Helen is AMAZING! Friendly, funny, and just the right amount of sassy ... she made the whole experience even better. The food? Chef's kiss. Absolutely delicious from start to finish. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. We left happy, full, and already wanting to come back. Highly recommend!

Food was great. We went on a Saturday before closing and the line wasn't too long. Service was super fast and food came out in about 15/20 mins. Mama is super funny as soon as you walk in you know you in the right spot. We ordered the chow mein with beef from broccoli and shrimp besides shrimp, fried rice, pork, eggrolls, and orange chicken. Total came up to about $80. Everything was good. I really liked the noodles and the orange chicken. The the rice was good nothing to spectacular. Overall great service will go again if I'm in the Fresno area.

Shrimp Fried Rice- super flavorful both protein and rice. Everything was so fresh.

Food 5/5 Fresh, flavorful, affordable and loaded Service 5/5 All fun Ambiance 5/5 Chill Parking 5/5 Enough for about 15 cars wrapping from side to back to the other side. Restaurant 3.7/5 not decorated as others, simple and good amount of seating but who cares for it when the food is what matters Mark's kitchen is a family owned and operated serving a bunch of deliciousness from regular Chinese food to a few American items for the picky eaters. Killing two birds with one stone, excellent idea. Arriving to steady customers coming and going in the early mornings from Vegas, Bakersfield, locals and of course the capital visitor (that's me) . Helen is full of spirit from arriving in, taking orders, and having the customers tried the food before paying. (Love her rules). Her upbeat spirit, the crazy menu names (lol) and the way she curses and treat you like a regular just have you feeling right at home. She is like an "EVERYONE Auntie." What you see on social media is not a front and the food is amazing as well. I'm so glad that I stopped by and give this amazing business a try and Mark's is a must MARK as a designated stop. FYI: Bring cash if you will make a big deal on paying the extra $1.50 for fee. She asked if I was getting a soda. I told her I have water. She allowed me to bring my own drink in telling to go get it. Lol

Went because of the viral videos and was not disappointed. The lady who takes your order is really funny and energetic. If foul language bothers you; just move on this is not the place for you. The food was very good. I loved everything. Next time I think it would be worth our money to get two ; two meat special plates rather than one with three meat for the price. Great flavor, good portions, TONS of options. I'm sure you'll find something you like. I will definitely go back. I believe are said they have been open for 26 years. There is inside seating, plenty of parking, area is a bit sketch but we enjoyed our meal in the dining room without any issues.

Great experience! The portions are huge, the food is very tasty, and there are so many good flavors in every dish. The lady working there was so funny, sweet, and genuinely caring, which made the visit even better. There was no wait and the food came out quickly. Definitely a spot we'd come back to.

The food is good and the owner is a real character. She likes to tease and joke around with the customers, but it's all in good fun! I had the chow mien noodles with beef. The noodles were cooked just right and had lost of vegetables mixed in with them. The beef was tasty and a little bit crispy at the edges. There was a lot of food, so I had leftovers. Yes, they were still good the next day! It's very casual inside, so don't expect white linen tablecloths or crystal glassware. Just good food and fun.

This is another one of those infamous because I am on tik tok. This is the restaurant that the owner loves to deprecate you then swindle you out of your cash. There are menu boards with beautiful pictures with elevated prices. That you can choose from but there is also the hyped menu so in her broken English she tells you to go for the big fat bomb or something similar. You're in it as she is barraging you with insults and slurs. We were all laughing and said just pick for us, answer a few more questions regarding spicy and soft or crunchy noodles. Again you're all part of theatrical experience. She then calls you up to the counter opens the box for your first taste that she puts on the camera roll. The food itself is tasty, albeit most Chinese food is, she says pay after you eat. The food is bountiful. You get a ton of food, so how much does this entertainment run you $38 for a pound of noodles and fried rice and another half pound of steak, chicken and shrimp. We were part of the show, but the show and the food have to provide value and that did not happen on this trip. Besides she cheats as she has many boyfriends. It is fun for the first time. No need to go again.

So I need to give my honest opinion so please don't come at me okay . I'm doing this review to help my friends and followers out . So had been wanting to check this place out for a while because I had been seeing it on my TikTok. So this is how it went the place was open @10:45 there was already customers waiting in the parking lot. So I was very excited. Walk in and simple spot nothing to crazy. It was kind of dusty in some area not very up to date on decoration it was very simple. The staff were very nice and helpful the lady was very sweet and full of energy. The food was hot and very nicely made . It was very quick to be honest. They got so much menu I didn't know where to start to be honest . But I kept it simple not going to crazy for my first time . The price was on the expensive side to me . I bought a few things and it was $114 . I tried the food on the spot and I was kind of disappointed to be honest I was hoping for more flavor. If I tried the noodles alone it was bland it was a little better with the other stuff with it . But yeah it was good but not like the best I ever had . I would give the food 6/10 and a 8/10 for the friendliness. Will I hope you give them a try and tell me what you think .

