This is their newest (11th) location. They expanded really quickly, with their first location, which opened on 2024-01-27 at The Stockyards. It is family-run (they are Vietnamese). The CEO has run many other businesses, so he is very proficient at running businesses.
This is a kiosk in the hallway near Old Navy. There is no kitchen, so I presume all products are shipped there as needed. There are no tables, so it is takeout only.
I was at this location's grand opening on 2024-11-16. During the grand opening, all donuts at 30% off.
We ordered the following:
1. Box of 6 donuts ($25.99, special 30% off).
2. Ube Love Water drink (medium $6.49).
3. The One That Took Forever drink (medium $6.49).
4. Custard Creme Mochi Ball ($4.99).
The customer service was good.
One of the staff members dressed up as a Mochi Angel, which white angel wings.
One of my friends got a Box of 6, Matcha Viet Coffee (large $7.49), Ube Viet Coffee (large $7.49), and Chocolate Cream Mochi Ball ($4.99).
This was the first time I tried a Mochi Ball. It had lots of custard inside, which I love.
The 6 donuts and mochi ball were fresh and soft as expected.
The Ube Love Water drink consists of real coconut water with a blend of Ube cold foam with coconut pulp. The One That Took Forever drink consists of matcha and sweet pandan flavours. Both drinks tasted good.
All the donuts are very airy and fluffy. They sell 12 donuts, 6 regular, and 4-6 new weekly ones.
They had a 10-min long lion dance ceremony which started at 15:15.
This is one of 10 corporate (non-franchaised) locations.
There is no free WiFi. The kiosk is wheelchair accessible. There are washrooms in the mall. There is free parking in the mall's parking lot.
