Cute little place. Don't plan to stay there though, it's tight! Friendly staff. Non dairy option. Their treats are lovely! Just look at those photos! They are really creative with the flavours. Really cute cups too! Drip coffee was nice but I'm not going to fantasize about it later

Unreal everything. Cookies are chewy, matcha is prime, thinking about this place is making my mouth water.

Lovely cafe on gerrard and broadview. Came for a quick coffee and it's a cute place! It's small but just grab and go. Staff were friendly and super nice! Can't wait to come back on run days !!!

Decided to try this cute little spot for the first time and got a Cappuccino, the espresso was a bit on the lighter taste than I would prefer but overall it was still delicious. The milk was perfect temperature and just the right amount foam. The service was also quick and friendly.

What a lovely addition to the Riverdale neighborhood. Service was very friendly and a great selection of baked goods. I arrived late in the afternoon so missed out on some is the other selections which seemed to be quite popular and unique (such as kimchi scone). I was very happy with the ginger molasses and matcha chocolate chip cookie though. Definitely will be going back.

Military Latte - never tried it before but when I did. I want to keep sipping it!

I saw this bakery on a Facebook group and decided to give it a try since it was in the neighbourhood - one of the first things I loved about it was that they opened at 7:30 AM on a weekday! I work early and am an early riser so this is the perfect place locally to me that they were open! They are also reasonably priced as well!! When I walked in - the owner greeted me in a really friendly manner, I showed up on the 5th day it's been open! They don't have much for baked goods right now but slowly they're introducing new things to their menu! I found out that a really nice couple own the cafe! Service is great!! The ambiance of the place is really nice, really relaxing. Now about their baked goods, the first thing that caught my eye was the kimchi cheese scone...I haven't seen much things in baked goods with kimchi in it so I had to try! It was yummy, it's not that spicy- the inside is moist and the outside it nice and crunchy. The mixed berry cream cheese scone was my fiancés favourite! There was a generous amount of berries in it. I could write a review about all of their goodies - but I'll keep it short with my faves! Now their coffee - my god! They have a few good varieties from what I tried, a new one is featured on their Instagram often. The oat milk they use it so yummy - it's as creamy as milk. The owner was kind enough to give me a sample for me to try it. It was amazingggg. The coffee I've tried has been smooth so far, not ever as bitter as some. Today, I have tried the owner's recommendation. A Military Latte, my god that drink was so good. It's a mix that feels like a sin. Matcha and espresso, it was so deliciously smooth - the complimented each other so perfectly. The owner said to me that it's best enjoyed when you're relaxing and I've done just that, it's not like your average caffeine intake that you can just chug for a hard day at work. It was great to enjoy on an off day from work, definitely grab this drink before you walk your dog for their morning walk! I love this as a new little cafe in the area!!!

Delish! I was really excited to try this new bakery on the East end and it did not disappoint. I shared the kimchi scone, matcha cookie, and green onion cheddar muffin with my kids and we all loved it! Brought some honey butter cookies and a peanut butter crispy square home, both were excellent and dangerously addictive Both savoury and sweet baked goods were fantastic! Super happy to have an amazing bakery and coffee shop close to home. We will definitely be back!

The pastries and mochi breads are absolutely exquisite! I tried the black sesame mochi bread--light, pillowy, and filled with a delightful little white mochi surprise. The crème brûlée almond tart was incredible too, with its thick, eggy custard and a blueberry-almond center. And the Hitotoki matcha tart? Gorgeous and just perfect. It was my first visit, and I discovered the bakery through their 2nd-anniversary IG post. I bought about $20 worth of treats and got to spin their prize wheel--and I actually won the Grand Prize: a limited-edition gold Nespresso & milk frother kit! I literally jumped for joy. Yet another reason to love this incredible bakery!

It was okay. Tried three items:…read more Matcha Lava Tart - The staff said this had the strongest matcha flavour among their matcha items. But there was no "lava" at all... just a layer of cream sitting on a thick tart base. You do get some matcha flavour, but definitely not that rich and flowing matcha sauce I saw in those online reels. Matcha Mont Blanc - Too sweet. The green noodle-shaped topping is actually made from a kind of bean paste - not much matcha taste, but had a strong bean flavour instead. And again, it was too sweet to my liking. Taro Tart - This one was good. Taro-flavoured cream on top, with taro paste underneath, then a layer of custard with mochi at the bottom. Had a rich taro flavour. Still a bit sweet, but not as overwhelming as the Mont Blanc. Overall it was not bad, although TBH I haven't really found great matcha desserts in Toronto so far.

My wife always judges a French Cafe by their Butter Croissant ($3.00) and she liked it! She also noticed all the  staff speak French sp it gives it even more legitimacy.  She also ordered a Flat White ($4.50) which was also good. I ordered a Plum Almond Tart ($7.25) because it was the prettiest. It was super delicious so it was definitely a good choice! Service was courteous and friendly. You place your order at the counter and bring it to your table. Someone will come around to clear the dishes when you are done It is a great place to have a nice casual time eating and socializing. They make all their food in-house in the basement. There are products for sale such as coffee beans, fruit syrup, maple syrup, smoked sauces, olive oil, scented soap, wine glassware, etc. I will definitely come back again to try other items. There is free WiFi. The neo-bisto is not wheelchair accessible since there are stairs leading up to the entrance. There are two gender-neutral washrooms. There is free street parking on their one-way south-bound street. Review 2023-017

Hopped on my bike and a half hour later I was there. The friendly staff helped me by answering my question regarding eggs and which items did not have any in the recipes. This place was also super poppin' when I got there. It was earlish in the day around 10:30am and it seemed all the tables were pretty much taken. They are adding a dinner menu which is very exciting. Their pastries are phenomenal!!! Picked up a plum and pistachio tart, a chocolate mousse cake and an apple Danish for my mom. Plus a chocolate caramelized croissant. So much butter, and yet so good. Brought my container, which they happily used. The last time I visited this spot back in 2022, I vowed I would come back and take up space in that beautiful bay window seat. Yet I haven't followed through with that yet. One day. They also changed the name, since I was there last it was called Le Conciliabule Lab. Le Conciliabule means, "speak easy", as their website says. It was used back in the day to describe a place where people would come together and talk about everything and nothing. I can definitely say that happens here. What a beautiful concept, "everything and nothing". Now named Bisou, which means kiss. That's actually really simple and sweet. Since every pastry and any food item or beverage enjoyed here is a kiss for your tastebuds. Love it. Keep going team. You are amazing!