Food: 5 Mics Service: 5 Mics Ambiance: 4 Mics Food: Get ready to eat at this viral restaurant. You want food? You will get fed. The places are generous and loaded. The food is pretty tasty and don't get lost in the menu that boasts over 50 items. Service: Prepare yourself... Ambiance: It's your typical go-to, hole in the wall corner Chinese Restaurant. Stop in, eat and get ready for some laughs. This lady has no filter...

This was my first time here and I didn't know what to order. Helen was very nice and asked if I wanted some chicken or a lot of chicken. A lot of chicken would've been $30. Some chicken is $25. She asked if I liked spicy I said absolutely so she said she was gonna put jalapeños on it. It was good food and I was able to make two meals out of it. Bring cash so you won't have to pay extra charges on a credit card.

I had to come try Aunty's food when I was leaving LA even though it was out of my way going home it was worth the detour. The food was beyond amazing super flavorful huge portions. Surprisingly, it wasn't super busy If this place was located in the area that I live in, I would definitely get it on a regular And the bomb azz sht it's not super spicy so go ahead and get it

We may have ordered too much. Their portions are huge June 2025

Helen is who brings people in, but her & the food is what brings people back. We've been here multiple times since moving here temporarily. Helen is always nice & fun to hang with while waiting on your order. The food always tastes fresh & they have huge portions. They are on the pricier side but you do get big portions. *HEADS UP TO PARENTS WITH YOUNG KIDS The only reason why I deducted 1 star is because Helen will not (& I don't expect her too) filter her cursing at all when there are little kids around. Our 1st time coming here we had family in town that wanted to go, so I sent them in first to order while I stayed in the car with my 3 kids. I figured if they went in 1st they could have their "experience" & make a video of Helen talking smack & cursing at them (like all the viral social media clips.) I was hoping that after they got their video & they called me to come in so I could order with my kids that she would tone it down a bit, NOPE. She was dropping F bombs like crazy in front of my 3 kids under 10 years old. My visiting family said they she started cussing even more once I came in with my little kids. I'm not raising soft kids, but I thought it was pretty disrespectful on her part since she no longer needed to put on a show for anyone since we were the only customers in there. We've been there numerous times since but our kids never want to go in so we always get our food to go. Just a heads up for parents.

    Does she record everybody?

She is not constantly recording. If that helps. Actually when I went in, she was asked by a customer to record their reactions.

    Is there anything vegan?

I think they can make any of their dishes vegetarian. Remember, it's Chinese food. It can be made without meat. Now get out there and enjoy yourself.

Is the seafood and poultry fried in different oil baskets?

    What do you think 🤔🤔🤔🤣🤣🤣

Is the food good and worth the price?

No the food was not worth the price, even if they charged half of what I paid. I would not be returning

    What time do they close?

One thing I will mention upfront, and this is NOT a complaint; if you are in an impatient person who wants to be served immediately, don't come here. There isn't a lot of staff and ordering and food takes a bit of time, I think thats just fine, plus the food is worth the wait! I got the shrimp po boy with yams and mac and cheese, my mom got the fried chicken with pilaf and potato salad. The po boy was delicious, the mac and cheese was good, and the yams were absolutely fantastic. The fried chicken was even better, and I'm sad I didn't get it if I'm being honest! But-- bf saw a tiktok on it and wanted to try it sooo... why not? Every place deserves a second chance at least, right? First visit, I don't remember which Chilaquiles plate I got nor do I remember which drink, but, I feel like my first instinct would've been the Horchata Latte (like I ordered today) or the Churro one, which is probably a good chance. Again, I don't remember raving about the food or the drink back then, but-- I can say I know I didn't not like it, it just didn't wow me enough to come back. Today, we ordered the Chilaquiles Verdes and the Torta with Chorizo to share. He got a coke and I got that Horchata Latte. First sip of that Latte was delicious, coffee flavor was there, no Horchata really.... until a few sips down the line and it was nothing but Horchata lol sooo-- we must've done a horrible job at stirring the drink and sipped up all the coffee portion. The drink was really good today though, regardless. As for the Chilaquiles... in his words, "fire". I can't say it's the best I've ever had but it was good, satisfied us for sure. The Torta was actually pretty good as well. I have a thing about pickled Jalapeños though... i don't care for them. I'll eat them but i prefer fresh jalapeños... he didn't mind it. He said the pickled peppers reminded him of how they make it in Mexico. Overall, we enjoyed it. The staff was friendly, the restaurant was well kept, and the food was good. If this was his yelp, I'm sure he'd probably shoot them the 5 stars from today's visit. I did really enjoy it today but I'm not 100% sold... Until it becomes a need for me to go back, I'd probably stick them between a 3-4. We'll round up.
