonight I found some great outfits reasonably priced. It was a bummer they didn't have any pink attire for breast cancer. The young lady in the rear of the store at the dressing room was very helpful and sweet (I didn't getvher name).

    Services Selection They can be a little pricey depending on your purchase. Current events aside they're ok.

    Very clean and organized store. Plenty of self check out registers as well which is a huge plus.

    The pharmacy used to be fast and efficient. Since CVS took over it has been horrible. I am now looking for a new pharmacy.

    Went to them in late November 2025 as my current sofa came here as well and was happy with that…read morepurchase. Met with Karen who assisted me in my selections exactly for a sofa to my specs. Was given a contract, gave a deposit and said that it would be ready for delivery the second week in February. After two days into that week, I emailed her expecting her to call me to touch base about the order and learned that the sofa had not been done as the fabric I chose was not available. I expected a sales rep to have their management skills to be ahead of any potential problem as my contract is with Sofas Etc. and not Sherrill Furniture who is their agent making the furniture. After some back and forth, I was told that if I came in the store, I could pick out another fabric and was told that they would be "moving me to the head of the line above everyone else to get my softa within the next 6 weeks." While at the store, Karen called and spoke to the agent at Sherrill and learned that they just got the fabric in again and I could get the fabric of my choice. I said to Karen that I felt a little mismanaged in that there was no way I was receiving communication from anyone about the fabric. It was really Sofas Etc. that I had the contract with and obviously, no one was caring to communicate after I left the deposit. The Owner offered placating remarks and with my health compromised, I just wanted to go home and not deal with this kind of treatment. I left the store thinking that it was really coming and would be done in the beginning of April. I emailed Karen right after the beginning of April: "Another deadline missed?" in the subject line of my email and she then emailed me back saying they would look into it. The Owner emailed me exclaiming that they were having problems not getting communications with them. That Karen received messages that the fabric was there and also that it wasn't. I just felt abused and neither Karen nor the owners were taking any responsibility for the process at all. I didn't bother coming back to the store and told them to credit my deposit in full immediately. After all that, the Owner still insisted that perhaps he could offer a heavily discounted price if I would just let them try to get it done again. I just wanted the abuse of the whole process to be done and credit my account immediately. I have to put the onus onto Sofas Etc. as they had the contract with me and they should have been guiding and managing the process including all communications instead of operating from a "reactionary" process.

    DO NOT BUY!! On August 1st 2025 I bought a couch for $2,091.75. The only caveat was the "end" of…read morethe couch was on back order, but it should arrive by October. I said I can live without an armrest for two months, that's fine. At no point in time did the sales person or person scheduling a delivery correct me to let me know by "end" they meant an entire 1/3 of the couch that I was paying in full now. October comes and goes, but by November I have a delivery date for the final 1/3 of my couch I, again, paid for in August. I was getting text messages up to every two hours to confirm my delivery time and even a phone call two days before the Saturday it was to be delivered. On November 21st they called once again to tell me the couch was not there and I would need to get a refund for the whole thing. I called a second man the following Monday who said they would pick it up, refund the delivery charges and that would be that. Today I call to inquire about the refund, but instead am told to call an 877 number. They've filed chapter 11 on November 22, and now I will need to process through an entirely different system to get my money back. At no point in time were they honest in the sale or return of the couch that I no longer have but they certainly still have my money.

We were greeted at the door by Teressa, who asked our names and then couldn't keep straight Eric Tina and the James sofa we bought. She apologized for not shaking my hand because she was sick. Then she proceeded to follow us like a puppy, talking to us and breathing on us and "that's a comfy chair right?" before I could even find the buttons. I felt like I was being nagged by my mom. This is not a conducive environment to make a happy shopper. You give people a chance to look around and maybe find something they like. You don't corner them the first time their ass hits a chair. We saw the items either on display and decided that we would like to get them or we saw them on the shelf at the value that we could afford so we decided to pick them up as well. We only had one issue with the store; its layout. We had a hard time locating items when the screen said to go to certain aisles and locations. We had a hard time finding out where those areas were to find the products. The store didn't exactly have a well written out description of where aisles and locations were at. To find most of the items we were looking for we had to actually ask staff members for almost all of my items. It might be a better idea for future stores to show a better written plan of where the aisles are located at as in if somebody asks for aisle 7, the screen will tell them something like second floor. Just passed the light section and possibly show a floor plan/map to where aisle 7 is, and a spot where you are and possibly a line for a direction of how to get there. It might be the most useful idea because me and my mother looking for specific things even though we had the numbers for the items we wanted couldn't find probably 90% of our products in the store because of it's funky set up. Sorry about me dissing your store set up, but I had no idea where I was or where to go in your store at least half the time I was inside it.
