We're here in line to get rung up and it looks like I'm going to be here a while. Our cashier must be new. She didn't seem to know how to let the customer in front of us use a gift card. Thought maybe I'd get a drink while I waited but there's a large cart full of boxes blocking the cooler over by Starbucks, and all the slushies are empty. Thankfully, after checking all the smaller coolers in the checkout lane, I found a Pepsi. Shopping for this long is thirsty work. We're doing a major Christmas shopping extravaganza with my mom and we've already been here for two hours. I was able to find all the things I wanted though, including a $20 immersion blender. This is the third one we've had in ten years. At this price I won't feel so sad when it breaks, too. Not the worst Christmas shopping trip at Target, but more open registers would be welcomed. read more

The bad is that I did a drive up order was told it was ready and had to wait over an hour. After waiting I came inside tried to come inside and the customer service had one person. I went back outside and luckily I was able to catch the person with my order but the entire ordeal took almost two hours. read more

I would say this is a pretty standard Target, no more, no less. The difference here is location. This Target is in White Marsh, near a lot of shops, including a mall and an IKEA. This makes for quite the crowd over the weekend (and probably during the week, but I'm never there those times). Target was packed when I stopped by to pick up a few things this past Saturday. The self-checkout line extended way down one of the main aisles, but it moved fairly quickly and wasn't too bad. The store had everything I was looking for, can't complain. Will return if necessary when I am in the area. read more

My wife always love to stop at target so we stopped at this target and looked for a few items she wants for a vacation it was just an OK target it's not up to the standards of a normal target in my opinion it was decent still better than Walmart but she bought a few items and we were on our way read more

This target is always pretty clean and has a nice atmosphere. It seems lately that everything is really expensive but overall prices are average I guess. They did have everything I was looking for but the way the store is laid out changed since they added the ulta beauty section a while back and that area can be a bit confusing because certain aisles are blocked off for security reason. The staff is usually pretty nice in my experience. read more

This is a decent target. Not really anything special. It is located close to Whitemarsh mall and several food choices. The parking lot when it's a busy day can be a big pain. I was really disappointed by two of the employees giving me the "I don't know" answer. I had to ask if they could use their walkie or their PDAs to look it up. As being the customer I was really hoping they could have been more helpful or even come up with solutions without my help. The layout of the store is pretty decent. There has been times when it can get packed and stuff seems all over. I recently just went into the automotive department looking for windshield wipers and they were all over the place and not in the right spot. I had to have an employee look on his handheld PDA to see if there was some in the back. There was and the funny thing is instead of him putting some stock in the floor he brings only one so I can buy it...what about the next guest that comes and may need the same size?? This location also don't have turkey sausage so I am told. Slight disappointment but again not everyone likes that. They do have a Starbucks inside of this location so that could be a positive for people that like that establishment. read more

This store isn't what it used to be and definitely in decline. Many departments are a mess or out of stock. Usually there are only one or two cashiers. Self checkout is a train wreck with always a checkout or three down. Used to shop at Target every week. Now seldom go in there. read more

Parking-2/5 plenty of parking & handicap parking available but parking lot is crowded and chaotic all the time. Difficult to find a handicap spot close enough to store Cleanliness-1/5. Store always looks dirty on floors and restrooms are disgusting. There's always clothing on the floor in the aisles making it difficult to maneuver a cart unless you clean the aisles before moving down to look for items your looking for. Availability of items-3/5. Usually this is a 4-5/5 & most items are easily found in store. Stopped here for a few last minute items and staples. Found everything we were looking for and some items on sale! Kudos to us for finding the sales. The only issue was with check out. There were 3 registers open with real humans ringing customers out & the self checkout. The registers with humans we're backed up about 10-15 people deep and moving slowly. The only checkouts for people with less than 12 items were self checkouts which weren't working properly. Every time we go to self checkouts there's always a problem requiring a manager to assist with the checkout procedure. Therefore we choose to go to a register with a human who is happy to have a job and happy to ring up our purchase. Overall this location has its issues but they can easily be resolved with a little effort. This would increase customer satisfaction and experience. I can say we will return to this store only if necessary & do recommend it as they are usually well stocked. read more

Best customer service experience ever today - thanks to Cleveland in Electronics. He went out of his way to turn a poor experience with the quality of a product previously purchased into an exceptionally positive one with the purchase of a replacement. He was quick to think of a creative solution that made my day and exceeded all expectations. I was blown away by how easy and pleasant he made the transaction. Though he was very busy helping many customers, he never stopped smiling and delighted everyone. Several commented on his friendliness and outstanding service. If I were hiring, I would recruit Cleveland (sorry Target) as a key member of my team. This young man knows what it means to serve and is a true leader. read more

Manager named Judi yelled at me and my friend and locked the door on us because we were recycling wires and we had the recycling lid open. It wasn't locked. The front door somehow locked and she wouldn't unlock it, even after telling us to explicitly leave, and we had to find another exit out. Worst experience I've ever had in a store in my life. read more

I took my daughters to purchase Father's Day cards and pick up a few things around 830 am. And look at how the employees values the customers and the store. The store was open and the 1st thing I would have done was clean up the front entrance to the store. Apparently the night crew didn't do their job along with the night managers. Today's visit was super fast. I ran in (literally) to restock on vitamins (Elderberry)and Emergen-C. It was not crowded and Target enforces the 6ft Social Distancing rule both inside and outside of the store. Of course me being a puzzler I found the last puzzle on the shelf (see picture) I'm ready to get started. This was a well enjoyed Target run. Nice clean store. Worst customer service by KEYSHA at returns and exchange section. Long line, I'm 8 months pregnant. Needed to make an exchange. She said to first do the return and with attitude. Once finished with return she rudely told me go make the other line again for the exchange? Made absolutely no sense. read more

I could not believe how awful this location was today. There were clothes laying on the floor and piled up in messy stacks. Stock just laying on the floor and items in departments that didn't belong. It looked like a tornado hit the store. read more

Target at White Marsh is on the decline. Sadly, not the same store I've been shopping at for 20 +years. Product stocking is terrible and only 2 cashiers on a Sat afternoon! Just awful, terribly long lines to check out. Better off going to Walmart. read more

This is my local Target. They usually have everything I need or want plus some..... I mean it's Target, they have all the things I never knew I needed. They have self checkout, so I'm never waiting in line. They have a Starbucks so I can get my basic fix. Dressing rooms and bathrooms are clean. Huge selection of, well, everything. I like to go here late at night after my kids go to be for "Mom time"... this is 35 people! Only one suggestion- WiFi needs to be a little stronger throughout the store. The Target app with Cartwheel is super slow when on their WiFi in the store. read more

Yay! Target can do no wrong, in my book. This location is well-maintained and nice. It has new futuristic looking carts and a good selection of merchandise. There's also a grocery section - though, it seems all Target locations are getting makeovers and revamped to sell groceries. The Starbucks here is also relatively spacious and located right by the door so you can get your caffeine fix before shopping (preparatory) or after shopping (recovery). read more

This location is always packed and seems to have long lines and/or slow cashiers. The service, as far as friendliness, is always decent. The prices are ok - pretty comparable to Walmart, but maybe SLIGHTLY more expensive. The store is much cleaner than any Walmart I've ever been to, though. read more

This is your usual Target store in the Suburbs. The parking lot is a bit hectic - and the staff can be really hard to find if you need help, but its kept clean and its okay. I guess no real complains! read more

This was my first trip to this Target location. I was in the area for something else and had to stop in to grab a few things for my daughter. The parking lot was an adventure. Very crowded and people were doing some creative driving. Once I parked and walking in I was familiar with the normal Target layout. My daughter who was the reason I had to stop here had to use the restroom so that was the first stop. It nice that they have a family restroom so I didn't have to take her into the men's room. The restroom was very clean just like the rest of the store. It was easy for me fond the Oreo cookies I came to get. Check out lanes were busy but the cashiers seemed to handle the line pretty well. It just what I have come to expect when I shop at a target. read more

This Target location is close to my work and I often stop in during my lunch hour to pick up a few things I need...and a few things I don't! Since they remodeled this store, the addition of the grocery section is great to pick up something for lunch that I can easily take back to the office. I also always browse the $1 section as soon as I walk in the door. I love Target stores and I love to shop online and checking their Daily Deals, which always offer free shipping. The returns for online orders is extremely easy, but the employees at this area act like robots. Not warm and friendly at all and seem to be annoyed that you are in the store. This Target is great with keeping the shelves stocked and almost always having what I need, but the employees do not seem to be very friendly. I wish they were a little more happy, smiley, and a little more customer service oriented. read more

You know, for a Target, this one's pretty spectacular. It has all of your Targeting needs. 1.) It has spacious, cart-friendly aisles 2.) It has helpful signs that are accurate to point you to the right spacious aisle 3.) It is well-stocked, even at 8:30 on a Saturday night 4.) It does brisk business, but you can be in and out as quickly as you need to be. 5.) SALEZ. Only negatives? It's in White Marsh (suburban hell) and I've never seen an actual employee roaming the aisles in case one needs assistance. They seem to be checkout-only kind of people. Which is fine. I've never needed help choosing my cheap blender. But I can see where this could be problematic at times. read more

One visit during a White Marsh, MD trip. Simply a great store in all respects. Everything well stocked, and even on Black Friday they maintained the appearance on the shelves. Staff was friendly at checkout. Store is clean and maintained. Christmas season is close and this store will be doing a great business. It's always interesting going into a target that isn't the one you work at, it seems as though the team member didn't know how to price match...odd but ok. So he got his manager who proceeded to use the mydevice to scan the device I was trying to price matter & then told me it didn't show up so I couldn't price match it...that makes no sense. Esp if I'm showing you the website (which is a website target price matches). Because I know firstt hand that mydevices aren't always accurate so the fact that that was your only source and you don't try another way that's not even good guest services. read more

I have been to Target twice this week and I normally always to to the self checkout line there has always been someone disinfecting wiping down the screen after each customer and directing the lines. Both times I've been this week they have not been cleaning the screens, one time I had to ask the lady to wipe down the station after the customer left she seemed irritated that I asked her to wiped it down. read more

The pharmacy used to be fast and efficient. Since CVS took over it has been horrible. I am now looking for a new pharmacy.

This target has to be the busiest target I've ever been to. The checkout lines go really fast though!

Clean, consistently well stocked, decent food area with tons of options for you to choose from. When I did have a bad experience with some expired Avocados, they were apologetic and quick with the refund. Even their Starbucks, which I'm not a fan of, is pretty decent in a coffee emergency. Parking can be a game of thrones situation on the weekend, but that's to be expected. It's the weekend. Probably one of the better targets in the general area. Praise Target. Will never shop at Walmart. Neither should you. read more

We live in Middle River, so we have the pleasure of having 2 Target stores within a few miles of each other. We prefer coming to this one, as we call it "The Big Target". This location is larger than the location in Middle River, and is open later (an hour later--closing at 11pm on Mon-Sat, and 10pm Sundays). The pharmacy is fast and efficient, and the store itself tends to have more variety in their inventory in the "grocery" section. read more
